4-Star Hotels in Puebla State, Mexico

The hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.

The Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

The facilities of this hotel are not only perfect and practical, but also cleverly integrate with the rich Mexican characteristics, making people feel like they are in the warm American state when they step in. From the colorful woven tapestries hanging in the lobby, to the geometric-patterned clay ornaments in the guest rooms, to the carefully arranged cactus and Jiuzhongge in the courtyard, every detail conveys a unique cultural charm. Whether it is a spacious and comfortable room or a fully functional leisure area, it makes people feel the hotel's design intentions, which is highly recommended. Breakfast is a highlight of this hotel, quite outstanding. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of fresh tortillas, and the buffet table is filled with authentic Mexican cuisine: golden and crisp tacos, dense black bean paste, salsa sauce with fresh avocado, and sweet hot chocolate. I personally like Mexican cuisine, where I can not only taste classic dishes, but also feel the freshness of the ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef. That is why I think if I go to that city next time, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation and continue to enjoy this unique Mexican style and intimate service.

Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

Está en el centro de Puebla, con una ubicación estupenda para salir en las tardes y noches para caminar y admirar el centro histórico., a su alrededor hay varios lugares para conocer. La atención es excelente, la habitación cómoda y los baños amplios. Las reglas son claras., también hacen actividades turísticas guiadas con bastante información sobre los lugares más importantes y emblemáticos de Puebla.

Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a casino and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

Reserve with animals, mentions communicating with the hotel for the cost, I communicated mentioned cost of 480 per animal stay and arrived charge of 350 per night, did not respect the information provided by phone, The lady who attended was night Thursday and mentioned that policies are different in the application than in the hotel and that it was the only way they accepted the pet, in a good restaurant service by the specific staff of Mr Marcelino who is the turn of the afternoon , he gave guidance and accessed you treat, sad that the portions are very small for the cost, and have very good season , The pet could only walk in the room and green area being a petfriendly hotel did not allow it in all its facilities, gym only has walking handle and static bike, very good place for accommodation**** but definitely needs to improve your policies , The treatment of your reception staff and the completion of the petfriendly .
