Everything was good. 5mins drive to Mydin and other local shops. I had a pleasant stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here whenever i come to Kelantan

Arrived at 4 PM, the front desk wasn't very welcoming, and we had to wait a while for the room. Only after asking a second time did we get it. We specifically booked a newly renovated room; the cleanliness was decent, although there were occasional small ants in the bathroom, but it wasn't a major issue. We had to call for a hairdryer, but it was delivered quickly. Across from the hotel are two coffee shops and an E-Mart, plus a large shopping mall nearby with a huge supermarket inside. Breakfast was alright, but it was quite crowded.

I liked that it is near the river, it is calming to see the view and the river flow and people playing jet ski in Kelantan river, it's calming. the staff is accomodating and helpful, but it is an old hotel so the room may show the sign of it like the condition of wallpaper. the breakfast is great tho with nice variety and it's good

Had a solid stay overall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the receptionist was welcoming. The building is old style, but the room and bathroom were comfortable. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Parking is available but very limited. Iron is available but had burnt residue on it from a previous guest, so I couldn't use it. Breakfast buffet is decent and gets the job done. Gym and pool area were quiet, but the pool water wasn't clear. There is also a paid massage chair in the lobby. A hassle-free option if you just need a reliable place to stay.

Everything in the house was okay and complete, except for the washing machine. It works, but the spin cycle is very noisy, so it might be damaged internally. The room was fine, and the place was lovely.

⭐Had a great stay at Crystal Lodge Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only minor downside was that you could occasionally hear loud motorcycles passing by late at night, especially if your room faced the main road. Fortunately, it wasn’t constant and didn’t affect my overall experience too much. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Its good to have 2 bedroom for my family here. A good location with convenient store, hipster cafe and fast food store around the corner. Easy to get local food too at nearby hawkers. But then, inside the homestay dont have water filter, its a bonus if they have one. Dealing with the a bit frustrating because she/he didnt reply my message. as an example, i send message 12.00noon on Sunday, give a call but she replied at 12.00noon on monday after i contacted the director.

Bagi yang melancong ke negeri kelantan, hotel ini amat sesuai dengan anda yang melancong bersama keluarga besar anda. Ada dua bilik yang mempunyai 1 double bed dan satu bilik mempunyai 2 double bed. Sempat bermain dengan PlayStation 4 dan sangat best suasana di sini. Betul2 di tengah bandaraya kota bharu.
