Everything was very good, starting from the easy checkin that took less than 5 mins, and everyone was smiling at your face and keep asking if you need anything to make your accommodation better I was booking a king deluxe room, they upgraded mine to junior Suite room The breakfast has a variety of items that suits all types vegetarians and non vegetarians The swimming pool is a bit small, but very clean and they offer towels with showers and changing rooms. The hotel also has a gym with variety of equipment. At last the hotel was very good and i highly recommend visiting the place for your short stays.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day. The hotel’s location was also ideal, conveniently close to several attractions and dining options, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, La Quinta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay. I will definitely be returning!

The resort is a relaxing place as its very calm place full of greeny. We had a stay in 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing. Its a must visit property. They have variety of pools for kids n adults as well a big playing area for kids and a huge variety of shops inside. They have decorated each way in a modren way some has umbrealls on top and some has lights. Totally worth the money.

The hotel is inside Adnec, literally a hallway and reach the exhibition, excellent location, near embassies. Also it has outdoor seating with pool, but during my visit pool was under maintenance sadly. Big rooms, comfy beds, but some rooms were lacking the hotel facilities such as toothbrush, sandals and etc. Nice city and pool view but other rooms it was just rock view. For the coffee in the room they used paper cup’s which was unacceptable since i will drink coffee more than once and it was getting loose each time, and i should each time call the workers for coffee cup, tissue, and others. Some receptionist were friendly, but others were literally rude, which was not nice from them. They took too much time to check me in, I waited a-lot, and no enough seating place in the reception, which was getting crowded fast. Good luggage service, and while checkout they were cooperative. They have separate level for smoking guests, so non smoking guests don’t get bothered, which was great. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of food, also the waiters were super helpful and friendly when asked for something or help. Hotel decoration was quite crowded with colors which i personally did not like. Overall hotel was good and for business purpose this hotel is your place.

This is a budget hotel, so no frills But centrally located, easily accessible, excellent rooftop pool and very good staff. Right from Tushar Mukherjee at the front desk who went the extra mile to take care of our comfort to the room service executive , totally the valet Kumaran who always greets you with a smile and a warm greeting ! Definitely recommended👍

The room was not as advertised, and was basic and not worth the price paid. Very misleading photos, raised concerns with the manager and all he could say is that it was photoshop and I can cancel through the third party- which takes 14 days so not an option at the time. The room is fine and all amenities you need are in there. but just advertised as a more luxurious stay than you receive. Some people rely on the photos of the rooms when picking from half way across the world, I suggest updating the site to reflect the room correctly to avoid any other upset customers. Overall the staff were friendly, including security guard and location ok. Right near Abu Dhabi mall.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance work when we checked-in and up until March 2024. It's a bit noisy during the day from 6am to 5pm. But it's ok because we're out in the morning. The staff were very helpful. Needs improvement: Steam/sauna room - it's too small Swimming pool - not accessible because of ongoing renovation

The hotel is centrally located in the city and parking is never a problem with the complimentary valet service. We had booked for a one night stay only. I had an early morning flight arrival of 2am so the 24-hour front desk service is really very helpful. They even let us do a late check out for free to have more time to rest and recover. The staff is very helpful and made sure everything was excellent during our stay. Have not had a chance to use any of the hotel facilities but I definitely will next time my trip takes me to Abu Dhabi.

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

Service of Novotel is not stable… some times you get good service some times not… After a while out of town, I stayed in Novotel for one night again. I called for more water after check in as I knew myself I could finish 1L of water in 2 hours. When the house keeper came, he asked me for the empty bottle with which they used to fill in water before he could give me new one with water. I understand some ppl might wanna take their bottle but come on! If that’s the concern of the hotel, ask the guest for deposit for the bottle then! If anyone ever take it, deduct the money from the deposit. It is no sense to “protect the environment” while keeping your guests thirsty! And it would also rise concerns for me how these bottles are being cleaned?! Stupid!

I loved the interior design of the room and very spacious. The design is better than the other hotel I went before. Everything you need its already in the room, It nice seeing quality hotel in Al Ain. I didnt expect that the price I paid was beyond my expectations. Stayed in Aloft Hotel for 3 day with no problem encountered. Thank you so much Aloft Hotel Al Ain. 😊🥰🙏

The environment is very good. It is in the city center, next to a large supermarket and shopping mall. The parking lot is large and free and convenient. The room is more than 60 square meters. It is a suite. It is very spacious and nice. Maybe I will never have the chance to come to this first-tier city in the future. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel had its pros and cons. There was a bit of water leakage in the hallway, and the elevator was out of service. However, the room was clean, and all the amenities were available. The highlight was the fantastic pool that my boys loved. Moreover, the price was very reasonable, and the breakfast offered an impressive array of choices.

Well placed and silent and 100% clean rooms next time i will try not to take a room which have connecting doors

If I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through *********** Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say ” the hotel is being taken for quarantine”.. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.
