The room is antique and has a sense of history. It has been renovated, retaining the retro feel while the equipment is very good. The cleaning staff cleaned quickly and carefully, and cleaned up after breakfast. The breakfast was OK. The environment was very comfortable, and they upgraded us to a room with a good view for free. Although this was a business trip, it was still very convenient, and the beautiful scenery healed us. The front desk staff was very polite and helped us call a taxi so everything went smoothly. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but it was a pity that I didn't try it this time. Very satisfied
The location of the hotel is convenient and safe. Close to Piazza di Spagna. However the checkin process was disappointing because the hotel can’t find me via phone for the self checkin. There is nobody at reception at the time of checking in. So get prepared by this. You can leave your luggages at the restaurant at the corner of the building, which is owned by the hotel owner. There are some noise at night when people coming back and the wall is obviously thin.
The room is duplex, but the kitchen is unusable and unusable. Carrefour is next to it. The room looks a bit dated. I don’t like the look of the sheets. It’s not white, it looks dirty.

A great room in a respectable area of Rome. Very clean, fresh repair, chic view of a quiet street and side view of the Piazza dell Poppolo. Everything is thought up to tiny, the hostess Nineta is above all praise, feels like home. I have been in many hotels in Rome, nowhere have I met such a good sincere relationship. A comfortable mattress, gentle sheets, in the shower clean, everything is shining. The benches on the windows and dense curtains allow to block light and sound, have slept perfectly.
This hotel is very far from city center (line C work only to 21:00 evening, we have to go on the bus MC - 1,5h from center)
the room looked like as photo, but all was really old and need to rennovation :(
this hotel have nice balcony’s , pool, breakfast, and nice price 😜

The rooms and decor are quite refined and very photogenic. Although the room is small, it's fully equipped. It's very close to Termini Station and not far from the main attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets and dining options nearby; the closest supermarket is just around the corner, about 50 meters away on foot.
If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage yourself in a small room next to the front desk, which might be a coffee room. I personally feel it's safe. The coffee room has water and a restroom, making it convenient to sit and rest.
The hotel has a small, old-fashioned elevator, but there's a flight of stairs from the entrance to the elevator, which can be a bit challenging if you have large suitcases.
The shower stall is a bit peculiar, with half glass and half curtain, but it's generally functional. The room heating is excellent; after getting caught in the rain outside, it was instantly warm and dry inside!

GGuest UserOverall a very good stay except for the Wi-Fi not continuously being available and the second room I moved to with a better Wi-Fi reception but didn’t have a good air conditioner also the older gentleman when I checked and assumed I didn’t speak their local language and rather than address the issue of the Wi-Fi not working properly chose to insult me ….And then give me dirty looks😂 great breakfast and I want to especially say thank you to Marina as she was very kind and professional as were all the other staff except for the aforementioned. great location and I look forward to visiting again in the future- it looks like they are making the necessary repairs- I would recommend a booster for their router to ensure all Customers have a positive experience and never assuming that a person doesn’t speak more than one language even though they may choose not to let you know they speak more than one language and understand it quite clearly.
AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. It was a real relief after walking around Tivoli as very hot in July. The staff at the hotel were ever helpful and provided everything I needed. There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide range of sweet breakfast choices. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely return at the good value price I got on this occasion. There were trips offered but unfortunately I could not do those as I was checking out. Great stay for Tivoli
GGuest UserReceived a very warm service! Especially thanks to Christos! When we arrived very late, we also helped us solve the problem of getting up early and taking a taxi to the airport, and patiently helped us introduce the facilities and methods of the room! The most surprising thing is that they also have WeChat, which is quite friendly to the Chinese haha ~ If you go to Rome next time, you will consider staying here.
YYangguangxilepinganThis hotel is simply a treasure on the journey! Hidden on the hill, sitting on the beautiful scenery, like a quiet paradise isolated from the world. The room design is super distinctive, the rich European manor style cleverly integrates the simple and elegant Oriental elements, the all-wood furniture is simple and atmospheric, the hygiene is spotless, and the living is super comfortable!
The dining experience is also impeccable! In addition to exquisite ready-made pastries, breakfast can also be customized for exclusive meals, chefs make on-site, fresh and delicious; dinner can be booked in advance, the price is conscience, the price is full! The most surprising thing is that there is a group of cute cats in the yard, walking leisurely, and they will gather obediently to take out food. They are full of cuteness, and they are simply a paradise for cat lovers! I highly recommend self-driving friends to come here, and they will definitely reap an unforgettable and pleasant journey!

GGuest UserThe bed was very comfortable but the room was dark, musty and smelled damp. Difficult to open the shutters which are high and very dirty to touch. Couldn't leave window open to air room as on ground floor. First impression of room was looking at threads hanging down from the stairs to the bedroom- looked like cobwebs at first - could be easily remedied. No explair in bathroom- not good.
GGuest UserHotel lobby and room were very clean. Breakfast was good with varieties, but still wish to have more choices in food. Room was well maintained, very comfortable, and modernized. Our group of friends did enjoy the complimentary cocktail drink and the lounge area for a small gathering. Hotel is very convienient to main streets and safe.
GGuest UserOverall very good, except your can hear noise from the room upstairs, and expect the breakfast waiter who showed disliking for our requests for a second cup of chocolate. He said “mama mia “ when we asked for one more cup of chocolate, and the cup of chocolate he brought to us was not as good taste as the first one, it was cold and taste like water.
IImperiaVery neat and clean facility. The comfortable rooms with home automation, very comfortable bed and bathroom with a nice shower. I really appreciated the presence of a kettle in the room and the variety of products in the mini bar.
In the area where there is the swimming pool, sauna area and solarium there is a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff was very professional and kind.
I highly recommend it.
