The heated swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel is a highlight. Going to the top floor to see the night view at night is very beautiful. The location of the hotel is great.

The breakfast is very good, suitable for children, the location of the hotel is impeccable, it can be said that the best. Recommended by British friends, the price is more expensive than other hotels. I didn't feel anything special when I looked at the website pictures, but I still believe in my friends and I booked them. Check-in is at night, from the front desk reception to the lead to the room to experience the professional, enthusiastic and meticulous service of the hotel staff. Needless to mention the room, there is a hotel manager's personal welcome speech, service introduction box, postcard, welcome dessert... Feel the bay's breeze night view on the balcony, drink some red wine, great. After a long-distance flight, take a shower in the classic and elegant bathtub, sweet as a dream. At 7 o'clock in the morning, the sun has not come out, greet a new day in the heated swimming pool in Jingyi. If you like sea water, you can swim in two seawater swimming pools, especially the unique piscina pool on the beach, let you let go of your imagination. Breakfast is a surprise. Every meal is carefully prepared, with a wide selection of ingredients, a wide variety of foods, and a lot of local specialties. The tableware is exquisite, and you can enjoy the feeling of the rising sun. The breakfast manager is great, remembering the name of each guest and feeling warm. The garden of the hotel, as a gardening professional, can only Wow, linger on, can't bear to leave, look at the picture... we have stayed here for 5 nights and the breakfast choice was as great as we have thought after reading the reviews simply because they stick to just fixed items whereas when we stayed in 5 stars hotels in asia, there's always slight difference of options daily for breakfast. the stay was ok, I would stay it feels more like a good 4 stars than a true 5 stars

Excelent choice for our stay in Madeira. The hotel is located in a natural botanical garden - some will count this as a minus, but I disagree. On our arrival, at 2AM - Bolt cost was 25USD (31kms). Excelent service, very clean, lots of activities and friendly staff. Totally recommended.

A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

The Royal Savoy undoubtedly occupies the best location for the leisure traveller. Since 2004, when it first opened on the site of the original Savoy Lido, this hotel is popular with all ages, newcomers, and regulars year after year. Recently refurbished the hotel fails to disappoint

Great hotel! We really enjoyed our holiday at the hotel. It's a whole city! There's a promenade and several swimming pools. The food is top notch! You can have a buffet, you can go to restaurants, and there's even a coffee shop with delicious coffee! We spent our evenings at the bar, drinking delicious cocktails and dancing. There's a beautiful trail nearby - Cape Sao Lourenco. There's a shuttle to Funchal, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back again!

The bathroom facilities are simple, and the deluxe double room has no door. It is inconvenient to dry clothes on the balcony, and the room is too small. The environment and service are good, three meals a day are all inclusive and taste good, and the parking is convenient.
