My stay here was really great. First off, the room layout was well-planned with distinct living and sleeping areas, which made it very comfortable. The living room had a huge TV, perfect for an immersive viewing experience, and the sofa was quite nice. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly and always happy to help. I also have to commend the 'breakfast served until 1 PM' policy – it's a lifesaver for late sleepers. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The room was very clean and hygienic, the staff were very friendly, the sour soup in the restaurant was delicious, and the night view was beautiful. Our family had a great time on vacation. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the high-speed rail station, which is very thoughtful. It's also very close to Xiasi Ancient Town, making transportation very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are easy to get. I highly recommend this hotel when you come to Kaili.

Booking this hotel for our May Day trip to Guizhou was absolutely the right decision! For people like us who prioritize a clean and comfortable hotel, this place was perfect. First, let me mention a small detail: the pillows. So many hotels nowadays have high pillows, but the ones here at Banshan were incredibly comfortable and supportive for my neck, making for a great night's sleep! Second, we felt the room's layout and functionality were very well-designed. There weren't any unnecessary elements, and it felt very smart and spacious. Finally, the service attitude was a huge plus. The staff were warm, attentive, and patient! It was also very convenient for ordering takeout and other things! The location is also excellent; we felt it was easy to get everywhere, with most taxi rides being only about ten minutes. The room was meticulously cleaned, the decor was simple yet elegant, and the bedding was comfortable and conducive to sleep. Five-star rating, the overall stay experience was absolutely perfect!!!

I think the Wanfenglin Yueqili Mountain Homestay is excellent. First off, the guesthouse's location and overall environment are fantastic. The room balcony offers unbeatable, beautiful mountain views, and facilities like the garden and swimming pool are also outstanding. Secondly, the service here is superb. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and polite to guests, always going out of their way to help with any requests as quickly as possible. Plus, the room's cleanliness and amenities are good. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it offers both Chinese and Western options, and it tastes great – especially the rice noodles, which are delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this guesthouse and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Really satisfied to evaluate. The hardware is three separate, the facilities are new, and the whole house is smart and small. The sanitary standard is high, and the bedding and the room are very satisfied with me. The front desk in the lobby will take the initiative to say hello. Besides parking, it is really not easy to find this kind of hotel with a garage directly to the room in this location. Then the garage hotel logo is eye-catching. There is also a roof garden and a roof washing machine dryer ironing machine, gym, very satisfied. The room opened facing the primary school, quiet at night, and feeling energetic during the day, the sun blossoms very well. This primary school is beautiful! To say that the fly in the ointment is that the opposite guest is loud (it is estimated that they are standing in the corridor talking) and entering and leaving, which is also related to personal quality. This is already a small problem that can be ignored. In short, I am satisfied with the hotel, and the strategy before going out is not done in vain. Like the hotel! The hotel has a great atmosphere and a unique design, themed around the Miao and Dong ethnic groups, with lots of greenery too! ☀️ The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The smart assistant, Xiaodu, is convenient to use, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Breakfast is delicious, especially the coffee, and they offer various specialty noodles. It's definitely worth recommending! 🎆 There's even a dedicated place in the room to dry wet clothes, which is a nice touch. It's a hotel with real quality.

The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with excellent central air conditioning. We arrived on a cold, rainy winter night with our dog, elderly parents, and child, and were greeted by warm, friendly smiles and greetings from the staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff in the lobby to the security guards, and the staff we encountered in the elevators and restaurant, was incredibly nice and friendly, both to us and to our dog. The breakfast was plentiful, and both the facilities and service were easily four-star quality, offering exceptional value for money. The 100 yuan deposit for our dog was refunded instantly; it hit our account before we even exited the underground parking lot. For a hotel that's so friendly and welcoming to pets, I highly recommend staying here.

Definitely a hotel worth staying at again! The staff, both male and female, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the male staff members even upgraded our room, which was spotless. The complimentary hotel coffee was delicious too. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the East Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area – just a few minutes' walk, making it perfect for a two-day visit. It's also conveniently located near the food street, so finding dinner in the evenings was easy, and it wasn't too noisy. Overall, highly recommend! 👍🏻

This was my first time visiting Xijiang Miao Village, and I absolutely loved it! I booked this hotel specifically for this trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The guesthouse is located inside the Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village scenic area. You have to park at the West Gate Eco-parking lot and then walk through the scenic area with your luggage to reach it. A huge thank you to the three young men and one older gentleman who helped me with my luggage. I was traveling alone with a cat and a dog, so I had quite a bit to carry. They accompanied me, helping with my bags and even taking the scenic shuttle bus with me – truly, I'm so grateful!!! Because of its location within the scenic area, I had a fantastic view of Qianhu Miao Village right from my room. Popular photo spots like the Pigsty Cafe and Murashang Bookstore are just a short walk up the road from the hotel, which saved me a lot of walking and made exploring much less tiring. The guesthouse's breakfast and the evening sweet soup were both excellent. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay! Next time I come back to Miao Village without my cat and dog, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, but the size is relatively small, which is understandable. The service is very good, the front desk staff are smiling and amiable, and they answer all the questions patiently. The river view from the room window is very beautiful. Good night milk was given as a gift in the evening. A heart-warming handwritten card and snacks were given as a gift when checking out. Thank you very much! The only thing I feel is that the quality of the breakfast is a bit lagging behind and does not match the hotel's facilities and services. Hope it improves. I wish the hotel business is prosperous!
