Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

I couldn't recall how many times I have stayed in Concorde Shah Alam. This hotel has always been my number 1 choice every time I come to Shah Alam. It's very convenient- the location, the hospitality, the amenities, the food, and the city view of Masjid Shah Alam. I can also hear Azan from the masjid- very calming. Keep up the good work, Concorde Shah Alam.

Getting around is completely stress-free. Facilities & Environment: The room is spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing that ensures a high-quality sleep. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable, making it smooth for both work and entertainment. Service Experience: The staff are enthusiastic and efficient during check-in. They respond quickly when issues arise, and room cleaning is prompt and meticulous.

This stay was a bit disappointing. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. The bed was also old and saggy. The room's decor was very nice though. Management should pay more attention to cleanliness and the quality of the beds and pillows. The 'Deng Kee' fish paste vermicelli opposite the hotel lobby was delicious.

This is my third stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel, it's a reliable choice for business trips. Its strengths are the transportation and amenities: the BRT connection is convenient, and the mall downstairs offers everything from street food to proper meals, so you don't have to worry about late-night snacks after working overtime. The room is decent, with a large desk, plenty of power outlets, and stable internet. The gym and pool help maintain my routine during business travel. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The value for money is excellent for the western part of Kuala Lumpur.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travellers who have an early morning flight or need a place to stay near KLIA. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a simple hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but it provides the basic necessities for a short stay. The biggest advantage is definitely the convenience and proximity to the airport. It’s a good choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Overall, a practical and convenient hotel for airport travellers. 👍🏻✈️

Quality dropped since my first visit , quite some facilities are not working , including poor WiFi connection , room phone not working. Bed sheet not properly dried up. Room keys given two but only one working , made me return to counter twice to fix. The only upside is kids like the indoor water park a lot , and the kids go-cart circuit .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel near the airport for a layover in Kuala Lumpur before heading home, mainly for its proximity. The free shuttle service was a nice touch. However, there's absolutely nothing around the hotel – it's basically a temporary structure built on a patch of land next to the airport, like a dormitory. It's best to eat and drink at the airport before going to the hotel, otherwise, if you get hungry in the middle of the night, you'll just have to starve because there's nothing available. The only thing remotely nice about the hotel is the pool. Don't expect too much.
