GGuest UserThe Hotel was conveniently located near the metro to allow for quick access to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. My only negative remark concerns items left right around the elevators on our floor. A half finished soda can remained on the table at the elevators for most of our stay: certainly it was trash, but I don't know why housekeeping didn't clean it. In addition a luggage cart sat in the hallway near the elevator for for a night or two. Certainly these are not major issues, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

Check-in & Parking
Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car.
Room & Amenities
The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all.
Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth.
Location & Value
The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right.
Conclusion
Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

GGuest UserHotel is greatly located in the Mont Tremblant area. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store, and other shops. Breakfast buffet was decent. Staff were nice as she introduced us to the area and activities that we could do when we checked in. Will come to this hotel again when we visit Mont Tremblant in the future.

Breakfast was pretty much the same selection every day, but it was nice that coffee and hot water were always available in the lobby. It's quite a distance from Old Quebec, so transportation costs for round trips added up. Overall, it's clean and the staff are friendly, so I recommend it! ^^~~~

BBL LondonEverything about this hotel is great. The location, the very warm and friendly welcome from the hotel reception team made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was excellent with a superb comfortable bed and good quality shower and bathroom fittings. The bar area was very nice with lovely seating and great service from the staff. We only tried the restaurant Louise once but the food was just amazing and of a high quality and standard. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a bustling central area, though it's a bit of a walk to Chinatown (about 15-20 minutes). It seems to primarily cater to Western guests. The front desk is on the 10th floor. The hotel boasts a lot of external greenery, an artificial stream, and even ducks on its sky garden. Be aware that there are several steps between different sections of the hotel rooms. While there are ramps for luggage, it's still quite inconvenient, so I wouldn't recommend it if that bothers you. The room had one super large bed and a sofa bed right next to each other. Unlike some hotels that provide at least a partition between the sofa bed and the main bed, there's no privacy, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who value that. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel charged a C$250 deposit. A week after checking out on the 20th, the deposit still hasn't been refunded, which is a stark contrast to my later experience at the Hilton Vancouver (where the deposit was returned the very next day). If this is an issue for you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Like hotels in the US, Canadian hotels generally don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste.
