The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel.

I only stayed there for 2 nights, and I liked it! It’s a bit far from the beach, but the hotel has a nice pool where you can chill. My room was also big and clean, so I felt comfortable there! And the staff was also so nice and helpful 🙏

We waited for us to check in and found that we had transferred to the ”pool room” The difference between the two is that the sea breeze room is located in the second row of the hotel's seaside, you can have your own terrace but not against the sea, you can feel the sea breeze The pool room is actually a jungle room with a pool, and you can't feel the sea breeze at all. After coordination, we finally gave us the sea breeze we wanted. It turned out that the ”sea breeze room” was oversold that day, and it was upgraded to the ”seaside room” for free. But it's really noisy! It's noisy to sleep at all Because it is made of tent materials, the sea breeze is blowing at night, and it is not soundproof at all, and the sound of the waves beating the reef is no longer the level of white noise. It is the kind that requires earplugs to sleep. Don't listen to the free upgrade of the hotel. ”Sea Wind Room” is the only recommended choice. Mosquitoes: It's the kind of thing that you can get bitten on your legs as soon as you go out. The room is very nice and great. The attitude of the service staff is very good. There are supermarkets around and it is easy to buy things.

The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

Celebrated our first wedding anniversary in this hotel and we’re so glad we found and booked this one. We’re lucky to have booked this early as we got a better rate. It’s less than 15 mins away from the airport and you won’t need to go out as they have everything you’ll ever need.

Actually the price/performance ratio is average, but the hotel staff are so caring! ! The Mexican staff, who didn't speak English well, saw our couple stay in, and helped us arrange the room the next day during our outing. The flowers on the bed were picked fresh! ! Carefully help us occupy the parking space every day! Very simple! ! Super considerate of guests!
