NNAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

GGuest UserRoom was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well.
Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel.
Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful.
However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean.
There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are.
There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

Rrabbitcal1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.

GGuest User1st time booking at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Great to stay here. The gym at the Sunway Resort at the Sunset Terrace was good and love it. It is super long weekend in Malaysia and couple with School Holidays for Singapore and Malaysia too. I believe Hotel should have open up additional breakfast kiosk at the ballroom to cater for the overwhelmed occupancy rate. 31st May 2026, we were surprised to waited in the long queue to get into Sunset Terrace for our breakfast. Staffs are really done their best to make sure everything is in order but food replenishment are slow. Should have improved in the area.

IikwsI had a pleasant stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The location is excellent, especially for travellers with early morning or late-night flights, as it is conveniently connected to the airport terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were adequate for a short transit stay, and I appreciated the convenience of food outlets and airport amenities.
Favourite part of my stay: The direct and easy access to KLIA2, which made my journey stress-free and convenient.

GGuest UserQueue 1.45 hours just for check in at lobby. 1st room can clock in at 5pm. 2nd room only ready at 6pm++.
After dinner and attend dino park only check in room 2 at 9pm. At peak hours the buggy service below average. Hence have to walk 15 min back to the room 2. The room preparation such as towel, hair dryer and etc below average. Overall the room cleanliness above average.
I dine in at restaurant stick and baron. Below average.
Morning buffet at restaurant stick and baron. Good.
MCR don’t have convenient stall hence I have to go to town to buy mineral water.
The theme park visited water park and Dino park. A nice place to visit.

SSue___________I had a pleasant stay at Ibis during my solo business trip. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the MRT, which made commuting really easy and hassle-free.
The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short work stay. Everything was functional and well-maintained, which is exactly what I needed for a business trip.
Overall, a reliable and convenient choice for solo travelers, especially if you need easy access to public transport. Would definitely consider staying here again.

MMahrleenConveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for those who need to travel the next day and want to relax beforehand. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. Soundproofing could be better, but fortunately the guests were quiet throughout the night.
The hotel's real gem is the swimming pool. It is large enough to accommodate many guests and was exceptionally clean.
The only area that could be improved is the communication regarding the free shuttle service, including its schedule and the pick-up location at the airport. There was no information available in the app or on the hotel's website. In the end, we gave up and took a Grab instead.
For this reason, I am sharing the shuttle schedules and pick-up location here to help future guests.

ZZoe71The pool on the 39th floor offers stunning views, and the room was spotless, well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes for cooking – very thoughtful! There are also facilities like a gym. It was a really enjoyable stay. Plus, it's super convenient to just walk across to the mall for shopping and dining. Good!

TTuan93The check in was smooth & the room was clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of menu to choose from. The food was delicious except for noddle soup which was quite bland. The complementary amenities includes pool which is good & the best part is the gym facilities at the hotel. I’m a regular gym goer and this hotel provide voucher for Believe Fitness rather than having gym on site which is excellent because I can access full gym in the mall below. I love this part so much. Will definitely come again for staycation at this hotel.
