English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Couldn’t ask for more , fantastic experience , splendid location to everywhere, room was a beauty with daily laundry services. Of course I have to mention the extra mile service from the butlers 然然 & 晓雨 making the whole experience even more unforgettable. 24/7 standby service from them to answer any question via WeChat. To my surprise they even help to collect delivery items on behalf. Will definitely return again.

The hotel is super close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the subway station – you can just walk everywhere. There are tons of food options nearby too! They even gave us complimentary afternoon tea and a non-heritage handicraft experience. We stayed for 5 days straight, and an auntie came to clean every day. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and welcoming.

We enjoyed the position, right next to people park and very convenient t for metro. The room we booked has a beautiful terrace with plants. Very nice spaces inside, including a small study area. Service has always been readily available and room was really clean!

I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

Our family of four stayed here and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a charming little garden with a fish pond, which was a huge hit with the kids. Near the restaurant, there's also a cozy corner where children can read or play with toys. The front desk area is incredibly picturesque – perfect for photos! Upstairs, there's another small garden bursting with colorful hydrangeas and a swing, making it a lovely spot to relax and chat. Our room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even assisted us in transferring some of our luggage to a hotel we'd be staying at later in our trip, saving us from having to take all our bags to Jiuzhaigou. There are plenty of dining options, convenience stores, bakeries, and pharmacies conveniently located near the hotel. My child wasn't feeling well, so we just popped over to the pharmacy across the street – super convenient!

Fast check in, provided us 2 cards. Although this is not a new hotel but i am still happy with the condition, it is clean, service good, very understanding and coperative staffs. The 2 days of my booking i am not able to have my breakfast due to my day tour pickup time are too early, they provide us some simple take away breakfast, this is awesome, thumbs up! The only problem which i noticed is the toilet door stopper, i have kicked it few times, in my opinion, i think that door no need to have the stopper.

The new Chinese decoration is elegant and quiet, the room is comfortable, clean and hygienic, and the gym equipment is complete and can exercise at any time. There are many Chinese dishes for breakfast. There are many choices of porridge, noodles, hot dishes, and snacks. The fresh and hot supply is timely. The one-stop experience of eating and living sports is very satisfactory and worth recommending. Xiaolan service is good [strong]

Check-in was super fast, and the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spotless. When I checked out, I even got a little panda souvenir, which was a lovely touch. It's clear they put a lot of thought into the guest experience, which you really can't force. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean and remarkably quiet, making for a very peaceful stay. Any requests I had were promptly addressed! Excellent.

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.
