Luxury hotel , it would be just desirable to state that access to the pool is one hour a day by booking a pre-time slot and that access to the pool is no longer permitted for children from 18h.

AAnonymous UserClose to the headquarters of the Belgium national football team, the facilities are very new, the breakfast is very rich, the service staff is of high quality and the English is very good. But no public transportation. Suitable for self-driving and business trips.

GGuest UserReception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!!
It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice

GGuest UserThe best hotel to sleep, breakfast is also great, in addition to regular food, there are freshly made bacon mushroom poached eggs, sausages, tastes good! The hotel has free parking, the hotel has its own restaurant for dinner, the cost is a bit high. Looking at the picture, I thought it was very remote in the suburbs, but it was in the downtown area, a few hundred meters away from the Waterloo Museum, very good!
