Service was fast and accurate for both in-room and at the restaurant. Check-in and check-out was swift. The doorman/valet and bell team are very friendly, gave great advice about where to go around the hotel while the concierge wasn’t there. Bathroom was small, but clean and everything you need is there. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The airport shuttle picked me up in no time (you have to call the hotel for the shuttle once you land). Check in process was easy and I was ina. room on 4th floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. I absolutely loved the water fountain at 4th floor (it can give cold, room temp and sparkling water) as well as the ice machine. I didn't try the wifi as well as the restaurant (no buffet breakfast, but a menu and also serves lunch and dinner I think) as I used Uber-Eats mostly. Overall, I was a great experience and I will be happy to come again.

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

It was better than the Marriott at Seattle Airport in many ways, except that the Wi-Fi was still unusable without registration, and although the breakfast was delicious, it was confusing that each room was given a $50 credit, and any amount exceeding that, including taxes and tips, had to be paid by the guest, but the final charge was confusing. In short, it was a mess of accounts, but fortunately the amount involved was not large.

A great hotel with wonderful service. I spent the full day working from the room and then enjoyed the amenities after. Incredible staff at the front desk and were able to check me in early.

Very good hotel, you can order omelettes for breakfast, which are also free. I spent a night here, and I was generally satisfied. I highly recommend it, and it is cost-effective. It is a quick drive to the largest West Edmonton Mall in the past. The mall is worth visiting. In addition, you can go to the River Valley Park, where there is an iron bridge that is more than 100 years old.

This hotel in Calgary offers incredible value for money! It was by far the most comfortable stay I had throughout my entire trip in Canada. The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious, and the decor is elegant and tasteful. They even have a gym. The service was very welcoming, though the restaurant food was quite average – but then again, Chinese palates can be hard to please! The best part was the long row of charging desks in the lobby. For someone like me, who had half a day to kill before heading to the airport and needed to work on my laptop, it was absolutely perfect! The hotel is also just a 100-meter walk from Caesar's Steak House, a famous old steakhouse in Calgary. If you're interested, it's worth checking out. This hotel gave my Canadian trip a wonderful ending! (Although I did encounter some truly disgusting and over-the-top hotels along the way – like the Glacier View Lodge by the Columbia Icefield on the Icefields Parkway near Jasper. They severely discriminated against Chinese people, and the staff were incredibly rude and aggressive, telling guests to get out of their hotel late at night in freezing weather! I'd advise everyone to avoid it.)

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

It was a very neat and cozy hostel. I went alone and used the room, but it was wider than I thought and the amenities were good. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport, so it's very comfortable. ㅎㅎ

GGuest UserNot our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

GGTANKSMy fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

HHo BoboHotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease. More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor. This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!

LLeixiaI booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk

JJosefino DiazIf the food is important on your stay, this is the place to be. The option to have 7-12 breakfast or to extend until 2:30 with brunch is fantastic because you can wakeup late or do any other activity then straight to the restaurant. Both options are delicious, well stocked and prepared to perfection. We tried both the early breakfast and the brunch. Based on the good experience, we decided to try the restaurant bar at night. Same story, good food. Another common thing you'll find is the hospitality and the good mood for every single staff. Is a well notice thing which sometimes is not common. The rooms are quiet and if you get in the upper level, the view can add an extra. We're in Edmonton usually two times a year. Definitely we'll come back here
