Bantal sangat empuk -Ada TV yang clear semua channel -swimming pool kecil sikit -People at dining area can easily see if you're swimming at the moment. -Overall, can repeat to book at Promenade Hotel in other time -Breakfast maybe 7.5/10. Orang ramai sangat dalam range pukul 9-10 pagi

The hotel was near the airport and very convenient with restaurants around and a shopping mall. It has a bit of a smell in the corridor as it was an open space when you walk to the elevator as the hotel was close to the water stream. The checking in and checking out were fast. The lobby was beautiful and cozy. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower gel and shampoo bottle were a bit broken but the product they use is good as it was a local product. We were there for a quick one might stop before our flight to Sandakan. Overall, the hotel does provide a nice room for the guests.

Checked in at the hotel at around 9.30pm. I noticed the air conditiong was kinda hot. But i thought to myself, I’ll give it some time run first. Maybe it’ll get better soon. Then an hour later, it was still hot, so i called operator, and she said she will send someone to our room. Waited about 30 minutes or more, still nobody came. I called the second time, and she said she’ll get someone to our room again. And that’s it, nobody came to our room, to help us with the air conditioning. And we were to tired to wait already. So My 8 month old baby sleept sweating that night and i had to fan him with the note book that they put beside the bed. Upon checkout, I complained to the receptionist and the manager about the incident, and they checked on their system that the issue had been resolved. Which was abvioustly a lie. So the manager said he will investigate the matter and he promised something to me. So i hope he keep his words. I’m a regular here, so i know there was something wrong with the air conditioning. I know the quality of the hotel. So let’s see wether the manager is serious about his words.

The room was quite spacious and the environment was pleasant; it wasn't noisy at night either. Although the hotel front desk didn't offer full Chinese service, the staff knew a few Chinese phrases, so communication wasn't an issue. There's a convenience store and restaurants nearby, plus a BaWangChaJi. Across the street diagonally, there's also a large shopping mall with Chinese drink brands and Haidilao. Overall, I think the location is pretty good.

Excellent place to stay! So near to gaya street and jesselton jetty and suria mall is so near! Has a supermarket right downstairs as well! The room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Absolutely loved our stay here! Probably only thing tt can improve is the gym, its still good but can definitely improve. Other than that, have nothing but good things to say about this hotel 👍

Location near Waterfront. We booked seaview room great view of the sea & sunset. Our room is huge with kitchenette. Bathroom is huge too but cleanliness of the room is below par. There's oily stains on the main door that were never cleaned. We stayed 4 nights, the oily stains were still there when we left. For 4 stars hotel it's a shame the hotel cannot even provide a shampoo holder in the bathroom for guests. It was very troublesome to squat down every time to get the shampoo or shower gel when we shower. Also the drainage of the bathroom needs to be fixed. It smells terribly.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely return to this hotel because I prefer a quiet place. It’s conveniently located away from the bustling streets of KK. The hotel is simple, modern, clean, and pleasant.

I stayed at Pan Borneo Hotel and overall had a great experience. The room is big, clean and comfortable. I booked the city view & mountain view room type, and it was worth it—early in the morning you can catch a beautiful sunrise right from the window. The location is also very convenient. Surrounding the hotel, there are many shop lots, and right beside it is One Place Mall, which is perfect for shopping or grabbing a bite. If you’re taking an early flight, this hotel is a good choice as it’s only about 5–10 minutes from the airport

The room was great! It's a shame I booked too late and couldn't stay for consecutive nights. There are many guesthouses in this building, and I've stayed in about two or three of them. The layouts are all pretty similar, but this one was noticeably much better maintained. The linens were clean, and they even had universal adapters. The water purifier and toothbrushes were particularly useful; I didn't see other amenities provided. They offered free luggage storage after check-out, but I didn't end up using it. Overall, a good experience, and the location is convenient. The owner seems to be Chinese, as there's a WeChat group for guests and they offer Chinese-language service, which is a huge plus. There are two buildings here. One night, after having a few too many on the bar street, I went into the wrong building and couldn't get the elevator card to work no matter what, but the host was quick to respond and help out.

The location is excellent, right downstairs from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, and very close to Gaya Street, so it's not far from any of the attractions. The room was quite spacious and clean, but the hot water supply for the shower was really bad; even on full blast, it felt like it was only around 20 degrees Celsius. The breakfast selection was limited, and overall, the value for money was just average.
