Absolutely stunning place to be in. Hotel is very near Yu Gardens and Cheng Huang Miao. The nearest train station is just about 10-15 mins walk, very convenient. Housekeeper were very attentive and helped to clean our room everyday, spotless 👍🏻 Receptionists were friendly and always never fails to greet all the guest. Definitely recommend this place for all fellow travellers 👍🏻

The hotel is well-designed and feels like a studio apartment. The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. They managed to arrange for early check-in when we arrived in the morning. Always checking on us and making sure we are well-rested! Will return for a stay again :)

Absolutely loved my stay! Creative design for the solo travelers! got everyone asking where is this place when i posted my room on IG!😁 Location was also 10 points the URSIDE hotel house of Gryffindor!💅 The daily 1 free cup of drink of choice adds 100 points just knowing my coffee awaits me 2m away from my room! Although asked ”please sir! Can i have some more? For free” ”MOREEEE?” Unfortunately wasn't their reaction! Anyway Highly recommending!

The aircon should be colder. It's only can reach around 27 celcius. And i think it will get hotter during summer. But they put air cooler in the room tho. Basically the room is funtastic. The view, bed, size. It's really good. And the best thing is they have jacuzzi. After 20km walk during day time, it's feels good to just relax the body in jacuzzi. Ah. And the location is not the best, you have to cross roads from metro. And the nearest in line 1. Need to walk further for Line 3 and 4. Overall it's a good value for money hotel in Shanghai.

Kia ora, we are a couple from NZ. We stayed for one night only before going to the airport. We wished we stayed here longer as it was so dreamy and peaceful. Check in was easy and the girls were very helpful. Room was AMAZING and was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast in the morning had western and Chinese options and was delicious. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport and this was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel. One thing to note is on Trip.com it is advertised as one name and upon arrival we found it was called “Moonloo” just an fyi when needed long to find it. Location is fantastic with access to shops and dinner options.

Excellent concierge team. The front desk and all the colleagues went above and beyond! We arrived on 5th July. Our child felt unwell from the travelling. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us find a hospital who would offer outpatient appointments without pre-booking. She helped to get us a taxi. They are a credit to their employer. Nice and clean hotel room. Lovely breakfast buffet. Perfect location. A++++

It was the first time to take my baby to the safari park. Considering that the baby was young, I chose a hotel close to the zoo. I noted the information, but I didn't expect the hotel to confirm it quickly after placing the order. The young man also called to ask for the requirements, helped us to put the bed together + install the bed guard in advance, and after asking about the needs, he learned that the baby liked to play in the water, and upgraded us to a room with a bathtub, which was really great. After arriving at the store, the old mother only needed to make the bed with disposable items. What I didn't expect was that the hotel had shuttle buses to Disney, Haichang, and the zoo. Unexpectedly, they even provided free midnight snacks, which was really friendly to the dusty guests.
