I am fully satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is superb. It is next to food street and closed to tourist attractions. Room is clean with no smoking smell. Have laundry room including dryer that is free of charge. Staff gave us free breakfast buffet (probably because I was traveling with a disabled mom), which tastes great. There is a tourist counter at lobby where I bought my cruise trip to YangShuo. Price is reasonable. We receive free gift (key chain and towels) upon our check out. The only con is that their lobby is at lower level with stairs, which is not convenient for my mom who is on wheelchair to get to their lobby.

They will tell you everything and answer your questions about the hotel and the sights in the area. The hotel is located not far away, within walking distance from the busy and noisy west street, but at the same time it is very quiet and calm near the hotel itself, which is important for a good sleep. The breakfast at the hotel is good and delicious. Also in the afternoon, the hotel offers to enjoy a drink with fruits and cakes on the roof with a charming view. It is possible to rent a bike right in front of the hotel to explore the area. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Room view vs Customer Service. Pros : Credit to the lady who spoke English at the reception. She is a gem to the hotel, she went the extra miles to ensure our plans went well. Perfect, Xiaojie ! Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

Facilities are run down and not maintained. Staff used bare hands (no gloves and hands not sanitised) to handle and cook rice noodles for guests in morning, unhygienic and not following basic food handling procedures. Not once but over 2 mornings and with different staff on different occasions. Lift waiting public area on 8th floor was not lit at night. Do NOT buy Guilin Romance Park tickets through hotel. We made the mistake of buying the tickets from hotel. We were told by hotel front desk staff that the tickets were VIP seats in the middle, but in fact they were not and seats were to the side. What’s more, only after we bought the tickets from hotel were we told to collect them from a cafe (frequented by many touts) and not at the park entrance as legitimate tickets should be.

If you’re looking for some place, that’s clean safe convenient affordable then this is a place for you. They have many different kinds of rooms rooms that face West Street rooms that don’t face west street.  it has a convenient elevator rooms are semi contemporary clean no bugs good air conditioner good water, pressure good shower everything you need to have convenience at your fingertips and I don’t know if they do this for everybody but every day I get two bananas and those little tomato cherries nice.

However, after our memorable experience during our first two nights in Guilin and the outstanding service we received, we decided to cancel our initial booking and rebook the Holiday Inn for an additional three nights. We have no regrets at all! . Location: The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right at the tip of Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. We were surrounded by a fantastic array of shops, including food options, souvenirs, clothing stores, and even a McDonald's. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including popular tourist attractions. While most shops close around 11:30 PM, we found the noise levels at night to be minimal and manageable. Breakfast Spread: The breakfast offered a delightful surprise with their mifen, a local rice noodle dish that my parents enjoyed every day of our stay. The other breakfast options were standard but satisfactory, leaving us with no complaints. Cleanliness: As expected from a Holiday Inn, the cleanliness was top-notch. The bathrooms were spotless, with no signs of mold or issues in the shower. Service: The service was exceptional. Miranda truly stood out, making our stay memorable with her outstanding customer service. Our positive experience began even before our arrival in China when we contacted the hotel to arrange an airport transfer. Miranda's ability to communicate in basic English was a tremendous help, given our limited Mandarin skills. The rest of the staff were equally impressive, and the daily cleaning ladies were friendly and accommodating. Ideally located hotel - just meters from the airport bus last station, 5 minutes walking to Guilin Central railway station (meaning you have city buses going to multiple places from there too) and 150 m from the stop of the bus going to the more popular fast train station Guilin North. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, with spacious rooms and great everything - from the bathroom and air conditioner to the remotely operated curtains and lights. I’d be happy to stay there again in my next visit to Guilin.

We are a family traveler staying at Guilin Lijiang Moon Viewing Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Rong Lake, and the surrounding environment is very quiet, allowing people to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The first impression of the hotel is that it is very new, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. There is a gym and a children's playground. Each floor is equipped with a laundry room, which provides great convenience for guests. The most surprising thing is that there is also a terrace swimming pool on the roof, where you can enjoy the beautiful night view of the lake. The facilities in the room are also very considerate. The direct drinking water machine, disinfection cabinet, iron, and scale are all very convenient. The service attitude is very good. Always smiling and providing us with all kinds of help, making us feel the warmth of home. It is worth recommending and will come again next time!

The hotel is situated close to West Street so if you want a quiet place it’s not as quiet. And the room we stayed in was on the top floor of B building, there is no elevator so be prepared to walk. But the location was convenient for restaurants and renting a bike. The hotel will provide this service. We also chose the room with a balcony and it was an amazing view, totally worth it! There is a place in A building to do laundry. The staff is helpful.

The hotel is clean and well located! It is within walking distance from West Street! The front desk upgraded the view room for free, which is great👍 The breakfast is also OK, in line with taste habits, and is basic! A good place to stay for self-driving tours, with a large parking lot! The hotel is located on the inside of the road, and it is easy to miss it when driving! It is recommended to enter from the roadside parking lot, and the hotel is right next to it!

Excellent hotel in an awesome location tucked away 1 minute walk from the busy area of West Street and right next to the river. The family that looks after is amazing, they provided such high level of service with checkin and out just super friendly. The hotel is well maintained, clean with a very cool rooftop. The room and bathroom was really tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. We are not sure about the reviews from the smelly drain or worries of walking down an alley. It was a cute alley and China is safe when it comes to alleys unlike much of the world.

The hotel is newly opened, the facilities and linens are very good, the room is spacious, the washing machine is very convenient, and the whole house is smart. The view outside the window is very good. The girls at the front desk are very nice and smiling. If you tell them what you need, they will help you patiently. I originally booked for one day, and it was very comfortable, so I renewed it for another day. Although the breakfast is simple, it is very good and filling. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient and suitable for self-driving.

Booked a family room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room is clean, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen and laundry staff are also very helpful. Only minor negative point is the toilet door cant be locked and the control for lights for 2nd room is located in 1st room. Other than that it's been a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Come to listen to Deng Ziqi concert, very close to the performance gymnasium, walking is very convenient, there are many roadside stalls after the performance to solve the nightingale, so convenient. The restaurants around the hotel are a little less, you need to go a long way to IKEA to eat, usually no performance will not come here, a bit remote. The room is clean and spacious. You can see the Yongjiang River and the bustling night view of Nanning from the window. The breakfast is also good. The front desk service attitude is very good. Line 3 and Line 4 are available outside, and the subway entrance is downstairs, which is convenient for travel.

Overall our staying in the hotel was perfect! The room was nice and clean and they cleaned it every single day. It was not noisy at all so we were able to have a really good sleep. We had a good wi-fi, TV and a sofa next to the window to enjoy city view. The staff is extremely polite and they helped us to find certain sightseeing sports in the city and call a taxi for us. We also got a free breakfast although we didn't pay for it. By the way, there is no fridge in the room (if that matters to you).

It was my first time staying in this hotel. As I arrived late, I called the front desk in advance to inform them of my room needs. Xiao Tang from the hotel's front desk provided very good service and helped me arrange two adjacent rooms on the same floor. I was very satisfied.

Arrived in Nanning at midnight, thinking it was close to the airport, but it was actually quite far. But the waiters and drivers were very nice! I was particularly surprised. I have been to so many places across the country, but this is the first time I have seen such a nice attitude! It may also have something to do with the soft tone here! The driver didn't have time to pick us up, and asked us to take a taxi to reimburse! The taxi fare at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night was expensive! I was really satisfied! The room is as shown in the picture, the facilities are very good, the hygiene is also good, and we made an appointment to send the airport and wake up in the morning. It was my first time in Guangxi, and I didn't expect the air conditioning to be so powerful. I woke up in the morning with a cold, so funny! I didn't want to get up from sleep!!!

This is the beginning of my impression of the Champs Elysees Hotel! The first time you stay in a hotel, you may be unfamiliar with the location of the hotel. Exit D of the Convention and Exhibition Center of the subway station, after taking the escalator, go in from the main entrance of the mall and go down to the -1 floor, and you can find the hotel front desk. The room is clean and tidy as a whole. Although it is a certain age, it is well maintained. The only shortcoming of my room is that there are fewer sockets at the head of the bed, which is not very convenient for charging! The hotel elevator requires a card, which is relatively safe. The whole stay experience is good, and the front desk service attitude is very good! The key is that it is just above the Hangyang Convention and Exhibition Business District, and the mall is downstairs. It is very convenient and worth recommending!
