Very Good
CChrisChen1029The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.
DDongshengAlthough the hotel looks a bit old, it offers good value for money and is clean and tidy. The service is also decent. The breakfast is simple, but it met my basic needs. It's very close to the MTR station and Rua da Cunha, and right opposite Galaxy Macau, which is convenient for concerts.
GGuest UserVery clean and very good!
I went with my baby, and the Grand Prix Museum is just a short walk away. The transportation is incredibly convenient.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly.
The breakfast was delicious.
GGuest UserDrove to Zhuhai, and since I had my HMT travel permit, I smoothly crossed over to Macau and chose to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld. The hotel's decor is grand, the room size is good, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. Plus, they offer unlimited bottled water, which is a nice touch. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that!
SSuannaShelkenThe hotel's environment is fantastic! The sea is right behind it, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff's service attitude was excellent! Everyone was friendly and patiently answered our questions about tourist attractions. It's right next to Fisherman's Wharf and a bus stop, and across from Sands Casino, where you can catch free shuttle buses to downtown attractions and other casinos!
AAnonymous UserThis time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued.
It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall.
What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! The free shuttle bus to City of Dreams is less than 100 meters away, right next to the hotel. We could easily walk to attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's. The hotel's restaurants are also excellent, and guests even get a discount. For this price, staying in such a beautiful hotel offers incredible value for money.
WWangchengcheng189The environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunset from your room or at Cheoc Van Beach, which is right next to the hotel, in the evening. In the morning, you can walk about 30 minutes to Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail near Hac Sa Beach to watch the sunrise from the Seaview Pavilion.
The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Every food item maintains excellent quality, and the dining area has a charming view.
The hotel is older, and the facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained and perfectly functional for daily use. Plus, there was absolutely no smoke smell in the room, which is a big plus. :)
Overall, while the facilities might be a slight drawback, the environment and food more than make up for it. Because of this, I'm giving a perfect score for facilities.
GGuest UserI was in Hong Kong for work and decided to pop over to Macau. It was super convenient getting to the hotel directly from Taipa Ferry Terminal. For getting around to other places, you can catch the bus or metro from the Stadium or Nam Van Garden stops. The room was really clean and quiet at night, offering excellent value for money.
LLvxingshuoThis hotel has a charming European retro style, complete with Portuguese-inspired tiles and vintage telephones.
The room layout is a bit compact, but it's very clean.
The location is fantastic, right next to major attractions. There's a Guandi Temple downstairs and the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau across the street. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, Na Tcha Temple, Macau Museum, and Mount Fortress, and about a 20-minute walk to Grand Lisboa Hotel and other spots.
The service was friendly.
I really appreciated the complimentary mini-bar (one per stay) with free snacks and drinks. A special highlight was enjoying the night view from the rooftop with a free drink – it was incredibly romantic and truly wonderful!
