We totally enjoyed our stay at Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road! We got an upgrade and late check out even though they didn’t formally recognise the Accor membership now. The minibar drinks were also fully complimentary and refilled everyday! Absolutely fantastic location with Beijing Road at your door step and McD and Chagee downstairs too!!

We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

Hotel is conveniently located as same building as Mercure hotel. 蔡经理特别好！ Helped with booking for Didi and purchasing of circus tickets! Thumbs up! 👍! Rooms are clean and breakfast on 29th storey and laundry on 30th storey. Great place!

The room is clean and well-decorated, with an endless supply of bottled water and a robot service for food deliveries straight to your room. The hotel also has a camera-monitored parcel storage room should you wish to order parcels to be delivered ahead of time. Excellent location, just around the corner from the start of the Huaqiangbei Shopping Street. Highly recommend!

Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk. I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice.

This is our first time staying at Intercity SZ(深圳福田皇岗城际酒店) and surprisingly the experience is unexpectedly good. We reserved 2 rooms and arrived at the hotel at 1030am on 30/8/2025. We paid around $240 for upgrading to a better room on the 16th floor. Our observations and comments are as follows: 1. Early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 1030am and can offer a room within 15 minutes. 2. Late check-out is offered though we do not insist. 3. Transparent pricing table 4. Nice buffet breakfast For improvement; the water pressure in the shower is a bit slow and weak. Otherwise, it would rate higher. All in all, 深圳福田皇岗城际酒店 has a high CP value. Particularly thanks to Aurora 小袁 for her excellent hospitality.

Right at the outskirt of Lao Street. Many eateries and shopping malls nearby. Hotel provided free breakfast, with adequate selection. Room size reasonable. Strong airconditioning and natural sunlight. Free mini bar for the first day. Highly recommend to those who want to visit Lao Street.

The room is very good . The service is so nice and friendly and we will come here again with my friends. I am so happy to stay here at night.

The stay was fantastic and the room is big and clean. Location is very near to most malls and electronic malls. Staffs are friendly especially Susan who helped me on my late check out. Tina was also friendly with the check out and it was seamless. Will recommend this hotel and will stay here in my next visit.
