Elvia CabezaThe service was very good. The rooms are also very nice. The only thing I'm not clear about is that we were charged a commission of over 100 dollars before checking into the hotel, and I see that when we paid through Trip.com, we were also charged a commission. I'm not sure if it's the same charge? Aside from that detail, everything else was very nice.
