Ron Keke is the GOAT!!! The location is super convenient, and they provide all the toiletries you could ask for, including very practical facial cleansers and masks! For this price at this location, what more could you possibly want? Just go for Ron Keke, you won't regret it! The overall vibe is quite retro, but the room is a bit small. If you lay out two suitcases on the floor, you might not have much room to walk around.

Excellent service, they handled our luggage very well. The room was also very comfortable. I especially loved their breakfast, which had a great variety. The location is perfect for exploring on foot right downstairs, and it's close to a famous unagi restaurant. I'd definitely come back here.

The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.

I can only say that the price we paid when booking 2 months in advance was somewhat justified for this hotel. The exterior looks decent, but the inside is very old and worn. My biggest complaint is about the escalator. Since the front desk is on the second floor and we arrived around 2 PM, the escalator was only going down 😓. There were stairs next to it, but our luggage was too heavy for us girls to carry up. After searching for a long time, we found that if you want to use the elevator, you have to go through the main entrance, then turn left and follow a 'secret' path. There's a button 🔘 at the entrance; press it to let the front desk know you're checking in, and they'll open the door! However, when we came back in the evening, the escalator was going up 😓. Maybe we just arrived at the wrong time!
Service: The female receptionist's attitude was mediocre, no smile, and she seemed rather unenthusiastic. She felt a bit stern!
Facilities: The hot springs ♨️ on the third floor downstairs are quite nice and seem to have been renovated recently. They feel out of place with the old, worn-out hotel! The room facilities themselves are quite complete, but the soundproofing is a bit poor!
The biggest advantages:
1. Free parking available.
2. Features a large public bath.
3. Surrounded by many shopping malls.
4. Excellent cleanliness.
5. Breakfast includes eel rice (unadon).
Disadvantages: The room wasn't what I wanted; the floor was too low. Although it had a balcony, it was too far from the elevator, and since my mother has difficulty walking, the room being so far inside with no alternative was inconvenient.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance.
I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable.
One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient.
I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall.
The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests.
When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!
This is a fantastic airport hotel! It's super convenient, located right across from the Meitetsu Line subway station hall, which connects directly to the terminal building. Perfect for those arriving in the afternoon or departing early in the morning. What's even better is how spacious the rooms are, and they all have large windows. Some room types even offer views of Ise Bay, which is stunning and expansive. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous too. Plus, there are plenty of comfortable lounge areas in the lobby on the first floor. It's all very thoughtful and relaxing.

It’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well.
View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light.
There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Nagoya, and I have to admit, the room was really small, even for one person it felt cramped. Luckily, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the business district with Mitsukoshi and Matsuzakaya department stores nearby, which is super convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast was decent, but the famed unagi don (eel rice bowl) never made an appearance. Also, when I went for breakfast on the second floor in the morning, there was no one at the restaurant entrance. I just stood there with my meal ticket, feeling a bit silly. After waiting for a while, I couldn't hold back and said, ”Is anyone here?” That's when a male staff member, who I believe was Southeast Asian, peeked out from a room next to the reception desk. He only stood up after seeing the meal ticket in my hand, and then I was finally able to enter the restaurant. I hope the hotel strengthens its staff's service awareness, especially the training for foreign employees. Only then can they attract more guests amidst fierce market competition.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. But our choice of hotel wasn't very logical. We arrived from Nagoya to visit the Toyota Museum for a day and were leaving for Tokyo the next day. Overall, it ended up being a hassle to get to the hotel after the Shinkansen, then back, and then to the museum, which involved transfers. I then chose a traditional-style room for a change, but sleeping on the floor was a bit hard. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Those are my mistakes, not the hotel's.

Great
The location is very convenient. The services are excellent. The room is spacious and the breakfast is nice.
Really nicely deigned hotel in a skyscraper, no spa but excellent breakfast buffet with amazing views! Room was nice and compactbut with excellent views, bed super comfy.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The view from our room was great, we can see the sunrise in the morning and the moon at night. Location is superb! It is directly connected to the shopping mall and the metro at B1. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
Centrair Hotel is of less than one minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport Terminal 1, about four minutes walk from the Flight of Dreams and Terminal 2, and of five minutes' walk to Aichi Sky Expo. On the day that I stayed, it costs me around S$235 and it is the first day of trade event JATA Tourism Expo 2025. This is by far my most expensive airport hotel stay in Japan. I hope the hotel can review the rate in comparison with standard airport hotels in other parts of the country when a trade event is held. Other airport hotels do not charge that extremely high. Despite the exorbitant rate, I enjoy my stay as I am able to view paintings with the aviation theme, aircraft models, see aircraft landing on and moving along the runway, see the giant Dreamlifters from my room, stand showering in the small bathroom and the bed is comfortable but the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The Pacific side level rooms are accessible by touch of the hotel keycard before the main door and this section comes before the guest lounge. There is the dedicated Vegetarian Menu area for vegetarians at the hotel's Cosmos Restaurant. The queue for breakfast starts from 5.50 am and the last order for breakfast is at 9.30 am. Guests will like dining at this restaurant but on the day of check-out there is no queue at all. The restaurant does not allow takeaways. So, I wonder why the room rate was that high and rooms were sold out under the free breakfast option.
The place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean but small (usual jap room), need to shift furniture around to open 2 luggages. The toilet and shower is also clean and small, wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. Soap smells good. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen. There is no convenience stall along the way but there is a family mart at 3rd floor of the hotel building. During check in, staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. Very friendly and approachable. They kindly allow us to store luggage at the hotel one day before check-in. We were able to add breakfast for one day. Breakfast had good variety and the taste is not bad. There were nagoya local food such as unagi hitsumabushi, katsu skewers w miso and kishimen noodles. Very thankful that 4 pillows were provided! 2 soft pillows and 2 hard bean pillows so we can choose what we like. The queen bed is huge and comfortable, had a very good night sleep. The air conditioning is centralized, unable to adjust room temperature. Free wifi is very strong. Portable chargers avail for loan. Will stay again
Located in between 2 metro stations in quiet business area but still within walking distance to downtown Sakae. Well-maintained facilities designed for comfort & manned by courteous, respectful staff. Hearty breakfast offering healthy options. Table & chair inside room + fast wifi much welcome for online work in between city explorations. Worth the price. Highly recommended.
Good location . Close to Nagoya station . Unimall U10 exit . Family Mart at entrance of the hotel . Reception at 2nd floor . Basic amenities at reception floor .
