Very nice hotel with good breakfast and nice personal. It’s better to choose the breakfast with all, the price difference is quite small. If you are going with your car, you can park inside, they have a private free parking. Good location in Monterrey. The room is big and clean, also the bathroom.

This is a nice e hotel, with a great interior design, and very comfortable spaces. Located in Valley Oriente mall in San Pedro, NL, its a great option if you are visiting Monterrey, as is conveniently located and in a very secure area. There are plenty of dinner options nearby, and the site restaurant and bar are good options as well. The only but i see in the room design is that the water closet is not completely enclosed.

I was rushing to attend a wedding at the Hotel SAFI Metropolitan that is next, and despite the neighborhood, it was very difficult to find the salon, as it was necessary to pass a shopping center, to raise an elevator to floor 4, to get out to a parking station, and then walk to another lift that climbs up to floor 7. The phone didn't work to call the reception, which I had to report by phone several times, and after two hours they were to change the cellular batteries to the phone to work. The bathroom had several water leaks, and as the door of the bathroom was not closed well, the bathroom and the closet area were flooded.

I liked the place great people friendly easy access never had problems Price is decent food is great and their breakfast buffet was really good I’m sure their lunch menu also good. Unfortunately I did get time to enjoy do to my one night stay and early departure airport issues . But really nice place overall I would recommend

I was very happy to get back to the hotel, but I was very happy to get back to the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. In addition to notifying me that there was a customer service fee, and they forgot to charge me the drink and noticed me to favor because I would not charge 25% of the service for that purchase .... About the facilities, In general well, only the bathroom seemed super disturbing since the tin is super high, and there is no tape or anti-shooting things so it is easy to happen an accident and definitely not for older people. The hotel's best rooms are the bathrooms that smell delicious.

I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The hotel is new, very clean, well maintained, and (mostly) quiet. (I was in a room next to the elevator and for some reason on one night the elevator kept dinging its arrival...even if it wasn't arriving on my floor). I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. My only challenge--and this is not the hotel's fault--was getting Uber pickups. The app autocorrects for pickup at the building behind the hotel which isn't a big deal but was annoying initially.

This is my first post covid hotel (although we still in pandemic) so I had a little torn and I took a grateful surprise. My 10-year-old daughter and I went only for one day and was very pleasant. At our arrival we felt later to enjoy. Antibacterial, signs in the floor of healthy distance, thermometers, careful foods, maximum host 10 people and everything was respected at all times. The hostel was difficult to be separated all of us because we couldn't move much but so is now and we have to adapt**** but I liked guests with children also very aware all and enjoyed it because the time is 7 to 10. Very beautiful hotel that still smells new. The small lobby kind of threw me off, at first I thought I was at a residency but luckily there was a staff member waiting for me to check in. Room was amazing, very large. Sadly I was on the back so the view was not that great, had booked a King size bed room but got a double bed room at first. They managed to fix it for me right away. There were still some constructions going on but it didn´t really bother me. Everything was just super clean and looked great. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at, staff was very friendly and helped my girlfriend out with the valet service and walked up to the road for me to open the taxi´ doors too. One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Perfect for a business trip/meeting at the bar or for a couple looking for a luxury place. I didn´t have the breakfast included nor did I have dinner at the restaurant but I´m sure this was arranged fine by the looks of everything else. They were renovating the restaurant the last two days of my stay so I´m sure it must look very nice by now. Views from the terraces are very nice too. There is one on the right side that was kind of hidden, perfect view on the Cerro de la Silla. 9.5/10 would definitely book again. Kind regards, Davey

This palce was very clean, staff was friendly, everything worked fine. The room was very spacious, and clean, we ate at the restuarant, food was very good and it wasnt expensive. It is very close to airport which was great and they provided shuttle to and from airport.

The hotel staff is great . Very polite and helpful. Right from the time I got into the hotel cab from the airport to the time I was dropped back , had a smooth experience with the staff. Jessica ( reservations) , Augstin ( cab driver ) , Eduardo ( front desk - in the night shift ) , Jose ( shuttle driver ) were really hospitable and offered to help whenever needed. Location of the hotel is great with restaurants and malls close by .. it’s a lively place .. rooms were decent and liked the rooftop with the pool on it .

Had a great time in Monterrey and the Sheraton was a perfect location. The room was spotless and the staff was attentive. My flight to Monterrey was delayed until the next day and I was able to reach the hotel by email and they had no issue adjusting my reservation. They even gave me excellent location tips for my 10 mile run. I would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff. But as other has mention, the hotel need a renovation. -The worst thing in the hotel is the old carpet, it seems like its been there uncleaned for 20years. I did not want to touch the carpet without socks. Please just remove it or deep clean it regularly. -AC fan could only turn on on MAX speed or not at all, not possible to sleep with that loud thing on. -Furniture is pretty old and scuffed. In general hotel could do some good with a renovation -breakfast area was really hot, it was cooler just outside the breakfast area than inside. -Breakfast options is pretty limited, got pretty tired of the eggs real quick. -The gym is really small and limited, and some equipment was damaged when I was there, No free weights. -The location is pretty bad. It is in the outskirts of the city, you are limited to a very few restaurants in the area that you can walk too. +You have a Wallmart close by, that is a plus. +The TV in the room is large and you get free water +Free parking +It was pretty cheap One thing that really bothered me was a picture in google maps photo for this hotel with a supernice renovated room was shown, this was CLEARLY not from this hotel and I feelt a little bit scammed from that picture. Compare to other Marriott hotels I stayed at, this does not live up to the Marriott standard at all. I would rate this 2 out of 5. I would not return to this hotel.

Our stay was pleasant. We only had one problem when we arrived, because in the Trip.com advertisement, the room we booked included a minibar, microwave and dining room, but when we arrived at the room, it was very simple, without any of the three, they told us That is not included, they want us to pay extra for these services. In the end, they agreed to bring the minibar and microwave to the room without paying extra, and it is best to clearly indicate what is included when booking. The breakfast is not very rich, but overall we stayed very well.

I could say that it didn't start well. When I arrived, tired after 15 hours of travelling, 12 of which had been flying, I needed sleep like never before. I was given room 2612 on the top floor of the hotel and then discovered that I had left my toothbrush and toothpaste in England. Silly me, and all credit to the hotel. Within five minutes a man arrived at my door with a toothbrush. Minutes later I decided to take the lift down to the front desk in order to buy some toothpaste. After cleaning my teeth I clambered into bed only to realise that a deep, pulsating sound of machinery was going to prevent me from sleeping. How anybody on the 26th floor can sleep, I don't know. I called reception again and within five minutes another man arrived and took me down three floors to a junior suite with automatic curtains. The sound of machinery had disappeared and I fell asleep. So, hats off to the Real Inn for their quick responses. The rooms are of good quality. The bathrooms are amazing, equipped as they are with rain showers and everything you might need for a decent wash in the morning. The bed, incidentally, was huge and certainly wider than it was long, but I slept well even if jet lag woke me up at an ungodly hour. On my first night I awoke around 0355hrs; on my second I managed 0444hrs and as soon as I've written this review I'll hit the sack and we'll see what time I wake up tomorrow. Last night I had a full eight hours sleep as I went to bed early, around 2100hrs. And then, of course, there's breakfast. The great leveller, the chief benchmark, in my opinion, of whether a hotel is good or bad. The Real Inn passed with flying colours. There was such a variety of hot food. For the first two mornings I opted for scrambled egg with diced potatoes followed by a yoghurt and some cereal and a couple of small pastries, not forgetting the vanilla tea. This morning - and yes I'm still in the hotel as I write this review - I thought I'd go the whole hog and have a Sunday roast. Yes, it's possible! I had roasted potatoes and chicken and there were vegetables blended in with the potatoes, so it was authentic enough. I won't lie, I'll probably do the same tomorrow. I had lunch in the restaurant yesterday (arrabiatta) and just now I had dinner (salmon fillet with vegetables). Both meals were perfect and what made them great was the music and the environment. First, the music: sixties, seventies and eighties, stuff like So Lonely by The Police; the Rolling Stones, Pop Music by M, Abba, the Doors, everything and all the original artists too. Yesterday, as I ate the pasta in the heat of the afternoon, I was taken right back to lazy holidays in European resorts and just a second ago, when I was tucking in to the salmon I just felt good being there, by the poolside, alone with my own thoughts, looking at the city at night and the houses on the hillsides twinkling in the early evening darkness. Odelan at the restaurant is the best! Every morning he was very detail oriented when assisting me and making sure I had all that I needed. The whole staff at this hotel is very hospitable and accommodating.

We hosted last year and returned again, we found the same details last time. The person responsible for the hostel area could not give general information, there were no ice machines in each floor and more than once we asked for reception assistance and never answered the phones. The staff were very careful, as well as the roommates and special congratulations to a older gentleman who brought us to the room a cun for our baby, was very friendly and service.

The hotel is well located, the rooms have the necessary, industrial style, just very small. The reception service is enough, they are kind, meet your goal, but don't wait for a lot of attention or go beyond to try to help you in something. The hotel is a very good restaurant, whether you're going to breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food is very good, both in presentation and in taste, and this at very affordable prices, definitely recommended to eat there.

Stayed here based on other TA reviews. Their shuttle picked me up at the airport and the cheerful front desk clerk arranged a taxi I needed for 8am the following morning. After a delicious breakfast which consisted of 4 hot homemade dishes, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, 4 kinds of cereal, an assortment of breads, juices, coffee and teas the taxi turned out to be a private car in excellent condition. The front desk clerk who had made the arrangement recorded the details in a notebook to which the morning desk clerk referred. When the car and driver arrived the desk clerk escorted me outside and confirmed in Spanish and English that I would be taken to the address I had provided for 300 pesos (US$16.00.) The ride took 30 minutes across town and the driver carried my 2 suitcases into the building when we arrived. Great service and great value much appreciated. The hotel has happy hour from 6-8pm serving a complimentary glass of wine or beer. A shopping mall next to the hotel will have anything you might need. This is a place you can count on.

Hampton Inn Monterrey Aeropuerto is where I stay when I travel to Monterrey! The staff is always warm and friendly, they treat me like family, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is located within a short walk to good restaurants and a 7-11 store and a short drive to the airport, either by shuttle or, typically be me, my rental car. It's my place to stay when flying in or out of Monterrey.

I have stayed here multiple times over the years and given good reviews. This trip, I just want to run away. One elevator is broken so their strange key card elevator system is unbearable. I usually use stairs, but they are off-limits here. The elevator requires each person riding to a different floor to enter their key and press their floor. Take to long and the elevator will just start moving. Last night I was cold and hoped to warm my room a bit. It was a great idea, but my room has no setting for heating. I froze. That was bad. The worse thing was to wake up in the middle of the night and realize the water wasn't working. I went downstairs to tell the front desk the water wasn't working in my room and was told it wasn't working anywhere in the hotel, but they hoped it would be fixed in a few hours. The desk person did kindly offer me an extra bottle of water. Why so I could need the non-functioning bathroom even more. This evening the sounds of a party below are blasting into my room. The noise level outside the door of the party maxed out at 92.5 dB. So in a little over an hour the people in the party room will start permanently damaging their hearing. In the meantime my room quiet is non-existent. I don't know what has happened to this hotel, but run away and stay somewhere else. I spend about 125-150 nights a year in hotels. This is the absolute worst of the year. I am a long term IHG Rewards member. The hotel's complete loss of service and skill is horrific.

Very good, very close to the airport, easy to eat, there are many restaurants next to it, the rooms are very clean. It is very convenient to call a taxi. Where will I order next time?

The hotel environment is good, there is a large supermarket on the side, a commercial complex, I looked at this hotel a little bit built, did not expect to have the opportunity to travel here, the hotel hardware is not bad!
