We arrived 3 hours early and the hotel said the room had been arranged, so we checked in at noonđ The room was large and the balcony was spacious. The swimming pool on the roof of the 7th floor is also very beautiful with great views. The breakfast is rich in content, and you can taste many of Crete's special snacks. Although it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to the old town, the scenery along the way is very good and it doesnât feel far. In short, it is highly recommendedđ

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On asking when I had to vacate the room I was told that as I had a problem with my car I could leave everything I the room until it was resolved. This I really appreciated. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was 2 sachets of coffee and 2 of milk. Also a bottle of water. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and you could sit outside and look at a great view of the sun rising over Irepetra. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didnât stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The location is very good, very close to the beach and convenient for eating. The hotel lobby is very new, the rooms are a bit old, but clean and the staff are nice. Maybe I booked late and the price is very expensive, so the price/performance ratio is a bit low.

Great hotel, the rooms were spotless, the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, the front desk staff was cheerful and extremely helpful when I needed some meds on a Sunday. They searched for a pharmacy that was open, and then called to make sure.

Located on the seashore of the old port of Chania, you can see the lighthouse and the octopus æ·žçćŻș in the sea view room. The hotel is beautifully decorated, service is warm, breakfast is delicious, the best hotel for this trip! recommend! The only downside is that it is not easy to find, there is no parking space.

Although the hotel is located in the sea, it is close to the bus terminal, the airport bus station, the archaeological museum, the castle and the most lively August 25th street. It is within walking distance. We have 3 people on this trip and choose to live in a family room. The hotel provides a lot of space, up to 35 square meters, enough to live in 4-5 people, good decoration design, The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located in the old area. The surrounding environment is relatively narrow and messy. Because of the off-season, the hotel's top floor is not open. There are two hotels under the same area and the group. Come back next time. I want to try it.

Le Monsieur de lâaccueil a mĂȘme proposĂ© de porter ma valise la chambre nâest pas de toute jeunesse mais elle est trĂšs grande et joliment dĂ©corĂ©. La salle de bain est un peu humide mais trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il yâa mĂȘme un bidet. La chambre Ă la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un dĂ©shumidificateur dâair. Les prises sont en suffisance et Ă des endroits stratĂ©giques. Les frigos ne refroidit pas bien mais câest un dĂ©tails. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est correct et avec des produit locaux et les serveuses sont vraiment gentilles et serviable.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 12 nights in total. We asked for a room with south-facing windows but it was never given to us, even when the room was empty. It was so unfriendly.
The older cleaners were very serious, but the younger ones were very bad. They were not timely and did not put away the items. Complaints were useless.
The breakfast was very good. Although the variety was the same every day, it was rich and very Cretan.

CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day. Â Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here.
Everything was spotless every single day, itâs honestly one of the cleanest places Iâve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special.
Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth.
I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldnât find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notchđđ». The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you donât like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Â Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

GGuest UserWe booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful â they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2â3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience â great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!
