The hotel was perfect in terms of location, service, and facilities. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the restaurant also had a music and dance show every night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.
Absolutely stunning mountain views, we even got to see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise, which was breathtaking. The room facilities were great, everything you could need and all in good condition. The roasted nuts they provided daily were especially delicious. The staff were very nice, and most importantly, the chef's food was genuinely delicious. We stayed two nights, had two dinners and one lunch, and it cost a total of 840 RMB. It really was incredibly tasty! Every room has a balcony where you can see Machapuchare (Fish Tail Mountain). The 4th-floor pool and observation deck offer even better views than the rooms, so if you want to take photos in the morning, head up to the fourth floor. Taxis are a bit pricey, but you can also take the cable car down the mountain, though it's a bit of an effort. But then again, the mountain views are worth it!
When I booked a triple room two months ago, I was worried about whether it could really be a triple room. I called and emailed to confirm it. I didn’t expect to arrive or be assigned to a double bed and a marching bed (completely bad). The shower gel in the room was empty. The room may not have lived for a long time. I feel that hotel management needs to be strengthened.
The good place is that the hotel staff is very friendly and actively handles it, and starts to assist in changing rooms on the second night. The food is delicious and almost every meal is eaten in the hotel restaurant.
This is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food.
I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.

Very good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.
I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating. The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality. Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained. The towel rail was fitted askew. The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet. I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings. Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’.
Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

I stayed at Fish Tail Lodge for the next few days in Pokhara. I checked in at night and felt that the room was old and a bit damp, and it didn't seem worth the price. After staying there for a few days, I finally understood why this is the best hotel in Pokhara. First of all, the location is excellent, in Phewa Lake. The hotel is full of flowers, but there are not many rooms. Guests staying in the hotel take a boat to enter the hotel, so it is very quiet; the location of the cafe is facing the snow-capped mountains. On a clear morning, you can have breakfast while watching the golden mountain in the sun (Picture 2 is too far away, so I took it with my phone, so the pixels are too low, that's the idea); and most importantly, the restaurant's food is great and cheap. A 5-course dinner set costs less than 200 RMB (can't compare prices with restaurants where locals eat), so you don't have to worry about getting an upset stomach [snickering]. Outside the hotel is Pokhara's famous Lakeside Road, where various small shops, restaurants, casinos, and several attractions are within walking distance, which is convenient... If you have friends coming to Pokhara, I highly recommend it [strong]
The hotel is absolutely amazing, so happy to stay in and we hope to stay more days but as we’ve planned the next day. There was a beautiful and spacious backyard overlooking the stunning view of the Himalayas. The bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on clouds. There was also a handful of activities to do such as badminton, snookers, dart, and much more. The receptionist was very kind and let us try out a lot of those activities. The food is good and the room is well maintained and cleaned. Will recommend to more friends and hope to stay in again next time.
The room was sooo beautiful I absolutely loved the decor super cozy and just felt really nice to stay in. The staff were also amazing, super friendly and really helpful the whole time One thing I loved was that they even have a Thai chef, and the food was sooo good 🥹 tasted just like home. There’s also a mountain viewpoint with such a beautiful vibe perfect for chilling and taking photos 📸
The breakfast was very good. The waiter at the gate was very nice. He opened the door and helped with the luggage. He was very friendly. It seems to be close to Lakeside as well. I heard there are a lot of tourists there.
