I stayed here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised! They'd already started decorating the lobby for Christmas and New Year, and there were some really beautiful bracelets on display too. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was unexpectedly spacious with great amenities – I especially loved being able to turn off the lights remotely with the smart assistant. My sleep quality was fantastic, as the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The front desk even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. I have to say, their breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. I even asked the chef to make me a bowl of noodles with shredded pork, which was a nice touch. I brought some dirty laundry with me, and the staff kindly washed and dried it, delivering it right back to my room. For this price in Hefei, finding a 4-star hotel like this is rare; it's incredible value for money. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is a no-brainer! It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Hefei. My stay was so satisfying that I'm giving it a five-star rating. Oh, and there are lots of beautiful bracelets available on the street downstairs.

Whether it's a standard room or a dormitory, everything is spotlessly clean. The sheets and bedding are soft, dry, and replaced for each guest. The bathrooms are odor-free and thoroughly disinfected, and public areas are regularly cleaned; even the corridors are pristine. Considering that all supplies are carried up the mountain by porters, this level of cleanliness truly exceeds expectations. The facilities are perfectly tailored to hikers' needs. Rooms come equipped with electric heaters, smart toilets, and kettles, along with a stable and ample 24-hour hot water supply – a hot shower after a hike is pure bliss! You can also get small items like earplugs for free.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

This is an old four-star hotel with a high cost-effectiveness. I booked a tatami room, which is not big, but enough for one person. The room is very clean and soundproof. The most important thing is that the hotel has a good location. A few hundred meters to the north is the Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, and a few hundred meters to the south is Bao Park. In addition, a few dozen meters to the south is Hongxing Road, where there are various small restaurants.

The environment is really great, and the scenery is nice too. It's right in the pedestrian street. Finding a parking spot took a while, but the hotel staff member was always enthusiastic in replying to my messages. She was very patient, telling me how to get there and how to find parking, guiding me online the whole way. She even helped us pre-register our license plate number, making entry and exit super convenient and fast. Plus, because of some booking issue, they upgraded me to a suite for free! I was so happy, it felt like winning the lottery! Haha, HUAZHU is definitely the best choice.

My first time in Lu'an led me to this amazing hotel – the Hampton by Hilton Lu'an Shanghe Street. It's truly the perfect choice for both business trips and family vacations! The seamless transition from the underground parking to the lobby means you don't even have to worry about getting wet on a rainy day, which immediately won over this detail-oriented person ❤️ The front desk attendant was also super nice and upgraded my room – five stars for that service! 📍 **Location & Transportation** The hotel is right in the heart of the Foziling East Road commercial district. You can walk to convenience stores and restaurants in just 5 minutes, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the high-speed rail station. The best part is that even though it's in a bustling area, the room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's completely quiet. Plus, the city night view from the window is absolutely stunning~ ✨ **Stay Experience** • The room is incredibly spacious! It features smart devices and modern decor, and it even has a super comfy sofa, similar to a La-Z-Boy, that makes you never want to get up. • For breakfast, I highly recommend the freshly made stir-fried noodles and cookies. I never expected Lu'an to have such a fantastic international hotel. From now on, when I come to Western Anhui, this is the only place I'll stay!

Hiking poles: Provided hiking poles, saved my life on the way down, seriously! Hahahahahahaha The front desk staff and driver were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with both Western and Chinese options. It's perfect for an early start to hiking – you can eat at the hotel and then take their shuttle. So convenient!!! They even arranged carpooling for us, so I didn't have to worry about safety traveling from Huangshan North Station to the hotel at night, and we also carpooled to Hongcun. The next day, after hiking Huangshan, I was in a hurry to get back to Shanghai, and the carpool shuttle service was super efficient, saving me a lot of time.

Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI.

The hotel is in a very good location, the lobby is clean and tidy, the parking lot is convenient, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, the environment is good, and the front desk service attitude is very satisfactory👍.
