RWonderful Stay at Rebak Island Resort We had a wonderful stay at Rebak Island Resort & Marina Langkawi. The location is excellent, peaceful, and very suitable for families who are looking for privacy and relaxation. The resort services were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The private beach is beautiful, clean, and offers a great level of privacy, which makes it especially suitable for families. We also really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. It was excellent, varied, and offered many good options to choose from. I would also like to share one recommendation that could make the resort even better: it would be great to have more security cameras covering all areas of the resort, including the swimming pool, beach, rooms area, and walkways. It would also be very helpful to have lifeguards or safety staff monitoring the beach and swimming pool areas. This would make the resort feel even safer for children and give parents more peace of mind while their young kids are playing or swimming. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to families looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing island getaway.

The hotel doesn't look as good as the pictures but it's still very comfortable and relaxing. The pool is nice and big. The service from staff is excellent and they really do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is average but does the job. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes a short walk away but I just had the breakfast because there wasn't an option without. The private beach is a big plus but you should probably avoid swimming as there's a water stream beside the hotel leading to the sea and it smells really bad. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. The rooms are nice and spacious

I had a wonderful stay at Ombak Villa Langkawi. The room was comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing staycation. The facilities were great, and I truly enjoyed my time here. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in experience was disappointing. Although I had booked my room four days in advance, I still had to wait almost an hour before my room was ready. What made it more frustrating was that no apology or explanation was given by the staff for the delay. Another area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite unstable during my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would still recommend Ombak Villa Langkawi. With better customer service during check-in and a more reliable Wi-Fi connection, the experience would be even better.

This is an excellent, slightly secluded hotel with its own large beach area, located at the end of a long sand spit. It boasts a gorgeous green territory and a huge pool with 4 sections, including one that's 2.5m deep. Breakfasts are decent, but there's not much meat – only chicken ham and sausages. Plenty of fruits are available, but they're simple ones like watermelon, melon, apples, and pineapple. There was some minor noise disturbance from a construction site next to the hotel. The rooms and furniture are a bit old but functional. The furniture is worn out. Across from the hotel is the fantastic Cactus cafe, where everything is delicious, from barracuda to spaghetti bolognese.

The service was enthusiastic, but the facilities were old and the room was small. The fridge was full of water and mold, and the kettle was leaking. Breakfast was terrible, with limited options and the worst quality I've ever had in a hotel. The ingredients were extremely poor. Even the fruit was tasteless and not sweet; the pineapple was so sour it was inedible, the waffles tasted sour, and the only vegetable was stir-fried cabbage. There was absolutely nothing redeemable about it. The only edible items were the freshly made paratha and omelets.

Beautiful hotel with cool environment , friendly staffs giving good advice and guidance for daily tour trip. We really enjoy the Mangrove tour suggestion from the staff. Very satisfied with the breakfast menu. Great place to stay in Langkawi.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service, but the professionalism of a few individual staff members really needs improvement. When we arrived at 12 PM on August 8th, the female front desk staff completely disregarded our booking information and room availability, directly refusing to check us in and insisting we wait until 3 PM. At 3 PM, she then claimed the room wasn't ready and made us wait another hour. It was the worst experience we had in all of Langkawi. However, a manager later came to help resolve the issue and even provided complimentary breakfast, and the other staff members were all quite good. Considering the hotel's price, everything else was excellent. There's a night market right outside, a park nearby, and it's very convenient to cross the road for food.

We stayed at one of the suites and it was right next to the salt water pool, wonderful that we can hop into the pool everyday! There was also sunset view and stars every night you can enjoy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular the security guard at the parking was very nice to remind us to switch off our car’s lights at night. The breakfast could have more options as we stayed for 5 days and eventually becoming a bit more repetitive on the menu. Location was great. A few great restaurant across the street (a little more high-end). Highly recommend to go with a rental car to get around the Langkawi Island.

We booked three rooms and specifically requested no connecting rooms, but still ended up with one. Luckily, it wasn't too noisy, so it was acceptable. The rooms had various minor issues, like water seeping into the living room and a clogged sink. However, the front desk was always proactive in resolving these problems and had a great attitude. Our room faced the pool, which was quite noisy during the day, but became very quiet after 10 PM. The hotel is conveniently located about 300-400 meters from Cenang Beach, making it easy to go for a swim, which the kids loved. The best part of the entire hotel was the breakfast; it was the best we had on our Malaysia-Singapore trip. The variety was excellent, with many local delicacies, and we were very satisfied every day. Some friends in our group who didn't book breakfast even came to eat, and no one said anything... Just be aware that it gets very crowded after 9 AM, so it's best to go earlier. In Langkawi, Mercure Hotels are a solid choice and highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at Wings by Croske. The welcome drinks were a lovely touch and made us feel welcomed.The staff were very friendly,helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable.Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The breakfast was okay with a decent selection.
