The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities.

Exceptionally close walking distance from Milano Centrale, overall it’s convenient and with a small grocery store just around the corner. But I feel like this area is less safe as some people are wandering and just standing on the street. (IMO I feel Via Napo Torriani area is safer)
Other than this, the room is spacious, minimal & clean, and the bed was comfy enough too. The hotel provided free luggage storage for the day check in & out, and kudos I was able to early check in too. Overall still a pleasant stay.
(Picture was taken by the time I checking out)
Room was double booked on arrival! Room amenities very modest (no shower cap, ear buds, tooth brush, stationary set). Service level at front office not going above and beyond minimum. Very large TV set, really nice to watch with a good selection of international channels. Easy accessible secured parking and free shuttle to train station/airport. Overall a decent hotel close to Malpensa airport and opposite a small shopping mall as well as golf course.
The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The bathroom was exceptionally large, and I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling with elderly companions. It's equipped with grab bars everywhere and a shower stool, making it very senior-friendly. Plus, there's a large supermarket, Li Do, just a 3-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient.
We stayed here for two nights and booked two rooms for two people each.
The rooms are functionally furnished. Everything is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The bathroom, especially the shower, is very comfortable. The beds are also comfortable, the mattresses perhaps a little too hard, but just to my taste. All four of us slept very well. The young man at the reception was very nice and helped us find a good restaurant for lunch because the hotel restaurant was closed over the holidays. He even reserved a table for us by phone.
The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, by Italian standards. The staff are also very attentive and nice.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful.
Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night.
I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

The room was decent, with a relatively new renovation. Although it was a deluxe room, it wasn't particularly large, but it did have a small balcony. Its location near the train station is convenient for catching the airport shuttle, just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast was average and didn't quite meet four-star standards, but it was acceptable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center, or you can take the subway.

I booked four nights, and right after I made the reservation, Ctrip lowered the price of the same room type and conditions by nearly 550 CNY and refused to refund the difference. As a Black Diamond member, I felt deeply betrayed.
Now, I would like to make some comments on the hotel itself.
First of all, overall this hotel is quite good. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful, the room cleaning staff are also very courteous, and the breakfast is fairly plentiful.
Next, I will truthfully record some flaws that I cannot accept:
1. My room for the first night was 31, located behind three elevators. Starting around 6 AM, the noise from the elevators kept me awake and prevented me from falling back asleep. It was a truly unbearable ordeal! Thankfully, the front desk changed my room for the second night; I'm grateful for the gentleman's assistance.
2. There was a dead fly by the window in the new room, which was disgusting. I took care of it myself.
3. There are two major problems in the bathroom: the towels are dirty and have a sour smell even when not in use. Also, the showerhead has a very low water flow due to limescale buildup.
4. The spotlight above the room door had fallen down, and because it was the weekend, no one was there to maintain it. It's really ridiculous.
Unahotels is a hotel chain I really like, and pointing out these problems is simply hoping the hotel will improve its quality and ensure a basic level of quality for our guests.
The hotel itself is big and has over 500 something rooms. My room was very relaxing, tranquil, very sunny and quiet. The breakfast was above average compare to what Italians eating for breakfast. The hotel is 12 minutes walking distance from metro station and 20 minutes to Penny, and other shops. The location is good. The only downside if you having an early flight to the airport, there is no public transportation available, taxi is expensive charged by the hotel for €140. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel, unfortunately leaves between 6:30AM-8:30 AM, and in the evening for about 2 hours. In the hotel there is a small gym only. It is value for money.
Great hotel! The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. Really nice and friendly staff. Quite central and close to restaurants and shopping. For my niece and I, was a walking distance from the station, but someone might prefer to go by bus. I would definitely recommend it, if you are visiting the area.

Very Good
I stayed here in July with my friend. The hotel location is really convenient (5 mins walk to the main station). For two people the room size is good, amenities etc however at night it got really cold and spare duvets were not provided (had the AC on the entire night as my friend needed it). It would be useful for duvets to be stored in the cupboards already as we had to make a phone call around 2am for it which took a while to come. Reception staff were nice, stored our luggage and umbrellas were provided for the day.
Very clean and well kept, considerably new. It seems like quite a popular spot as we weren’t able to check in early when we arrived around 1 pm. I really like the washroom and it was very clean just like at home. The location is not bad, quite near the metro as well. However, I don’t think there are a lot of amenities. Would definitely rebook if I was to come back to Milan in the near future as the price was reasonable and I had a very good rest.
The location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.
Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow. The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power. The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen. You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta. Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner. The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.
The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.
I booked this place without recommendations, but this hotel was more than every expectation. Perfect location-on walking distance from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Great friendly staff, kindly and professional. Tasty breakfast, clean comfortable room, with coffee machine. Yesterday I asked for recommended restaurant near to the hotel, not touristy oriented and the receptionist wrote for me list of four local restaurants around the hotel. I visited ”Miscusi”, small nice restaurant specialised on pasta. With great prices. I think to come back to Palazzo Viridis. Highly recommend!
