GGuest UserI made a mistake when booking the number of nights, and they didn't care, making me pay for an extra night I didn't stay. In similar situations at other hotels, they canceled the extra night without a problem, regardless of the cancellation policy. In fact, two hotels in India did this on my last trip. This is the hotel in India where I've encountered the least polite reception staff, which is particularly surprising given that India is known for its excellent customer service. Some of the reception staff should read Gandhi's message that's displayed at the entrance to the reception area...they seem to have forgotten it.
Otherwise, it's a very good and beautiful hotel; the rest of the staff is fantastic, from the restaurant staff to the very friendly gardener.

NNGO TIEN HIEPEverything is good, actually i plan to give 5 star for all of the points. But now the service only can give 4 start because the laundry fee is super high.
In experience i never see any hotel charge for Shirt/T Shirt 300 INR / pcs( ~ 3.14 Usd) , trouser 360 INR/ 1 pcs (~ 3.77 usd) and even underwear 170 INR/ 1pcs (~1.77 usd)
The point is why the room price was normal then simply laundry price so high. See if I bought one Uniqlo T-Shirt the cost only about 1,000 INR, then 3 time almost same the T-Shirt price.
I still very like the hotel, so i hope Top management will have check and adjust …!

GGuest UserRoom are spacious, swimming pool at the rooftop is small but very beautiful, staffs are very friendly, local transport is not a problem at all. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan and Manish are nice and always at the service.
Ms. Shuli always reponds with BRIGHT SMILE and Mr. Chetan is SO COMMITTED to his duty silently. The front desk of the hotel is always proactive

GGuest UserWe were really looking forward to this hotel. And while it’s in an amazing location and has a whole lot of faded charm, it fell short of expectations. It is very dated and not being cared for at all. Having said that the food is very good in the restaurant which it popular with people visiting the fort.

GGuest UserOverall impressive stay! The check was a bit weird as they take photograph and scrutinise a lot it seems. Room was spacious, reasonably priced, staff was nice. There was a mall nearby as well with many eateries around. Would definitely stay here again
