Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

Hotel was located near susukino station around 5 minutes walk. Very convenient if youre taking tours as this is the meeting point. Breakfast was great very good selection for their buffet, clean and organized. Rooms were relative spacious. Airport bus stop walking distance from the hotel. Would love to stay here again next time.

I spent the last two days of my 10-day trip to Sapporo with my two children, ages 6 and 8, at Stream. Above all, the location is the best! I stayed here to rest before returning home after a ski trip, and it was the best choice. I will go again next time, and if I make a reservation again, I will book a standard room + premium room mix. The staff are all different in their friendliness! Some employees say they are very nice, while others give the impression that they are not. Breakfast is fresh food with careful attention to every ingredient. However, there was a need to change the menu a bit.^^ The menu was average with high priced ingredients. The room was also comfortable, but it felt a bit stuffy because there were no windows. But everything is new! New!

Highly recommend this hotel during winter as it’s connected to Sapporo Station for your daily commute and meals! Do travel via GF to hotel with luggages as from B1 there are flight of stairs you have to carry your luggage up and down. Room was spacious, enough for us to open up 3 big luggages with a room of 3 sleeping. Staff were friendly and responsive! The underground walkway can link through to Odori station too!

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

Vessel Hotels never disappoint when you are looking for a simple business hotel to stay in and particularly so for a solo traveller like i am. The room was small but clean and the breakfast was delicious - just look at it 😍 Everything tasted fresh and it was advertised as once being no. 4 in the country!

This is a fantastic hotel. The onsen variety is to die for. Many indoor choices and even outdoor onsen. The dinner and breakfast are amazing. It is also next to Hell Valley which is 5mins walk away and the shops are also just in front of the hotel. Highly recommend to people who wants a great experience at Noboribetsu.

The location is close to Nakajima Koen Station, so you have to walk a little to get to Susukino, a downtown area. About 10 minutes. It is convenient because the airport bus is nearby, but there are not many buses, so if you don't check it, you may have to go to Susukino or Sapporo.. And there is a shuttle from the hotel to Sapporo. It's very nice to have a convenience store nearby. There is a park and a small stream, so it is good for a walk. The room was big and clean(even though it's a little bit old) and I think this hotel really care about cleanliness. But there were some smell of old bathroom, except this, it was perfect. And the view was excel :)

Better deal booked via trip.com, 2adults+1kid, we booked an executive room with 4 single bed, 3 breakfast. Spacious room with sofa, a small living hall. Good location and service. But there was road work carried out from late night to next morning, luckily the noise didn't bother us much. Breakfast was ok.

Have stayed in grand park Otaru hotel for more than 10 visits. Despite it is a bit out-dated, the sea view was magnificent particular in the early morning with light snow, sun-ray and seabirds. I always prefer grand park otaru to those hotels nearby Otaru Canal because of its convenient location and the availability of AEON supermarket and a few eateries even in the new year day. But for tourists visiting Otaru for the first time and don’t have a rental car, perhaps it is more convenient to stay nearby the canal and the tourists spots.

Nice modern looking hotel that is easily accessible through underground walkway from Sapporo JR Station (can take Exit 3 Miredo/Sitatte building and it's just short walk above ground from there). Room was compact for family of 4 but other than that, was totally great. New, modern looking with internet connected TV, so we could access YouTube for non-Japanese content. Hotel is also near attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Clock Tower, Government Office, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The service is awesome !the staff being very nice to our request. Room is spacious, and very clean. All amenities are well stationed which made our stay such a pleasure.

The clerks were kind and willing to help. Some of them were not good at English. It was once in a while a little hard to communicate. Guests can have only coffee and tea in yhe lounge, but the opening hour is so limited(3pm~11pm). I felt surprised to see the dirty bathroom floor. Also, it was hard to believe that they didn't give my mom's room the bed sheet the first night we stayed. Good thing that it's located well near JR station and the breakfast ticket is quite convenient. Anyway, thank you for your service.

just opposite the jr station which is super convenient. The morning market is located at the next street only while tram is just few steps away. the amenities are free flow before 10pm at the lobby, including facial care and even facial mask. however, the room is a bit hot even though the temperature outside was -1 because the window gap was so small. Tried to switch off the aircon but it was still hot. Overall quite worth it.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location was unbeatable, just beside the JR Hakodate train station. It even has its own mini shopping district called Hakoviva. Room was just right for 2 adults and the bed was comfortable and soft. Bathroom was spotless. One drawback was that as we booked the cheapest twin rooms, they were just beside the elevators so we could occassionally hear the opening and closing of the elevators. We hardly used the bathroom as we went to the indoor onsen every night. The indoor decoration really resembled an old style building with lots of wood and decorations on the walls. As the onsen was shared with a fitness club, it could get very crowded in the evenings between 7pm to 10pm. The hotel was gracious enough to allow us to change rooms for the last 2 nights to twin rooms that faced the sea. The view was wonderful and we had a clear view of the train station right outside our rooms. However the air-con in these 2 rooms had some loud whirring noises every now and then so we turned off the air-con. Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel and will not hesitate to choose this hotel again for our next trip!

What a wonderful experience! We were amazed at the selection of fresh seafood for breakfast and dinner. This is by far the best hotel seafood buffet for sure! The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious and tidy, overall ambience is great! Onsen is nice and relaxing. It is a bit far away from JR Hakodate station and does require you to either take taxi or bus. The hotel was offering a small hotel shuttle at the time which was nice however must reserve with the hotel before hand. The lady driving the shuttle bus was very nice and even gave us some traveling tips for the local area! Thank you! Special thanks to Mr. Yoshida-san at the front reception. He had noticed that one of the shuttle times we had reserved was not available that day, so he took extra effort to make sure we made it to the earlier shuttle time to make it back to the hotel. Thank you Yoshida-san! I really would like to come back and stay at Umi to Akari soon. It was a wonderful experience! Wish the best of success to this hotel!

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

It is very close to Hakodate train station, and it is also very close to the morning market. Free parking is also a highlight. The hotel uses self-service registration, self-scanning passports, etc. There are only a few rooms on each floor, so there won't be too many people. There is a microwave oven in the room, as well as a small amount of cooking supplies. You can buy things and return to the hotel to reheat them. There are many delicious foods in the convenience store😆 But we booked 3 people, only an extra sofa bed, but did not take the initiative to provide an extra set of bedding🙄. Is it because the hotel only provides limited services? This will deduct points.

In terms of service it was pretty much non existent for such a good / upscale hotel no one is there to bring you baggage up to your room. As for the room even if you are a solo traveler it is just way to small there is practically no space to walk around. But very nice facilities and lobby area with top tier breakfast provided. Decent location too around 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the train station and the morning market. Those are like the only saving grace to be really honest.

I used it for the first time. A luxury hotel, breakfast is a special mention! We chose Japanese food in Azeria for the first night １ and Matsumae for the second night. At the buffet, there was a heap of salmon roe that I had never seen before, and I was able to make a super gorgeous seafood bowl, which was really amazing. ２ Matsumae on the night was also a very nice set, and I chose the salmon roe set, but this is also super satisfying. My friend was Hitsumabushi set, which looked very delicious! The room was large and well maintained, and it was good because it had a long-established style plus modern functionality.

It is a big hotel in Hakodate residential area. The nearest stop is Matsukaze CHO and the bus stop is Omori Cho. It is located on the east side of Hakodate station and Hakodate City Hall, and it is not far away, but it is not very busy because it is in the residential area. There is also a Family Mart nearby, and there are restaurants if you go to the station, but it is a bit inconvenient to walk to the tourist spot. I think there is no problem if I rent a bicycle for free because I rent a bicycle. There is a large parking lot on the north side of the hotel and it is parked for free, so I think there is no problem for sightseeing by car. It was a quite big hotel and I was traveling alone but I could use a twin room. Amenities were all available and there was a refrigerator in the room. The unit bus facilities were a bit old, but they were able to use it without any problems. There is also a welcome drink beside the lobby, and there is a cartoon shelf in the back and you can read it freely. The special note is the night crying soba service. It is limited to 10:00 ～ 12:00 at night, but there is a service that can be eaten freely by making salt ramen. Self service, but the ingredients are also served with charshoe, menma, corn, onion and cheeks, and you can put them as much as you like. There were many people who were used quite a lot. The staff and the response were kind, and if you go to Hakodate again, it is a hotel that I want to use again.

＜ Good thing ＞ I stayed in a Japanese-style room (7.5 book). I used it with my baby. From the conclusion, the food was very nice (really), the hall was clean, the hot springs were comfortable, and ice candy and water / special drinks (forgot the name) were prepared for free after the hot springs. ＜ What I thought a little ＞ ● Room size Some people may say that this size is enough, but I was cramped with my 々 family. However, there was no space except for the space of the 7.5 chapter in the room, and it felt difficult to stay overnight. The closet is so small that if you bring it with you, you will have to spread it to the room unless it is a carry bag that can be installed on the plane. ● There is a customer service baby, so if possible, I asked if early check-in was possible. Then, the answer was ”Early check-in is impossible.” There is no word to decorate, only the above words. Next, he said, ”Well, I don't know if it's 14:30.” It was a call that I couldn't think of as a phone response from a very large hotel. I was disappointed before I went. The counter depends on the person, but I could see the customer service that was a little unpleasant. (Of course, there were some nice people) ● Meal time-specification I think there is Corona's support, so time-specification is OK, but what if you are late? When I visited, I was told, ”5 minutes is fine, but it's more difficult.” To be honest, it was difficult to travel to meet the time of the meal. I wanted communication such as having a little more grace or being able to change the time until a few minutes ago. Next time I will go to another accommodation.

　Amenity is a simple hotel that saves the waste to take next to the front desk, so I think it is not enough to ask for a 5-star or 4-star hotel. The location is very quiet because it is located in line with the former Bank of Japan building, not along the canal. It is close to the mall shopping street, so it is close to the sushi shop, the cake house in Hanazono town and the shinkuraya. There is also Lawson next door. The parking lot can be deposited from 13:00 before check-in, so it is ideal for sightseeing such as the canal, the must-see Otaru Art Village, and the Otaru City Literature Museum. As soon as you leave the canal, you will see a local-priced shop that is not a tourist price, and I think the location is wonderful. In addition, the view from the hotel room overlooking the harbor was wonderful. We were in a smaller condition, extra bed, in a not large room, but we were very comfortable. I think it's also because the door is thick or I can't hear the sound of other rooms at all. However, the bath in the room is small. Instead, the large communal bath on the top floor is not a hot spring, but the view is good and clean. It is also a good impression that the lockers that can be used were restricted so that they would not be crowded, probably because of corona measures. Breakfast buffet does not include fish * or crabs that tourists to Hokkaido are looking for. Still, it is delicious with local vegetables and Alice Farm jams. The menu is more Western than Japanese, but there are many warm foods and it warms up even in snowy Otaru. Thickly sliced bacon and steamed vegetables were very delicious. Also, the staff was young and I liked it very much even though it was crispy. The front desk staff guided me in the snow when I entered the parking lot. It was also active at the breakfast venue, so it seems that it will help where human hands are needed. It is also advanced as a business hotel that can calm down with a lot of new indirect lighting. We recommend that the husband of the corner-style liquor store, which is located at the edge of the arcade after dinner, is the most friendly and friendly if you drink a glass of sake. I almost always take care of Mr. Ocent when I go to Otaru. I usually book a twin room, but this time I used travel support, so I rushed to make it a deluxe twin. It was nice and awesome, but it's a little disappointing that a new hotel was built nearby and the view on the sea side was blocked. The staff at the front desk and lounge were also very polite. The cleaning staff passing each other through the corridor 々 and greetings are very pleasant (the same every time I stay) It is convenient to go anywhere for meals and sightseeing. You can go through the arcade to Otaru Station, so it's very helpful when the weather is bad. The food in the hotel is very delicious and it's a really recommended hotel.

This hotel is full of tourism, the public bath is not enough space to shower, need to wait for people to finish. This is first time need to take turn to shower. the facility is not new, the only best thing for this hotel is can see the canal.

Good hotel stay with plenty of extra amenities and storage to make your stay comfy. Smoking area for smoking guests stinks the whole lobby as you walk through reception to the lift, which is a shame. It is a non smoking hotel. Close to the sightseeing spots and about 10 mins walk to JR Station and supermarket.

The stay in OMO5 was an excellent experience. Start from reception arranging us where to park our car, to details of helping us to arrange restaurant was very touching and appreciated. The a**osphere, deco, cleanliness was all tip top better than what we expected. Thanks to the house team who did their effort to make our stay memorable

　I have stayed in Otaru town several times, but this time I stopped by Otaru Tenguyama Ropeway to get a panoramic view of Otaru City from a high place, and then moved sideways and arrived at the hotel. I parked my car in the parking space near the entrance. When you enter the entrance, there is an automatic thermometer, spray the disinfectant in your hand, and take a break in front of the front desk to wait in line. I entered the twin room in room 2809 on the 8th floor. The indoor facilities were as complete as the general hotel. From the window, I could see the road next to the hotel and the nearby mountains. A friend who lives in Sapporo booked dinner at the restaurant on the first floor in front of the hotel front desk, so I had a dinner with my friends. It wasn't crowded, so I was able to enjoy the course meal slowly while talking. There was an indoor pool and fitness in the building, but it was not available because it was only one night. Many school excursion students stayed there, so there were quite a few young people at the souvenir shop. Breakfast was buffet style at the restaurant on the 2 floor. I was full because I had a lot of food. I went to the public bath first thing in the morning, but there were few people and I put it in comfortably. After checking out and leaving the hotel, I climbed up and saw the loop road, the Asatogawa Dam and the autumn leaves, and then went home. It was a wasteful resort type hotel for one night.

For those who like Japanese food and sushi, please choose this hotel! The dinner was super delicious and the quality of service was very good. A ski resort nearby! It seems that they are all locals. The location is relatively biased, but it is suitable for vacation and quieter🤫 is more suitable for self-driving tour
