The only reason why we booked this hotel is because we had a very earlier flight, and the hotel is directly reachable via Meilan Railway station. The hotel is also near a “shopping mall” to do last minute souvenir shopping, and there’s like a food court nearby. So location is 5 stars! At one glance the room looks spacious and okay, but there’s a cockroach looking creature flying out suddenly and when underneath the bed frame, and the toilet seats and the shower floor looks a little stained. I think the room light is a little dull even when all the spot lights are switch on hence not really giving a bright and clean impression. Nonetheless the super huge bed looks clean and white! Personally felt that service was not up to standard of what one would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Checked in around 6pm and there were 4 staffs standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to do check in?). Later the night wanted to ask about the bus shuttle service timing and the guy standing at the information counter just replied in a frustrated tone - “look at this timetable”. As it is our first time here we don’t know where is the pickup point and we asked where is the pickup point to which he just reply “this level”. We had to look around and point to the nearest entry and reconfirm is it there. So service aspect could have been friendlier. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard. Toiletries were great. 4 bottles of waters provided. 2 pairs of slip ons and 2 pairs of rubber slippers. Oh not sure what’s wrong with the aircon, set 23 degree yet it’s still making us sweat in the night. Usually I would feel freezing cold in this temperature. All in all, an ok experience to have somewhere to stay to catch an early flight.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Xiaojing the receptionist was very helpful and nice and went out all to make sure I’m satisfied with everything I need. I checked late the last day of my stay and seriously no one gave me a call to let me not forget to clock out like other hotels would. I’ll book this hotel again in my next visit. The sweetest welcoming stuff.

The location was great! The beach area was nice but it’s not always allowed to swim. We paid for breakfast but we’re not allowed to take much food to our room and had to show what we took. Therefore if you buy breakfast you should make time to eat it in the dinning room, otherwise it’s a waste of money. We were allowed to have a late checkout free of charge which was nice. This hotel is mostly foreigner friendly if you can speak Chinese. If you are a black foreigner it will be an uncomfortable stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

Our 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭. Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

The trip was decided on at short notice. The B&B was booked that morning. I didn't have high expectations. After all, there are many B&Bs that are deceptive. I didn't expect the real scene to be as shown in the picture. The B&B facilities are great. It has a sense of design and the white tone is also in line with the tone of the island. The 180-degree sea view room I booked is large enough and has a sea view bathtub. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is great. The overall facilities are very good. Even the 2 bottles of water in the room are Voss water, which shows the quality. There is also a welcome fruit cup when checking in, which is a plus. Guests can also make an appointment for travel photography, free follow-up photography + 3 negatives for free. The service is also very good. After checking in, the front desk brother sent various B&B guides and surrounding food recommendations on WeChat. He took the initiative to help me deliver my luggage to the room. Before checking out, he asked me if I wanted to help me with my luggage. I felt very considerate and taken care of. The location is a first-line sea view, the hardware is excellent, there is an artistic style, and the service is also great. This 180-degree sea view room for more than 400 yuan is very cost-effective! As soon as I posted it on WeChat Moments, many people asked me for the name. It is indeed worth recommending! I will recommend it to all friends who travel to Hainan!

The bed was a bit too soft compared to other 3-star and above hotels I have been to, hence difficult for me to sleep but no issue for my friend. There was no heater functionality in the aircon but it was already mid Dec when we were there, hence it was quite cold. There was no fridge in my room, but they did helped me to refridgerate my food. Think there was no differentiation for smoking and non-smoking room? We got a room smell of smoke but managed to get it changed. Everything else was good. Service was remarkable as we did bother them a few times and they responded quite fast.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel for one night since our flight landed late , nice welcoming and good services , hotel’s location in front of gate 2 , coffees & restaurants around hotel , moreover special thanks to Ms. Rebecca who cared about us and provided what ever we needed during our stay.

The hotel has fresh, quiet, and spacious rooms. Good wifi. The ladies at the reception do not speak English but help to book a taxi with a translator. The breakfast is Chinese and relatively poor. But it was for free. Overall a nice stay.

This is one of the best hotels with natural hot spring water in Haikou, Hainan, I ever stayed with before. It always comes across in my mind whenever I visit Hainan. The environment atmosphere is excellent with full of convenience shops, supermarket and shopping mall surrounding. The services rendered by the hotel's staff are excellent too with the patience and friendly attitude toward the guests. It always make the guests to feel ease and comfort staying in the hotel. Depart from Lingshui and stop in Haikou for food, drink and fun. I saw the Atour Qilou Old Street store in Xiaohongshu. I checked in with the mentality of giving it a try. My first impression was that of the Tang Dynasty. Xiao Dong at the front desk was very patient and thoughtful and upgraded a few things for me as a mother. Wooden twin room. The room service was very good, and they enthusiastically introduced me to room service, fitness, dining and other matters. Makes me feel more at ease and relaxed. Full self-service laundry service. After washing and drying, the room attendant will deliver it to the room, which solves the big problem of washing clothes in such hot weather with two children. Next time I come to Haikou, I will stay at the Wanguo Metropolis Atour Qilou Old Street Branch, a hotel that makes people feel at home.

Facilities: Clean and sanitary. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. I prefer the retro Southeast Asian style with wood tones to the modern style, so the experience is very good👌 Environment: Quiet and beautiful, the garden is great, the lawn is so beautiful, walking on the path under the shade of the trees, the wind is so comfortable. There are just not many people on the beach, the water is very clear, you can walk to MGM, but there are too many people there. Service: Intimate, thoughtful and meticulous, dinner is self-service on the lawn of the hotel. It was late and there was no lobster. The waiter saw it and took the initiative to send it. Where to improve: More entertainment projects and more seafood methods in the buffet will be better. Some projects are not particularly clear, and there is no introduction when checking in, which can be improved.

I think this hotel offers great value for money, and the attitude of Wu at the front desk is also friendly. If you're just here on a business trip to Haikou for a few days, you might want to give this non-chain hotel a try. Occasionally experiencing a stay like this is also quite nice.

The two beds in the family room are enough for three people. It is not too convenient to work part-time at the East Station and the bus terminal across the street. It is also convenient to walk to Wuyue Plaza for about 10 minutes to eat. The only problem is the light... The main control doesn't work when I turn off the light to sleep, and can only be partially turned off... The wardrobe still has no door, and the light inside can be seen from the bed... It's dazzling... In the end, the service staff used black tape to help seal it , Dad would be better if he covered it with a bath towel... It is recommended that the infrastructure should be checked frequently... Breakfast, well, I can only say it was average...

The hotel was booked for the team building. The location is convenient, the parking lot is large, there are many hotels and shopping malls nearby. The service is also very warm, and a small gift was given when checking out. It was a good experience. It is three kilometers away from Qilou Old Street, so it is ok to go out.

- [ ] Transportation: Hotel provided airport pick up/ drop off. We arranged with them a day before arrival/departure. - [ ] Location: hotel located at the end/ beginning of street. So it is not crowded. Just need 5 min walk to the right side of hotel and decline stairs to reach the beach. This side of beach is less crowded and good for sunbathing and swimming. Because other part of beach is crowded by cafes/bars/restaurants and there are too many ppl always passing by. It’s is highly recommended for international tourists who want sunbathing and to chill 👙☀️⛱️. Hotel has easy access to any type of cafe/bar/ restaurant (local and internationals like Italian) by walking to the left side. Every 100 meter, there was a spot to eat/drink. Supermarkets are also nearby. - [ ] Hotel: the building was new and clean. Lobby included with bar and cafe. Breakfast is served at the lobby or in the room upon request. Breakfast was American style and I included a picture for reference. Rooftop had a wonderful view over entire beach and sea. During sunset, the weather is so refreshing and windy. It was great to have a cup of tea/coffee on rooftop - [ ] Staffs: All of them were so friendly and welcoming you. They were very responsive and helpful. Among all wonderful staffs, Mr. Ivan was the one who speaks English and very nice to me. - [ ] Room: It was clean and fully automatic/smart but Bcos I can’t speak Chinese, I couldn’t use voice control system. There was a room service everyday. They arranged with me before the cleaning. They provided clean towels, shampoos and mineral water every time.The room’s view was a mixture of garden view ( trees from the neighbouring hotel) and a little bit of sea if you stay close to the window. I think the same room at upper floors, have a full view of sea.

Facilities: Very clean, in line with the cleanliness I want; Hygiene: Hygiene can meet my high requirements. Some minor problems were solved quickly by the front desk, and after-sales and service can keep up; Environment: The environment is great. What I like most is being by the sea and listening to the sound of the waves; Service: I will contact and remind you in time before check-in, and everything is arranged properly; Internet celebrity afternoon tea: The afternoon tea is very good, satisfied 👍 Pick up or drop off at the airport once for 2 consecutive days: Pick up and drop off at the airport is also very good for consecutive stays.

Booked 5 nights for 4 elderly people in my family, it's really worth it. The hotel is very conveniently located, opposite the beach and at the doorstep is the bus stop. Clean and sanitary, cleaned daily, breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, the service staff is polite and enthusiastic, making tourists feel at home. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Sanya!

The hotel was really awesome. Location is very close to the Dadonghai beach where all the cool restaurants are. The room was always kept clean and tidy by the menagment. All the biggest praises for this hotel, expect for the breakfast which was topical Chinese.

Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English which made check in and check out difficult. The hotel’s website was deceiving and a lot nicer than the hotel itself. It’s cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay. The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures, it was filthy, and there were no pool pillows for the sun beds or chairs, which made sitting by the pool uncomfortable. Unfortunately the private beach opposite the hotel was closed due to building work, the next beach is a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself is in a quiet location with no restaurants around. We drove all the way to Dolphin bar (1 hour 10 minutes away from the hotel). The hotel room was lovely and clean but it was noisy, there were cracks above the door so we could hear everything in the corridors and the rooms with children next door. The hotel did not give us ‘garden view room’, we had a room with view of the car park which was a waste of money. Upon asking for nicer rooms (having paid for it) they said they had none left. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, we wouldn’t recommend paying for it - drive an hour away instead. Due to Sanya being a long beach and the hotel being far away from a lot of things, we’d definitely stay at a more bustling hotel resort next time.

The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk to Haiyue Square 1. The room has a damp smell that can't be dissipated. The window can only be opened a little, so the smell can't be dissipated. I told the front desk lady the next day and she said she would send a customer manager to check it out. No one came for several hours. I stayed for two nights in total and was too lazy to bother 2. The air conditioner is very noisy at night when it is turned on at the lowest setting The heat is turned off, but it is noisy when it is turned on, which affects sleep

Renovated few years ago and well maintained. My family would really love to extend the stay if possible. Good location and few mins walk to zaliang street with many food options.

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)

The hotel is really great. The location is also excellent. Turn left and walk about 300 meters to the beach. I stayed there for two days and went to the beach every day. Scan the code at the door and ride a bike for about 20 minutes to the Nanhai Museum. Great! (I have agreed with my children to stay for a few more days next year) Facilities: The wardrobe in the room is a bit old, but the room space is great. It is very spacious. When you open the window, the sea breeze blows on the balcony. It is beautiful. We all like it. Environment: It can be said to be a forest hotel. The hotel is in Building A. Go downstairs and take a walk to Building BC. Building C is the naughty castle, and there is a swimming pool at the door. Children's naughty castle: The child also played for a while. Call her friends to come and play. Service: Responsive. The guy at the door carried the luggage as soon as I got off the car.

Came to stay for 4 days with my family, damnn I like the hotel. has a good view at least of the sky outside of our window, we live on the 10th floor. It's very convenient to go out and eat around the area, there's small shops that sells pows, noodles and a few blocks away you can get to eat some dim sum restaurant already. Few miles away from the hotel is the wanquan River. I've tried to walk back to our hotel from there, if not you can also use their app DiDi to call for a cab. I really love the area around. Hotel is good, eventhough the toilet is quite cramp as I have long legs so it's hard to close the door.. haha..but I just close the big door. the shower cubicle, there's only light coming frim side ceiling so is dim.. but i like their shower gel fragrance! so lemonish~ there's no fridge, but have all the toiletries you need. It's a good stay, will totally book again next time cause of the area around. There's night market across the street too. The staff was good, and they also have free sweets and cookies at the counter which is nice! The staff at the entrance was friendly 😊 and helpful with directions! you can even play piano there at the entrance!! so cool~

An old hotel opened by locals in Boao, full of coconut forest style. Although the hotel facilities are relatively old, they are very clean and reflect the feeling of home everywhere. The doors and windows of the room are open, and the wind blowing through is also very pleasant. The waiters are all local old employees, wearing Hainan Island clothes, very friendly. There is also a simple afternoon tea in the afternoon, freshly squeezed coconut milk, local cakes, simple and delicious. The fish therapy in the garden is also free, and there are several fish ponds. The story of the sea is in front of the hotel, and the food street is along the street behind. Qiao Niang’s main store is nearby. Go to Tanmen to eat seafood, which takes 15 minutes.
