We had two issues - the hotel has a bar and had a number of wines and sujo on the menu but had none of any. These are essential for tourists at this type of hotel
At breakfast we ordered coffee
It was so slow coming that we had to leave before it arrived
Which was very disappointing as I like coffee with my breakfast
The breakfast selection was good

AnnynawatiThe hotel didn’t have family room but i have received connecting room which is suitable for my family trip. For hotel room spacious, i book without breakfast since i would like to try outside culinary. Found this restaurant nearest to the hotel. Their food so delicious and vibe padang tu terasa banger. No room picture but recommended. The view from my room superb.

Hotel was clean and look beach side. The foods very good. I like some snack. I was experience gym, actually exercise equipment too old. I hope next time have good experience with gym.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Anonymous UserHad a pleasant stay at Mercure Padang. The hotel is conveniently located near the town area, making it easy to find food, shops, and nearby attractions. The location is very strategic and accessible.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the basic amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were good, and the overall environment felt cozy and relaxing.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and a great choice when visiting Padang. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Recommend to stay at Truntum Hotel while you are in Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. Although we had only a few hours at the hotel due to major traffic accident on Solok - Padang road, we were happy on the room cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, wide amenities and excellent front desk customer service eventhough we checked in after midnight. Will stay here again on the next trip to Padang. Thank you the Truntum Hotel professionalism.

This is the best hotel in Batu Sangkar. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the central square is nearby, making it a great place for nighttime strolls and a glimpse into local life.
