Strategically located along the food street and yet we didnt hear any noise from the street level. The hotel lobby is tastefully done up, the room is clean and hygienic, the staff always greet us, very polite and helpful. Theres always tea, cold drinks at the lobby. Really enjoy our stay here. We stay in a 2 single bed room, the toilet and bathing area are separated, however sharing 1 sliding door. This means that at any point in time, only 1 of it will be closed with the sliding door. Its alright for us as we are married couple.

Facilities: Undoubtedly the best in Liuzhou! Opened in 2025, so everything is brand new. They even have family rooms with slides, which my kids absolutely loved! Plus, there's a public kids' ball pit on the 2nd floor, providing another great spot for children to spend time. Hygiene: The rooms have wooden floors instead of carpets, so there's no unpleasant smell when you enter, unlike other hotels. Thumbs up!👍 Ambiance: The lobby is on the 13th floor, and you get amazing river and bridge views while enjoying afternoon tea and breakfast. The experience was truly wonderful. Service: The front desk staff were warm and courteous. Our two rooms came with a complimentary 3-hour electric scooter rental, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the local nightlife! Location: The hotel is situated in Wuxing Street, the most vibrant area, and you can walk there in just 2 minutes. Super convenient! The only minor drawback is that the water quality in the infinity pool could use more filtration and disinfection.

Great hotel location, very convenient for walking to scenic spots like Elephant Trunk Hill, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. The room facilities are complete, clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. The air conditioning works wonderfully. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and helpful, answering all questions and making us feel right at home. The hotel environment is excellent.

I'm finally getting around to reviewing this hotel a week after my trip, and I can honestly say, without exaggeration, that it's been the best overall hotel experience I've had in years, haha. Before my trip, I compared many places online and even booked one initially before canceling it. I usually prioritize hotels that have opened within the last three years because their facilities tend to be newer. I had prepared myself for the possibility that the actual place might not live up to the online photos, but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised upon arrival. From the thoughtful little amenities and drinks prepared by the front desk to the room's decor and the front desk staff and 24-hour butler's warm and patient assistance with all our questions, the entire experience was incredibly comfortable. Our room had a coffee machine that we didn't use, but we certainly made good use of the 75-inch big screen. We didn't watch any sports, but we binged two days' worth of shows, which was very relaxing. Also, the hotel's laundry service exceeded expectations; the clothes I sent for washing came back neatly folded in a bag and even had a faint, pleasant scent. The hotel's restaurant was also excellent; the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the dining time was generous. Our room came with a voucher for a dish called 'Li River Shrimp,' and we used it for lunch. The dish redeemed with the voucher was, in my opinion, the best, and the other dishes were also delicious. The overall experience was fantastic, with only one minor flaw: the shower drain in our room was a bit slow. However, I didn't report this to the front desk at the time because I was so incredibly satisfied with everything else that this small issue was easily overlooked, haha. The staff at the hotel was very polite and professional, they even invited drenched members of the public to shelter in the hotel lobby to allow the stormy weather to pass. This hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled within the Banyan Lake scenic area of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes. From the moment I stepped in to check in, my mood was instantly lifted. The hotel clearly prioritizes scent management, so the lobby always smells wonderful with their signature fragrance. The check-in process was also incredibly thoughtful; instead of standing, you can simply sit comfortably on a sofa to complete the formalities. The front desk attendant immediately offered a famous local luo han guo tea and a warm hand towel, which instantly melted away the fatigue of travel. This kind of thoughtful detail is a 'ceremony' I've experienced for the first time in all the hotels I've stayed at, and it was perfectly executed! The front desk attendant helped us with our luggage to the room and gave us a tour. The entire space was incredibly comfortable. The room's minibar offered a good selection, with juices, sparkling water, and more. The snacks were also thoughtfully chosen, with popular flavors that most people would enjoy. The bedding, pillows, and bathrobes in the room were exceptionally comfortable, easily meeting five-star hotel standards. The specially customized souvenir gifts, like the hotel's cushion comb and canvas bag, were very meaningful. In such a wonderful hotel, these items became precious mementos of our trip. ✨ The housekeeping staff were all very kind and friendly, and even offered to help us dispose of our takeout trash. Even our dirty laundry was taken care of; we just had to leave it by the door and inform our butler. The next morning, we woke up to find our clothes washed and neatly folded. The service at Fuyungdan (the hotel name is implied here) is truly heartwarming! Our butler also recommended many local eateries, snacks, and must-see attractions, proving to be a very trustworthy guide! If I visit Guilin again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to family and friends! I hope the hotel continues to thrive! 😄

Top-notch! I initially thought it was just the great ambiance, but the service turned out to be even better! The owner is very professional and can even converse in English, which explains why many Russian tourists stay here. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and while small, they have everything you need. Both the rooms and hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast is delicious and hygienic. For less than 400 during the off-season, it's incredible value for money. For the laundry room, the front desk even helps collect your clothes and dries them for you. Every day, they'll ask if you want your room cleaned or disposable amenities replaced. The hotel's coffee, and the coffee from the cafe next door, are both excellent. The only minor downsides are that the parking lot is a bit far, and the swimming pool is small, but it's absolutely beautiful for photos! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying at the Orange Crystal Hotel (Liangjiang Sihu Xiangbishan Branch) was such a pleasant surprise! It's perfectly located in the city center with stunning views of the lakes, pagodas, and mountains right from my window. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area. The room itself was spotlessly clean and felt quite luxurious, with comfortable toiletries and smart home features that made everything so convenient. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they responded promptly to any requests. Despite being in a bustling area, it was remarkably quiet. Combining beautiful scenery with excellent comfort, this is definitely an outstanding place to stay when visiting Guilin.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive. Given the humidity in the mountains, the dehumidifier in the room was a thoughtful touch that really enhanced our comfort. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent, even in the public areas, everything was very clean. Environment: The spacious lounge on the first floor offers coffee, tea, and a small ice maker for guests to use. There's a restaurant on the second floor, and a sightseeing balcony on the top floor which is perfect for photos on a clear day. Service: After our Li River cruise from Guilin, the hotel arranged for a car to pick us up, which arrived right on time – very considerate! When we checked out, they even gave us a complimentary local rice noodle souvenir. I highly recommend this place. The weather wasn't ideal during this trip, but I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area.
