A 4-star hotel on paper; a fairly new hotel, but the upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. No supervision at the pools. A foul smell by the pool; the cleanliness of the pools needs reviewing. The air conditioning unit in the room dates from the 1960s, makes a very loud noise and, when in use, gives off a musty smell. The bathroom is not clean around the shower. Breakfast. There is a choice, but the quality is average.

This resort is best resort where I have ever been to. Staffs were really nice and kind every time. They helped us to make good memories. Complementary activities were good. We really recommend island hopping. This resort is rich in nature beauty. I will absolutely come back in near future.

Hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but a few portions of the resort are under renovation. The main pool needs repair. Other than that, we had a very good experience.

We had an amazing stay at Seda Lio! Special thanks to the Front Office Supervisor and FO staff for making sure everything about our vacation went smoothly. They were very attentive and considerate, always ready to attend to our requests even going beyond what we expected. All praises to the staff for their warmth and professionalism. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and gave us complete comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good delicious and with great value for money. My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!

Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it. The island itself is quite a distance from Coron town. Coron town and this island are located at the northern and southern ends of the main island, respectively. So, getting to the island from town involves an approximately one-hour car ride to the port, followed by a 40-minute boat trip. However, this remote location ensures the island's pristine environment. Here’s a breakdown of the activities available on the island: 1. **Free Activities:** These include snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and mountain climbing. All were enjoyable, and the snorkeling waters were excellent. 2. **Paid Activities:** The prices for these are a bit steep. For example, an island-hopping tour for a day costs between 6000 and 8000 pesos, which I found to be poor value for money. I suggest arriving early and not sticking strictly to the 3 PM check-in time. Arriving earlier allows you to start enjoying the island's facilities right away. Regarding dining and service: 1. The overall service was impeccable. 2. Breakfast was decent. Considering the limited resources on the island, the variety offered was quite good. 3. There are two restaurants on the island. The food is tasty, but a bit pricey, costing around 150-200 RMB per person. In summary, the service and scenery here definitely justify the price.

We had an amazing stay at Lihim Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation was excellent – very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food at the restaurant was outstanding every time, fresh and delicious, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A special mention goes to Nicky, who was always incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. The butlers were also amazing – professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Lihim Resort exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the atmosphere. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

The hotel is beautiful and one of the few on the island with a stunning sunset view, which really makes the stay memorable. That said, the location can be quite limiting. The only nearby destination is the island directly across from the hotel; for most other attractions, you’ll need to travel via Coron town. In our case, getting to the town and the airport took about two hours each way, which was quite exhausting. There’s also no Grab or easy transport options on the island, so you have to rely on the hotel to arrange transfers. Unfortunately, this wasn’t always efficient, we noticed that different guests were sent to the airport at the same time in separate vans, instead of being grouped together, which could have helped reduce costs specially now that there will be fuel shortages in the Philippines. Overall, it’s a great place if you plan to stay within the resort or visit the nearest island, but less convenient if you want to explore more of Coron.

Amazing location with a stunning beach! The Beach Casita provided great privacy, and we loved walking through the small path to reach the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. However, the booking trouble with the private flight was quite frustrating. Hope this can be improved in the future.
