It's a new hotel!
Everything is new and the bedding and towels were clean.
The river view was great,
and the bubble spa was great!
But it was a little stuffy because there were no windows.
Since it's next to a casino resort, there are a lot of portable facilities!

Nice hotel, lovely family room with a kitchen. However, the kitchen was locked, and we had to ask to have it opened.
Be careful at the pool. There's a large tile at the bottom of the pool that you could easily scrape yourself on. The toilet by the pool looked shabby; the seat was completely worn, and the chrome was all corroded with rust. The women's toilet was also out of order. Clean toilet paper rolls were placed at foot height next to the toilet, which was very unhygienic.
The staff were very friendly. There's a supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which saves €26 per person on breakfast.
The location in the village is fine. The entrance to the cave will no longer be next to the hotel from January 2026, and the mini-trains will also no longer operate.
My second stay. Quite convenient if we go by car to namur. A lot of furniture interior shop around (unexpected, but nice). 10 min to city center by car. There are a few bus from city with stop in front of hotel, but the frequency is like 1hr or more. Parking is great at the hotel. Room is good, chic and large. The bar is nice.
The whole mountain is a castle, overlooking the entire Namur city, the sensory effect is very good! The hotel staff is warm and active, the room is clean and tidy, a great experience!
The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very comfortable and very clean. The only problem at all was that we had to book for dinner at the hotel restaurant, for our surprise when we went to dinner they told us it was all full and if we have no booking we can't eat. We had to stay on the street with a young child to find something to eat what cost us very much
