Andu Hotel is very clean, New and contemporary designed. We have 3 adults and booked the correct size of accomondation type with 2 rooms inside. We are very satisfied with its design as it is so privacy. Me and my husband staying in 1 room and next room is my sons'. We 3 share same toilet, wardrobe and pantry . Cons is the toilet is bit see through though is frosted. No lift to 3rd floor where our room is. So we have to carry all my luggage from reception 2nd to 3rd using staircases. Those who travelling with elderly or little baby might need to request for other floors may be 4th floor which got lift. Surrounded by eateries and shops. I will come back to stay Andu Hotel again. Last not least , friendly front desk staffs and free usage of washing machines and dryer before 12pm which I don't think tourists will have time for it.

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.

The hotel is situated very near the Chayuanchang Metro and the walking street. It's not far to the places of interest by train or bus. There are lots of shops and eateries around the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, except the room window cannot be opened out for fresh air. There was a small fan in the room to circulate the air. Breakfast spread was good and some of the dishes on the menu changes every day.

Location is great and within walking distance to Ping Jiang Street and Shuang Ta food building. It's easy to get transportation via didi app to travel to various unesco sites such as Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou museum, Master of the Nets etc. Accommodation is great. Staff asked if we prefer the room facing the bustling street or the residential area which was serene with birds chirping in the mornings. Hotel breakfast was sufficient and mainly local fare. No laundry service but hotel has a laundry room which is great! Service staff team are attentive; the chambermaid, laundry room lady and reception were very polite and service oriented. I'll return to this hotel again!

The hotel standard is really good, they prepare everything for guest, room is clean and spacious, even the bathroom also. Located near metro station, but when I went there yesterday the hotel lobby is under renovation so it's a little bit hard to find the entrance. I recommend this hotel, good place to stay with affordable price.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

This hotel was beautiful, modern and luxurious. Great for family. Love the view. Nice staff. Many local restaurants nearby (especially for breakfast). 8-10 minute walk to Shanghailu metro. Recommended! Thank you to the hotel for the free upgrade too.

Hotel is located just right outside Pingjiang road. Convenience store and bus stop just few mins away. Train station is considered far if you have to pull luggage’s if not is walkable distance. Hotel is relatively clean. There are 3 washing machines and dryers available, always in used. Try to use it during wee hours and it’s fine. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price paid

Hotel is relatively new and absolutely love the room. Downside to it was the staff gave me a room which was on the other wing. Had to climb up and down a flight of steps to get to the main elevator. The steps were not luggage friendly at all. Had to make two trips up and down the steps to carry my heavy luggages. 15mins walk to guanqian street for shopping and food. There’s also lots of restaurants around the hotel. Train station is also just beside the hotel. Down side: there’s no proper drop off/pick up area. Also, the hotel lost one of my delivery packages. I hope they will have a better process on receiving/delivering delivery packages moving forward. Since it’s nearby the famous attractions, be prepared to wait in the jam as the roads are only two way streets. Taking the train is your best alternative.

Excellent hotel that is beautifully decorated and very very comfortable. The airconditioning was good and so were the bedding and furnishings. Its location is right in the middle of pingjiang road which is very beautiful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. In fact the hotel is located right above an opera house, so if you get the right room, you can hear the beautirful opera singing from your window every night after dinner. The only thing is that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The nearest car access is about 150 - 200 meters away which may be incovenient for older people and young children especially with lots of luggage. The road is paved with ancient stones, which is not very smooth to lug your luggage on. Other than that the hotel is perfect!

It's so weird to check in at lvl 20. lvl 1 under reno and its so dusty. Have to wheel down a super steep 3 steps stairs before getting to lift and need to take lift to lvl 20 for check in. staff did not inform there is two lifts. one lift can directly reach hotel and no need to go back to lobby to access. great that there is washing machine. great that theres alot of power point and usb/typec point i didnt even need to plug my multiplug. cons: No aircon and the air was warm when we turn on the airconditioning. open the window for colder air to come in room. did not like that the toilet lights made the ppl inside visible to see from outside. worse is that if you are in the toilet, if you are at the shower next you can see the person sitting as the light shines the make it visible. bad design.

I booked for 5 nights. When I checked in, they gave me a room that looked completely different from the images. It was very dark and small. Also, the carpet was dirty and had hair on it. After two nights, I checked my booking again and noticed the huge difference. I went to the reception and showed them the photos. They then changed the room. The room I got then was exactly the type I booked. Please take a look at the photos I uploaded here, you will see the enormous difference! I find it extremely inappropriate to give me this TERRIBLE room when I book for 5 (!) nights. They seriously gave me the worst room of the entire hotel and didn’t care at all. Check the photos and judge by yourself! Positive things: the location is great, directly in the city center.

I always think Wanda Hotel is very good. The whole hotel smells of fragrance, the rooms are stylish and simple in design, the front desk guy Cora is warm and service-oriented, and the breakfast is rich and fresh.

The hotel is about five or six minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple subway station on Line 3. It is very convenient. The Confucius Temple scenic area is downstairs. There are several Li Baixie downstairs. The takeaway is very rich and the robot delivers it super fast. The highest floor given by the front desk has a great view. The hotel is newly opened and smells delicious. I am very satisfied with this stay! The pillows and beds of Atour are very comfortable to sleep on!

Location wise is good, room is clean, near to mrt and tourism spot. Only want to feedback that the receptionist at 1030pm dated 31 Oct 2024, was not professional. She was trying to avoid eye contact while answering our queries on payable TV program and kept handling the computer only. Not able to resolve our issue. Appreciate the management to look into this for better front desk service experience.

Although we are on the second floor, it is very comfortable. There is a garden outside the window, and the green bamboo is lush, which feels very good! The waiter is very considerate and even pressed the elevator for us. If there is a shortcoming, it is that there is no self-service laundry room. Their laundry service is charged separately.

Very clean place and snack right in the city of WuXi. It’s in a High rise commercial building. Like a mix development of condo. Beside it is the shopping mall. I was given level 40 giving me an eye level view of the city. The best thing is you can see sunrise when you wake up (see picture). Seeing sunrise while enjoying your coffee. Very high tech room, no cards for door, you are given pin. don’t need to worry about losing the room card. Overall I think this is very good for travellers of all type. Unless you are looking for 5 star hotel kind of service level. If not this is very good. One disadvantage is, there is only 4 lift serving so many floors or unit, if one of the lift breaks down then the waiting time for life can be long. Things to note: There is no signboard of this apartment shown at the building, you just alight at the building beside Sanyang plaza shopping centre and walk in the commercial tall building and go to level 29. That’s the check in location
