Lulu Bishkek offers a comfortable stay, with a quality mattress and good bed linens. However, the property shows clear signs of aging. The furniture appears worn, and the carpets could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement, giving the overall space a slightly neglected feel. While the hotel meets basic needs, the value proposition is questionable, as comparable or better options are available in the same price range
Overall, it's a good hotel.
Pros: There's a money exchange downstairs, and a rooftop restaurant where you can eat without leaving the hotel. The breakfast was quite filling, with plenty of meat, but there weren't many hot dishes.
Cons: The upstairs restaurant charged a service charge, and the air conditioning wasn't turned on when we checked in at the end of August. I'm speechless.
The hotel has a great location, not far from Victory Square and the Bishkek Mosque, and there are also large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. However, for some reason, the bathroom had a persistent odor, which was unbearable unless the door was closed. The heating in the room was faulty; the air conditioner couldn't turn on the heating, so the room temperature was very low, which was quite uncomfortable given the recent cold snap in Bishkek. This hotel seems to cater to many tour groups, as there were many tour groups eating breakfast every morning during our two nights, making the food supply slow and inefficient. Overall, it was okay, but these details were not handled well.
The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which is not common in Kyrgyzstan. The room was also quite large, though a little dimly lit. While the facilities weren't new, they were well-maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good, with delicious flavors and the coffee being homemade.
The breakfast was varied and well-chosen. As a traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. The reception was always staffed and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the hotel room due to outside fans, but I was able to change rooms. There's a supermarket and several cafes across the street. I'm very satisfied!
The room is clean and hygienic, mountain view room, beautiful scenery, the room price is a little expensive, there is a horse and chicken at your own expense, free swimming pool, swimming trunks are required
The location is convenient, and the Chinese-speaking service is a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with all the necessary amenities. The authentic breakfast, with congee and small dishes, instantly soothed my 'Chinese stomach'. Overall, the attention to detail made my international trip feel like a comforting homecoming. Highly recommended for Chinese travelers, it's excellent value for money!
The guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier?
Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.
The room was clean and tidy and bright, and the breakfast quality was very good. The time was later than the Chinese hotel. 7-10, if the flight time was a little rushed, it should be simple to pack a little.
The hotel is in a good location with good amenities nearby. It's a newly renovated hotel, but the overnight stay was particularly poor. I often heard noises and was often woken up. The breakfast was so-so, but worth the price.

Great
SSarah H.This is by far the best and cleanest hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there’s even supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Everything was perfect and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. The only thing missing is a mini fridge but we did not mind. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there’s always tea, coffee and water. There are mainly Chinese and Pakistani employees and they are all super nice. Special thanks to the two very kindPakistani guys who work in the laundry and restaurant in the basement, they have helped us and made us feel so comfortable. I have extended our stay as we needed to rest and I don’t regret my decision.

AAnonymous Userthe stay was great in this hotel. Very clean, quiet and pleasant room. The food was very good. In addition, the incredibly nice and helpful Mrs. Aidana at the reception, whom I greet very warmly and thanks for all!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.

5. ”Great value for money! Clean, modern rooms with all the necessary facilities. Would stay here again.”
AAnonymous UserHotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.
