Service: This is my second stay here, and it's the most convenient place for layovers in Narita! The free airport shuttle runs frequently, almost every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers even help with luggage. It's great value for three people, costing less than 400 yuan a night on weekdays. If you want to eat, you can take the shuttle to T1 or T2, which have many options. There's also a shuttle to the Aeon Mall in the city, but it only runs four times a day from 11 AM to the afternoon. We didn't manage to catch it, so we didn't experience it. Facilities: You can't tell it's an old hotel; it's very well-maintained. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors can be picked up on the first floor. Make sure to grab them at night, as you can't get them in the morning. There's also a drugstore and a FamilyMart on the first floor. Prices are normal, and FamilyMart is well-stocked with popular puddings and various drinks, and it's open 24 hours. The drugstore is open from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.

No need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there. The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price). There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there. The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!

If you're into stepping back to the 80s, you absolutely gotta stay here! This hotel totally makes you feel like you're in an Al Capone movie. What a bummer I didn't bring my pinstripe suit! There's a Family Mart right in the hotel, so you're all set for basic food and drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant, but it's a bit on the pricey side. The best part? They've got a free shuttle from the airport and back! Plus, there's another free shuttle that takes you to the mall, which has tons of food and shopping options. That free shuttle also swings by the JR Station. And get this, there's a temple just a hop, skip, and a jump from the station, and an old village nearby. It's totally worth the trip to walk around those streets and try the eels!

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.

Making the decision to stay here was absolutely spot on! We returned our rental car and this hotel was right across the street. It has several restaurants and even a Lawson convenience store. After a good night's sleep, there's a free shuttle service to the airport. Our luggage was even handled for us and the staff gave us a warm send-off. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👍

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always happy to assist whenever I had a question or needed anything during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciated how much attention was given to cleanliness and the small details. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was also quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. The hotel’s location was another highlight. It was convenient and easy to get around, with many restaurants, shops, and other attractions nearby. This made my stay much more convenient, especially when I wanted to explore the area. I was also impressed by the overall facilities and atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt well organized and taken care of, and the common areas were clean and pleasant. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent, and the staff always made me feel welcomed. Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, a convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere made this hotel a great choice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience. Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things. Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people.

It's my favourite airport in the world, being a big plane Spotter and aviation photography my requested room was fantastic with views over the end of the runway, very comfy bed for a great sleep and quiet, excellent bathroom, with fridge, the breakfast option is very good to have, pick up and drop off from the airport included, the staff where very nice and helpful, i will definitely come next time

I went there to relax and unwind from work! The massage within the hotel was excellent, with skilled therapists. Even though I had a breakfast-included plan, the buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. My room was oceanfront, and the interior seemed to have been recently renovated, as the facilities felt modern and stylish, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows were incredibly comfortable for sleeping. Being able to watch Netflix and YouTube also made my solo trip feel complete. Although I couldn't use the private open-air bath because it was full, the public large bath also had an open-air section, and it was great that there were different types of hot springs in different areas! Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would love to come back again. Next time, I'd like to try a dinner-included plan and also use the lounge.

This hotel was the first one we stayed at during our trip to Japan, and we were very satisfied and happy with the experience. It exceeded our expectations! The only slight disappointment was that we weren't given a room with a sea view, but everything else was perfect. I especially want to commend a staff member named 'Tanaka.' Their Chinese was very fluent, and they helped us call a taxi and confirm our destination. There was also a small incident where we left our plush toy 'Danzai' in the room, but after contacting the hotel, we were able to retrieve it. Another incredibly thoughtful detail was that I had left some empty small cosmetic bottles behind, and the housekeeping staff even collected them for me and returned them. If you're planning a trip to Disneyland, this hotel should be your first choice. What I liked most was the reasonable layout of the room, with three single beds and a circular sofa chair perfect for drinking tea, relaxing, or working.
