It's a lovely stay at Hotel Hao, everyone was accommodating and helpful to us with our needs. Room has slight soundproofing issues but nobody was really noisy. The street is perfect distance from cultural area nearby. Will stay again!

Got lucky & have the minsu nearest to the entrance with an amazing view! Host was friendly & helped us with the 早茶客 booking. The only con was the room was below the stairs to lvl 2, so when people are walking you can hear it clearly.

Great hotel in Hangzhou! Flew in to Shanghai on a redeye before taking the bullet train to Hangzhou. Happy that the hotel allowed us early check-in so that we could get some rest. Room is spacious and clean, with great amenities, with free snacks and drinks. The hotel had a robot butler to send up extra water and tea. Location is great along Yanan Road, near West Lake and metro, although we took Didi all the time. Overall, will be glad to stay here again if we ever return to Hangzhou.

Good hotel to stay overnight when you need it. Everything is new and clean, design and space of room is fine, shower, toilet, two beds, sofa. Only two things is disturbing- long check in… People on reception don’t speak English language and use translation on smartphone. And two broken coffee machines on breakfast, restaurant service is good and a lots of food variety, but so hard to get one cup of hot cappuccino. By the way if you on transit between flights you spent long time to go out and get back to terminal. Anyway is nearest place on airport where you can rest for sure, after departure exit only by foot 5 - 10 minutes walk.

Great customer service attitude from the front desk and house keeping staff. Special mention to Miss 袁巧花 of the house keeping team for being proactive in assisting our needs. That is why I took a picture of her name tag so I can mention her here in this review Location: Great 👍! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

RenHe Hotel is not only situated right beside popular West Lake, and right at the start of the Pedestrian Shopping Street with lots of food to choose from. Booked a family room, which is very spacious and clean too. Definitely worth the price. A window view of the West Lake for your reference. Counter staff (ie Xiao Zhou) has been very polite and helpful. The hotel staff are generally proactive and professional. Only setback will be that the hotel outsourced the breakfast, which is below average standards. Frankly, I rather order MeiTuan which is more worthy. With that, this hotel is equipped with Delivery Robot to deliver the food delivery to your doorstep. In retrospect, my family (especially my boys) and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hangzhou has beautiful weather most of the time. We will be back again to RenHe Hotel Hangzhou.

The room is extremely good, and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The amenities are great, and the room has smart features - electric toilet, mobile phone charging station, etc. Location is very good and hotel is near the Qian Hefang street, West Lake, and shopping places. Plenty of food places nearby too. There is free laundry service and free supper at 9pm. Service is excellent! I’ll give this place more than 5 stars , highly recommended!

Dongpo Hotel is located right smack and within walking distance to the Xihu Park. A 5mins stroll to the boat and tram/buggy ride around or across the lake. All around the hotel there are souvenir shops, snack shops and many eateries. Including the several malls surrounding it. There is also a big apple shop nearby amongst the many brands. As for the stay in the hotel, amenties are clean. However, do note when booking a non-window room, it will be very warm with little ventilation. And in winter the aircondition is default heater. So if you prefer the room cooler, please consider the window ones. Generally, the aircon does not have smoke smell, however you will have smokers at the lift lobbies. So do be prepared for that. Would strongly suggest the hotel to keep the lobby smoke-free with a fine of sorts and create a smoking room, so that when one books a non-smoking room, that level is free from smoke. Apart from those discomfort, would definitely recommend the hotel to those intending to tour around the Xihu Scenic area

The family room had a cigarette smell despite being on a non-smoking floor. However, the service people were nice and did their best to accomodate us. They offered an air purifier in the room for the first night, and changed rooms the next day. Chinese style buffet had an okay selection. Overall, value for money but this hotel could definitely use a renovation

A marvelous experience and I was extremely impressed by the high-quality services this hotel could provide! Location must be 100 full credits, so close to the West Lake Plaza! Very satisfied with the top roof garden views.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. The food in the first-floor restaurant was very delicious, and I really enjoyed it. The hotel Wi-Fi allows access to Google and WhatsApp. The staff I encountered were very warm and friendly. They were happy to help with things like booking a taxi and sending packages. Overall, I am very satisfied.J@#

The breakfast in this hotel is excellent and should be appreciated. On the whole, the variety of vegetarian options provided not only meets the needs of different guests, but also reflects the importance of healthy eating in the hotel. The service from the staff jim and anna is also very good!

Stayed at Kaison Pusham Hotel in Yiwu and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight – tasty and varied options every morning. Friendly staff and good service make it a solid choice for visitors.

The hotel has made new adjustments this year. There are many changes. When I came here last year, it was an old hotel. This year, it has all become new. The rooms are very different and more beautiful. The biggest change in comfort is the restaurant, which has an independent Arab kitchen and chef, which is very friendly to Muslims.Thank you very much in the hotel. I hope to see you next time. Super super great, good service, hygiene is super good, really clean, the room is huge, the window is huge, the bed is very comfortable, there is a refrigerator, the photos can not take it good, and directly from the hotel entrance, check in at the front desk is very formal. It was a very comfortable stay. Especially the breakfast was exceptionally nice. The breakfast of choice for stay was exceptionally abundant, exceptionally delicious, nutritious, and there was exceptionally much to choose from. Everything was delicious. Families who didn't have a crush on anything and haven't tried it must try it! Sitting in the front desk of the hotel lobby, my little sister also sent coffee. I really did not expect is that there is a toothpick, I really want to cry to death, what a detail of the little sister ah, really super love, although the toothpick is really small, it is not easy to cause bleeding, but I think this best reflects the integrity of the equipment rich. This hotel location is near all turkish restoran only 5 minutes by walk.thata room is clean and big, But with thats prices can stay better than thats hotel.And when arrive to hotel on 4 oclock,on reception nobody know eglish.that very big problem for cominucate.Breakfast is so so .. Thanks

Hotel was clean and efficient, very popular amongst travellers going to Yiwu market. Across the street from the famous Sultan turkish restaurant, location is ideal. Stayed 3 days and except the dryer laundry did not dry very much, everything else was fine.

We arrived hotel afternoon. It’s on the man road and building also very new hotel very new clean and tidy very big room as shown on the picture we recommend if you visit yiwu book this hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location and everything is very nearby, easy to travel everywhere and breakfast is also very good, only the bad things is their service.i have kept my room key in the room because the mobile battery was very very low so I kept the same for charging and when I went to the international national market and come back to the room in the house keeping service were removed my card and taken away.i went to the reception and explained to the lady but she told me that she hasn't any responsibility for the same and she will give another card and will be accountable.i made the argument with her, later that the manager came and said that he would check with the house keeping tomorrow and will get back touch with us for the following matter.however I have one more day ( one night) stay which I booked directly with the hotel and waiting what actions are they are going to do for the same.i haven't any other issues with the hotel for my 5 nights booking through trip.com except the one I mentioned.the hotel is good and location is good but I'm not satisfied with their service.if they properly handled the matter with the same I will write the progress in my another review soon.

Hotel is like a 10 minutes walk from Wuzhen scenic area (west part). Everything was fine, employees were very nice. They have a delivery robot which is convenient. It’s allowed to smoke in the room, so it had a bit of cigarette smell. Also toilet in the room has only a glass door, but it was not a major problem. In any case this seems to be the standard in Chinese hotels. Breakfast was okay, not many western options, but it was fine in general.

Modern looking hotel on a street that’s full of restaurants and homestay. Just a short walk to the Wuzhen attraction. Hotel staff were quite friendly and bid my friends and I farewell with a gift when we checked out. What a pleasant surprise!

The folk hygiene is pretty good and clean. The boss is also very enthusiastic. I forgot to take pictures of the indoor environment. It has a leisurely small balcony. The fish in the fish pond are very cute. It is very close to the scenic area and you can walk to Xizha in a few minutes.

The room was bigger than I thought, with a square outside the window, and the key point was that there was a big bathtub. The service attitude was also very good, and the waiter took the initiative to help us put disposable bath bags in the bathtub, which was very considerate! A perfect experience!

Rooms was clean and spacious and large bed. Reception was very friendly and nice. Requested for extra pillows without a problem. Nice location as near to the park and eateries. Gave us late check out as well. Souvenirs was given when checking out the room. Highly recommended.

The hotel is near Wuzhen resort areas. You can take 5 mins Di Di or take a walk for 15 mins to Wuzhen resort area. There is a long food street there for you to choose. Although this hotel looks like a Chinese traditional building, it is very clean. Receptionists are so kind and helpful.

Our stay at Puyi Seclusion Wuzhen Boutique Homestay was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub. The location was perfect –it is in the middle, and within walking distance to the main attractions of West and East Scenic Zone. I highly recommend Puyi Seclusion to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay with an excellent service!

Environment🌿: The environment of the B&B is super good, with a small yard, swimming pool, and lawn. Very suitable for friends to travel, get together and build a team. Location🏘️: The yard is in the alley, you need to turn in, but it's okay, just follow the navigation. Scenic area🌲: It's about 800 meters to walk to Xizha Service Center, about 7-8 minutes.
