This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at within a scenic area. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a hotel butler who was incredibly responsive to all our questions and requests, almost instantly. They provided us with all sorts of travel tips and guides, truly offering exceptional and detailed service. The breakfast was very rich and easily the best meal we had during our two days in Huangshan. In the morning, the hotel even organized a guided trip to Aoyu Peak to watch the sunrise. I was practically dead asleep, but hearing the departure sounds from below the hotel actually motivated me and my child to rush out, and we ended up seeing the sunrise! It was absolutely fantastic!

Overall, my stay at this hotel was great. It's super convenient being so close to Hefei South Railway Station. Plus, there's a large underground parking lot that's free to use. The room was spacious – I booked a king-sized bed and they upgraded me to a room with a bathtub. They even provided a complimentary bottle of red wine, a steam eye mask, and a bathtub liner. The smart home features throughout the room were a nice touch, and I appreciated the high-quality hairdryer provided. It was also cool to see them offer Luan Guapian tea, which is a local specialty. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, covering everything from drinks to fried foods and stir-fries. The service was quite attentive too; they even offer laundry service, which was a lifesaver – I had an attendant iron my shirt for me. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Hefei.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and the location is super convenient. What really stood out was how the hotel anticipated our needs, even before we thought of them. Since it's on a pedestrian street and cars can't drive right up, the front desk proactively asked if we needed parking for our car and if we needed help with our luggage upon arrival. So thoughtful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, breakfast was varied and fresh, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch in an elegant setting. They even offered a comforting late-night snack. It truly felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Anhui, and I'd recommend it to all my friends!

Good place , but the service people don't know English and it is central AC system , so unable to control the room temperature , Which is really bad experience .

The room was spotless, and the bedding was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This Hampton Inn was a much better experience than others I've stayed at before, completely changing my opinion of the brand. Other locations should definitely take notes from this one! The hotel's location is excellent; you can see it right after exiting the highway, and it's very close to the Huangshan transfer center, which is super convenient. My trip to Huangshan was fantastic this time, and I even got to see the sunset!

The room was small but well-equipped, and having a laundry room was a huge plus for daily needs. My stay was excellent. It's very close to Danxia Peak, offering incredible views for sunrise and sunset. The hotel also had performances, which showed a lot of effort and care. It was an amazing trip to Huangshan. The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

The overall experience of the hotel is particularly good, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The lobby is clean and atmospheric, the check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, and the service is warm and polite. The rooms are clean and spacious, the decoration is simple and high-end, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly stable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the sound insulation effect is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety, tastes diverse, clean and hygienic. The cleaning service is timely and intimate, the overall price is very high, the stay experience is full, and I will choose this one next time!

I stayed for a day, and the biggest impression was how convenient the location is. It's right on a pedestrian street, so in the evening, I could just stroll over to Li Mansion for some food and drinks without going far. There are even charging stations right downstairs, so those who drive here don't have to worry about recharging. The room itself was pretty standard but clean and tidy, and the pillows were just right, so I slept comfortably. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area for business.

This time I came to Huangshan with my kids during their vacation. We chose to visit when it's less crowded and the weather is pleasant, not too hot. The evening weather was fantastic. We went hiking today and the weather was great, no rain. What really impressed me was the excellent service at their hotel. We stayed on the fifth floor, which offered a great view and fresh air. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Huangshan. Highly recommended!
