4-Star Hotels in Macau, China

I booked a two bedroom hotel for my baby's birthday, it was just a simple celebration, I just invited a few friends, the room was spacious, beautiful and clean. There is a small living room for guests. There is also a bus stop near the hotel and a convenience store in the lobby, but the prices are just higher than the supermarkets outside, so if I were you, you should bring some snacks, drinks and food when you go there..

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

The room is spacious and the location is great, very close to Wynn Palace, MGM, and other entertainment spots. The service is also excellent; they offer free luggage storage for 3 days, which is unbeatable. Disposable toothbrushes are provided, and you don't need to bring a travel adapter. The only minor drawback is the bathtub shower combo.

This time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall. What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the driver who took guests to Hengqin Port at noon needs to improve their service attitude. As tourists from out of town, we weren't familiar with Macau. There was no voice announcement on the bus, and the driver didn't inform us about the stops, which led to us getting off at the wrong stop with two suitcases before reaching the port. This experience was not very good. I hope your hotel can improve this aspect of its service. If improved, we would definitely choose your hotel again for our next trip to Macau. Thank you.

The room was spacious and had a bathtub. It was easy to get a taxi, and the hygiene was good. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use because I had to check out at 11 AM. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is very convenient.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our first room had a smoke smell, but they immediately switched us to another one. It was the best night's sleep we had during our Hong Kong and Macau trip. There's a sour and spicy noodle shop right at the alley entrance downstairs from the hotel, and it was surprisingly delicious! When we left Macau, we luckily caught the hotel's free shuttle. It was a business van, and they dropped us off at the border crossing for free. Super awesome!!!

This hotel is a bit old, and in Macau, where there's a big disparity between hotels, you have a lot of choices. However, this one is pretty good. We took a ferry from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal to Macau, then a shuttle from Grand Lisboa to near the hotel, and it was just a short walk. Next door is New Yaohan, which is great for shopping, and there are also places to eat upstairs. It's quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's on foot, and you can catch a bus downstairs to Taipa. All in all, it's excellent value for money.

Among all the hotels in Macau, the room isn't particularly spacious, but the facilities are great for kids. There's a bus stop nearby for getting around. You have to go to Grand Lisboa Palace for the shuttle bus, and while the hotel does have a shuttle service, it parks at the East Gate, so it's actually easier to just walk. On my last day, I was bitten by some unknown insect, and it itched for two days and swelled for three.
