It's definitely worth recommending. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, and it's super convenient to get to scenic spots. Plus, the hotel can even help you book discounted tickets!

Five-star rating plus 9 photos for my favorite B&B and its lovely hostess! Our family trip to Guilin Yangshuo this time had its ups and downs with the weather. It didn't rain as forecasted, but it was incredibly hot during the day. We ended up spending a lot of time at the B&B, but we had an absolutely wonderful experience. First off, the guesthouse was spotless, and everyone's service was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We booked the New Chinese Suite, which had large floor-to-ceiling windows. In the afternoon, we were even treated to an afternoon tea. After resting, we rented electric scooters from the B&B and went cycling along the Ten-Mile Gallery, which was fantastic. The highlight was definitely after dinner, enjoying the hostess's bartending skills at the B&B's bar. She's beautiful, has a cheerful personality, and makes excellent cocktails. We kept enjoying drink after drink into the evening. Next time when it's cooler, I'll definitely be back to Yangshuo for rafting and to stay at this B&B again. See you then!

Came to Guilin with my best friend and we were so happy with our stay at the Versailles Hotel! The location is fantastic, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are comprehensive. We loved the modern style and the environment was really nice and clean. It's close to all the main attractions and there are tons of great food options nearby. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were so enthusiastic and attentive, always quick to help with anything we needed. We really felt the hotel's personalized service and management. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

😅 I thought I booked a room with a view, but it turns out the 'view' was *inside* the room 😂, not outside. Plus, there's a hospital right next door 🏥🫣😓 **Facilities:** The room's facilities are very well-designed. The shower, toilet, and sink are all separate, which is great for a family with different needs using them simultaneously. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety of dishes, but the taste was decent. The freshly made Guilin rice noodles were delicious, and the takeaway coffee was a nice touch (saved me some money 😁). **Cleanliness:** The hygiene was spot on, but I do have one small suggestion: the sofa cover in the living room was a bit scratchy 🥲. **Environment:** The view outside the window wasn't great. The room I booked must be one of those 'influencer' rooms 😉, as I took some great videos and photos inside (they turned out really well)! 😊 **Service:** After checking in at the front desk, a butler helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. They also explained the hotel's facilities and services, which was very thoughtful. The butler's responses to messages were also very prompt 😊. Very, very, very, very satisfied! They even washed my little one's clothes and delivered them back to the room! 😚😚 Overall, the experience was pretty good. And they even gave me some Luo Han Guo tea when I checked out 🍵😊. Thanks a lot!

A heartfelt recommendation for anyone visiting Yangshuo! This hotel is perfectly situated along the Yulong River within the Ten-Mile Gallery, and its overall environment is simply impeccable. Open your window to an endless view of karst peaks, surrounded by mountains and rivers. The courtyard boasts lush greenery, and there's a viewing terrace and a swimming pool. Every corner offers a picturesque spot for photos. Unlike the bustling West Street, this entire space is tranquil and therapeutic. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, with a smart home system and TOTO brand bathroom fixtures, providing a wonderful living experience. If you're looking to relax, unwind, and escape the city noise, this is the perfect place. Its location is another huge plus, making getting around incredibly convenient. You can rent an electric scooter right outside to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery, and the Yulong River bamboo rafting dock is within walking distance. Attractions like the Big Banyan Tree, Moon Hill, Ruyi Peak, Silver Cave, and Impression Sanjie Liu, as well as West Street, are all just a short drive away. For those driving, there are EV charging stations and free parking spaces, making both cycling and driving stress-free and simplifying your travel itinerary.

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was pleasant. The butler service was excellent, always asking about our needs. They have a playground for kids, a paper fan painting activity, and an infinity pool. On a clear day, you can even see Elephant Trunk Hill. Shopping nearby is very convenient, and it's close to all the scenic spots. We enjoyed the sights and sounds while eating and drinking along the way.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! I loved everything about it – its grand scale, excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and strong reputation. It's just a fantastic place all around 😊. The location next to Elephant Trunk Hill's Gate 1 is incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to the night shift staff member who was on duty when we arrived at 1 AM. He was so attentive and patiently answered all our questions; truly outstanding! After years of traveling and staying in countless hotels, this one easily ranks among my top favorites. Highly recommend!

The room was large and spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a mountain view as soon as you open the curtains. They even upgraded us for free to a twin-bed family room. The breakfast was delicious, and the evening dessert drink was good too. Parking was convenient, with a huge free parking lot right at the entrance! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Location: The hotel is super convenient, just a 150-meter walk to Shuiedi Pier if you turn left when you exit. Breakfast: It perfectly suited our Cantonese palate, similar to the rice noodles and Guilin rice noodles we have back home in Guangdong – absolutely delicious! Although the variety of fruits for breakfast wasn't extensive, they were all seasonal, which was great! The hotel boasts a new Chinese-style decor. The lobby on the first floor is incredibly spacious, with a dedicated tea area. To my surprise, you can even play Chinese chess there! There's also a mahjong room, haha. Next time I bring my mom, she won't even need to leave the hotel to play mahjong. The kids' play area is quite large too, so next time I can bring the little ones along and they won't have to stare at their phones. The front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful, and their local tips were genuinely practical. The lobby even provided some common feminine hygiene products like disposable wet wipes, makeup remover, and facial cleanser – these little details were so thoughtful!!!! I must highly recommend the food at the restaurant; it was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable!

Guilin Lake Hotel boasts an excellent location – a tranquil oasis amidst the bustle, directly facing Guilin Lake's picturesque scenery. The garden setting is serene, and the service is warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a great foundation and top-notch views, but unfortunately, the facilities are a bit dated. I sincerely suggest the owners upgrade it to a Holiday Inn Resort. With IHG's standard quality and resort brand experience, it would perfectly suit Guilin's vacation appeal and surely become even more popular and competitive!
