GGuest UserThis hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located on the 15th floor of Nagoya Station Gate Tower Mall. Floors 9-10 house Bic Camera, and Uniqlo and GU are on the 11th floor, making shopping incredibly easy. There's also a popular restaurant on the same floor that often hosts lively events. You'll even find a pharmacy and convenience store on the same level.

KKelaiasyncI rarely go out of my way to write a hotel review, but this place is absolutely amazing! Since the hotel is on a high floor, every room has a fantastic view, and the sunlight streaming in is just beautiful. The room decor is very modern and well-designed; all the storage is cleverly integrated into the metal circular counter by the sink. Even the ceramics in the room are local Japanese pottery. Everything is just perfect! The room was sparkling clean too.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Pacific Side which is newer. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom is very big for Japanese standards. The view of the bay is very nice and peaceful. The room design is quite new, and the hotel is directly connected to the airport entrance, all indoors. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are a bit old. The drainage in the shower was very slow, but disposable slippers were provided. There was no free bottled water. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Location: The location is fantastic, right next to Nagoya Station, with the Meitetsu bus terminal located on the hotel's third floor. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions about store locations.

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews, but this hotel made our family trip in Nagoya a complete disaster. We booked for two adults and two children. At check-in, the staff said our booking only allowed four people and refused to let my husband even step into our room to help us unpack — even though he wasn’t planning to sleep there that night! I explained, again and again, that we were traveling as a family and were more than willing to pay extra for one more person. But the staff kept repeating the same rule with zero flexibility or empathy. My husband had no choice but to book another hotel for the night, leaving me and the kids alone for what was supposed to be a happy family holiday. The next morning, things got worse. They continued to treat us coldly and wouldn’t allow my husband to enter, even just to help with the luggage. After so much stress, I decided to check out early—losing one night’s payment—because I simply couldn’t stand how heartless and unaccommodating they were. Only when we were packing to leave did they suddenly offer to “upgrade” us to a larger room for extra money. But by that point, the damage was already done. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Japan and always admired the hospitality here, but this was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. They showed no kindness, no understanding, and no respect toward families. I strongly urge anyone traveling with family to avoid this hotel.

IitszxGreat variety of amenities provided in the lobby, and room is good. They also offer washing machine for 600 yen, which helps with our laundry management throughout our trip. Located in a decently nice place as well, just a 5-8mins walk to the nearest train station, and its near Odori Park as well. They provide 1L of water daily as well.

VVicky CaiThis hotel is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, which is perfect if you're catching a JR train. Downstairs, there's an Ichiran Ramen, a convenience store, and an underground shopping street, so you don't have to worry about bad weather when you're out and about. The room itself is a bit small; it was a tight squeeze to open two large suitcases. However, the yukata (robe) was really comfortable, and they even have a public bath, so it really has everything you need (you can also grab face masks at the front desk).

AAnonymous Userwonder there are only 2 elevators for a 13-floor hotel, it’s a long waiting at anytime and it stops almost every floor which makes a in/out about 3-4 mins. The room air conditioner control is only japanese language, not a user friendly one. A 10/F window room but completely no view due blocked by an external cover, really didn’t expect it’s like a window room was nothing to see.

GGuest UserExcellent value for over 1600. The front desk staff spoke good English and gave us a room with a view facing Legoland. The hotel facilities are very kid-friendly, and the restaurant serves food that children love. Don't forget to open the safe in your room – it comes with a bag of LEGO toys! For dining, I recommend the street behind the hotel, Maker's Pier, which offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a children's pool where kids can play and even build their own life raft. Be sure to book in advance; reservations for the afternoon or evening slots open at 12 PM, and each session is 30 minutes long. There's also a small children's playground next to the restaurant.
