Very convenient location for travelling. Staff is kind and helpful. Room are sufficiently clean. I often come to this hotel and I have never bean disappointed. Breakfast can be improved but is still sufficient. I recommend it.

Somerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways. Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok. It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem. The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it. The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply. Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

The room is very large and spacious, the mattress is comfortable, the curtains are very good at blocking light, and the sleep quality is also improved a lot. There are many lighting controls, which is very clever. There are many types of breakfasts with a wide range of choices. The service staff, especially the front desk lady, are very enthusiastic and professional. Chaibo Lake is outside the window, which is particularly impressive on foggy mornings.

Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport. 2 complaints: 1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker. 2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time. See Yem Kan

The location really is the hotel’s best feature. It is situated right by the river, and the there is a nice street market no more than 100 meters away. The lively Jianghan street is also somewhat close. The rooms are clean and staff is pleasant as well. They did call me several times after I checked out asking for a five-star review, which I do not appreciate. Otherwise no complaints!

Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

The location is a ten-minute walk from the airport, but the whole road is actually a motorway, there is no sidewalk, you need to be careful when walking. The hotel is very spacious, the environment inside and outside is very good, and the facilities are very new. The front desk said that the restaurant was not open due to the early epidemic, but it was good to pack breakfast to the room. The breakfast variety was relatively small and the porridge noodles were a few. There is sufficient heating and hot water supply, and one air conditioner is hung up in each room. We had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience.
