Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Andu Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were well-maintained and all in working order. The location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the price was reasonable. Definitely a great choice, I highly recommend it.

Two 1.5-meter large beds are enough to win praise from every parent-child family! Parking is convenient, and there are charging stations for fast and slow charging in the big square. The location is very good, and it is very convenient to go everywhere! The only drawback is that the light of the vanity mirror is broken, and it is not clear when putting on makeup

Traveling to Suzhou with my kids, I chose Mercure. They kindly upgraded my room for free. The hotel is located in a high-rise building, with the lowest floor being the 23rd. Unfortunately, our room didn't have a view of the 'Big Trousers' (referring to the Gate to the East building). The location is convenient for taking the subway. If you're driving, there's a free underground parking lot, though I couldn't find any EV charging stations. It's right next to a shopping complex, making it easy to stroll around the mall. We actually had breakfast there.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Line 5 subway station and tourist attractions, making getting around super convenient. The environment and hygiene are great, and the soundproofing is good. Housekeeping is also very prompt. The hotel is fully automated, with a smart TV for screen casting and a refrigerator available for use. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Suzhou.

I stayed at ANSHE Hotel in Suzhou for two nights in early April 2026 and left as a very happy camper. The hotel is well-designed and clearly well-run. The hardware and heartware are equally impressive: the staff are warm, hospitable, and quick to resolve any issues, while the in-room technology is modern, intuitive, and easy to operate. The room layout and amenities made it effortless to rest and recharge after a full day of exploring the city.
The location is another big plus — just steps from a metro station and an easy walk to the charming Pingjiang Road. This hotel truly ticks all the boxes for design, comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended.

This time I went to Nantong on a business trip. This hotel left a deep impression on me. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the service is considerate, and the breakfast is also rich. There is AEON shopping mall nearby, which is within walking distance. It is very convenient to eat. There is also a Hema mini downstairs. It will still be my first choice next time I go to Nantong.

This hotel is great – clean, hygienic, and has a wonderful atmosphere. It's right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The elevators require a key card to operate, and there are four of them, so there's never a long wait and you don't have to worry about chaotic crowds. The breakfast is excellent, with both Western and Chinese options, and the ingredients are fresh and plentiful – definitely not just an afterthought. The room facilities are also top-notch. Even though Nanjing was foggy and rainy with nearly 100% humidity during my stay, the bedding remained clean, dry, and soft, without any damp or sticky discomfort. I genuinely got a good night's sleep. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Overall, it was pretty good. It's located right in the Nanchang Street area, with lots of great food nearby. The on-site parking lot is quite small, so if you're driving, you'll need a bit of luck to find a spot. There's another parking lot a little further away. We decided to park and then take the subway, which turned out to be the right decision. Nanchang Street has a good vibe and is great for exploring. I'd definitely consider staying at Atour again next time. The breakfast is also quite extensive compared to similar hotels, and there's a Yinsi noodle shop right next door. We had to wait over two hours after getting a number to finally eat there!

Extremely clean!!! That's the top priority!!!
Offers panoramic views of the city and the Yangtze River in the distance. The bay window with a Japanese-style coffee table is perfect for both work and enjoying the scenery.
The service was warm and attentive. There was a small hiccup with my booking due to my own mistake, but the front desk handled it with great emotional intelligence, resolving the issue and answering all my questions thoroughly.
Downstairs, you'll find the Wanda commercial district, plus free laundry facilities and a gym.

The Atour Hotel Nanjing South Railway Station is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the South Station, making it incredibly convenient for catching trains. The rooms are clean and smart, equipped with Peet's coffee and a Dyson hairdryer. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are very practical. The service is warm and friendly, and it offers great value for money, making it a top choice for business travelers.

CChuntianrannaifenBooked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

KKok Hong GanI had a wonderful stay at this homestay at 平江路. The location is very strategic, with easy access to many attractions, shops, and food spots, making it very convenient to explore the area.
The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and the host went above and beyond to help me. They quickly coordinated with the driver and handled everything until my phone was safely returned.
I really appreciate the extra effort and care, it made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful host!

LlwkengWe booked the family room with 2 king bed room for our whole trip in Nanjing and the hotel truly is not disappointing.
The hotel is very clean and close to the Laomendong attractions. All are within walking distance. Nearby attractions are also a lot and easily reachable in short distant. Food and restaurant is not a problem.
The room has all the amenities and most importantly free laundry service is available which is important for my family travel for longer days as we do not need to bring a lot of clothes.
The owner is friendly and provided suggestions to our places to visit as well. Breakfast is inclusive. Even though simple, good enough to start for the day without needing to look for food before going out.
Overall a good and pleasant experience with our stay.

GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

GGuest UserBring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!

JJiayongThe B&B has a nice courtyard and good service. However, no matter how good the view is, the main purpose is to sleep, and the room had a piercing high-frequency electrical noise that kept me up all night. The owner reportedly sleeps on the second floor himself, so why haven't they fixed this hardware issue? Also, the so-called private courtyard pool is just a small puddle in their guesthouse, not a private pool for your room. I'm truly baffled by this misleading claim. I heard the owner is even a chairman of an association; if a chairman is like this, what about the other member establishments? The chairman said if you mention his name, the restaurants on the street would give you some 'snacks' – but these so-called snacks are just a small flatbread that all restaurants serve, whether you mention his name or not. The restaurant where I mentioned his name even overcharged me by dozens of yuan on the bill. In short, if you're just going for a photoshoot, it might be okay, but if you're truly looking for a relaxing vacation stay, I'd recommend sticking to professional hotels.

GGuest UserNanjing is a city where hotels are expensive and bad reviews are plentiful, so choosing a hotel can be quite nerve-wracking. Especially hotels near Xinjiekou tend to offer poor value for money. However, this time, the Mercure I chose was really good. The staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly. Although the room wasn't big, the hygiene was excellent. I particularly want to praise the hotel's breakfast; it included duck blood vermicelli soup, pig's trotters noodles, and other local specialties, which were all delicious. It's also very close to Deji Plaza, making shopping super convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is quite new and located right in the scenic area, making it super convenient. Just outside, you'll find the Confucius Temple and Qinhuai River. There's also a Nanjing restaurant right in front with amazing roast duck. The breakfast area is comfortable, and the staff are really great. On rainy days, the front desk even provides disposable umbrellas. Plus, thanks for the thoughtful little gift at checkout! 💝
