English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. The hotel is located on the 37th floor of a building in front of Tianfu square. Attached to the building is a mall with drinks and snacks etc. The staff were very attentive and supportive at all hours of the day and helped decorate the room for my wifes birthday. They helped with my local shopping requests by helping me navigate local apps. The room was spacious and clean and everything felt modern. Worth the price and we would use them again if we returned.

We extended our stay by one night due to our high-speed rail tickets. I specially bought a bubble tea and had the robot deliver it to our room – it was so fun meeting that cute, square delivery robot! My parents were very happy with the hotel's breakfast; it had a distinct Chengdu Giant Panda theme, with both Chinese and Western options. I really enjoyed the meat buns! On both our check-in day and the day we left, we tried the afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and the 'guilinggao' (herbal jelly) and 'bingfen' (iced jelly) were perfect for the current weather, very refreshing!

My family and I stayed in Chengdu for two more days after our group tour. I didn't want the hassle of changing hotels, so I just booked a single room again. The staff was very helpful and moved me to a more central room, and even transferred my luggage from the old room to the new one, which was a huge plus! Although the power outlets in the single room were in odd places, it didn't really bother me since I was traveling alone. Everything else was fantastic. They offer butler service, which means they can help receive packages for you, and if you have any questions, you can ask the butler – someone is usually available to respond 24/7. The breakfast is a set menu, but you can always ask for more if it's not enough. The courtyard restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful, with small bridges and flowing water, making it a picturesque spot for photos. The hotel reception is on the first floor, and the entire building is self-contained, so there aren't a lot of random people coming and going. Food deliveries also come up via robot, as delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. If I had to nitpick, the only downside would be a few mosquitoes. If you're prone to mosquito bites, you can use some repellent (which the hotel provides). But that's a minor issue, and it doesn't detract from the overall experience. I still highly recommend this place.

I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

Our family of four stayed here and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a charming little garden with a fish pond, which was a huge hit with the kids. Near the restaurant, there's also a cozy corner where children can read or play with toys. The front desk area is incredibly picturesque – perfect for photos! Upstairs, there's another small garden bursting with colorful hydrangeas and a swing, making it a lovely spot to relax and chat. Our room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even assisted us in transferring some of our luggage to a hotel we'd be staying at later in our trip, saving us from having to take all our bags to Jiuzhaigou. There are plenty of dining options, convenience stores, bakeries, and pharmacies conveniently located near the hotel. My child wasn't feeling well, so we just popped over to the pharmacy across the street – super convenient!

Fast check in, provided us 2 cards. Although this is not a new hotel but i am still happy with the condition, it is clean, service good, very understanding and coperative staffs. The 2 days of my booking i am not able to have my breakfast due to my day tour pickup time are too early, they provide us some simple take away breakfast, this is awesome, thumbs up! The only problem which i noticed is the toilet door stopper, i have kicked it few times, in my opinion, i think that door no need to have the stopper.

The temporary accommodation booked on a business trip is very satisfactory in all aspects, the location is convenient, the underground garage has plenty of parking spaces, the room is quiet and not noisy, it is very suitable for rest and office. Special thanks to Xiaolan, who was very patient when communicating the needs in advance, and specially helped to reserve a quiet room type that did not rely on the street. Going to the store to go through the procedures is efficient and fast, and inform the use of the facilities in the store in detail. At night, I encountered a problem with debugging the projection of the room. I asked Xiaolan to also carefully guide online step by step, and there was no perfunctory. The store's sanitation and maintenance are in place, the supporting supplies are complete, the service is meticulous, there is no over-selling, the whole process is comfortable and comfortable, and the good service experience gives the journey extra points, which is worth recommending.

I highly recommend the Mercure Chengdu Chunxi, mainly due to its excellent location. It's right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The room layout is well-designed, and the facilities are new and complete. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel environment is quiet and spotless, with public areas maintained neatly and elegantly. The staff are responsive and patiently address any needs. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh dishes offered daily. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money – a peaceful haven in a bustling area. It's perfect whether you're traveling solo or with company. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.
