"Apart from the obvious advantage of the location, it's a very comfortable room and quite a good breakfast with plenty of options in local cuisine apart from Western options.
A bit of research about locating the hotel is useful because it's between the 1st and 3rd floors.
If you are between flights with difficult times there are options of early and late check in/check out however these come with a significant charge.
We asked about left luggage and the charge per day was so high it was not worth it. I assume other hotels in the airport have similar policies.
Overall it was a very good choice for us with some bulky luggage so getting a shuttle or taxi/rideshare would have been tiring."

katherinehuThis hotel is run by Chinese owners and is located not far away—about a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. There is a free airport shuttle service, and Chinese signs can be found everywhere. The room size is adequate, and toiletries and slippers are provided.
Areas for improvement:
1) We were asked to download an app upon check-in, which felt inconvenient and we declined.
2) The rooms lack soundproofing; we could hear noises from the adjacent room in the middle of the night, making it very noisy.
3) The variety and quality of the breakfast leave much to be desired.

BensellamWe stayed here for one night before our connecting flight, and for that purpose, this hotel was truly excellent. Its location is ideal for a stopover. The service was friendly and professional. We were also allowed to check out an hour later, which was very nice and gave us some extra peace of mind before heading to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all amenities. All in all, an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable overnight stay before continuing their journey. Definitely recommended!

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

No one like to download the apps and register for 1 time us purpose. After I check out I will delete the apps. You don't have a lot of hotel worldwide. The point collected will be gone. What's the point???
Hotel is located at the Mall. But the mall has nothing to shop and just a simple convenient store located at basement but open from 10-10 only...

Guest UserThe cleanliness was perfect, and the service from the reception to security was incredibly friendly.
The food was standard, nothing spectacular.
However, the facilities are a bit outdated. The room design is too rigid and old-fashioned. It could really use some updates, perhaps with stickers or other decorative touches to make it more appealing.
The TV isn't a smart TV, which is quite behind the times. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect more updated facilities. Also, only two bottles of water were provided. I suggest having a water refill station (like a dispenser) in the hallway. Water is cheap, but providing easy access to more water would make a huge positive impact on guests and show a great deal of care.

IchakamilEverything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

Anonymous UserCannot praise the service in this hotel enough! The transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth. The driver (Yuda) was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The front desk (Salsabila) cannot be more friendly. There was a construction near the hotel, so the traffic was really bad, but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

However, the breakfast selection could be improved, as the current variety is rather basic and limited. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

Anonymous UserStayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.
