Had been about 6 years since I last stayed here. For the most part it is the same although a bit more expensive than in the past. The pool and rooftop are great! The bed is average at best, would be expect a much softer/comfortable bed for the price. I would stay here again, if the price point drops to a more competitive rate.

Once you emotionally and mentally accept that you're not staying at a Hilton resort, the Queens hotel is more than adequate to fit most of your needs. Paying in cash does provide a discount, so I would recommend to take advantage of the strong dollar and pay cash. They do expect a cash payment on arrival though. A reviewer did post that towels are worn and thin. This is true. I put my towel up to the light and I could see through it. Queen's should definitely buy higher quality towels. Rooms don't have a coffee maker, only two bottles of water. I've already learned from past experience the service and food at the restaurant downstairs is very bad (at least for breakfast) so I typically walk to Phillies or Envy. The refrigerator is filled with snack bar items, but I simply tell housekeeping to remove all the items and I fill up the fridge with my own items (water, soda, beer). My room did have toiletries such as toothbrush, razor, comb etc. I did get the room with the balcony overlooking the pool so maybe all the toiletries come with a certain type of room? Staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile and call you by name.

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

We paid around £38 / 2500php per night for 5 nights in a 1 bed suite, room H2. They will always greet you and make sure you are ok, always smiling. Housekeeping available until 6pm and must be requested. You need to leave your key at reception and they even offered to clean my room at 7pm when I called late one time. Sometimes they would call in the evening to check if we wanted housecleaning once they learnt our routine. Parking for around 3x cars right out the front. We always got a spot during our stay but it depends on how full the hotel is. You are about a 5 min walk from the walking street, convenience shops, clubs and restaurants. Just far away from the main strip that it is convenient, but not as noisy. Trike is available nearby if you need transport or you can request the electric golf buggy from front desk. Hotel is small and only has a few rooms so feels more exclusive. On our side of the hotel there is karaoke right under our window, not a problem for us. Depending on how loud your neighbour is when taking part in certain... activities... The soundproofing is generally acceptable. Pool is clean and open from 8am to 10pm. Room H2, external AC unit was a bit noisy and road traffic is audible at all hours of the day but again, this is only minor issues as we are not fussy travellers. Room is clean and has everything you need for medium stays including a kitchenette and full fridge. The main downside is wear and tear. These are small issues if we are being picky, but things like broken cabinets, small cracks on tiles here and there, loose fixtures and fittings in the bathroom prevent me from giving 5*. Everything was working, these are just cosmetic issues and if fixed would result in a 5* rating. Outside walls were being painted when we arrived. Management apologised in advance at check in and it did not ruin our stay. Room service has a nice menu, mango shake was excellent! Room service price was also quite reasonable and not extortionate like some hotels. We would return again in the future and would have extended our stay if our room was still available.

Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

It was my first time in Angeles, Philippines, and I liked the Hevea Hotel because it was located a bit far from Koreatown and was in a relatively safe and quiet location. The hotel staff were also very friendly and nice. There is a massage shop on the second floor of the hotel and room service is also available, so I even received a massage service in my room with my children. Korean food was served for breakfast, and it was varied and very delicious. It was even better that there were delicious restaurants and cafes within walking distance in front of the hotel.

The location is convenient, close to SM Clark, and the condotel offers basic amenities. There’s a working telephone, though I wish the audio on the smart TV was functioning properly. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and the staff is accommodating.

Upon arriving at the hotel which looked good from the pictures seen while booking. That was misleading to start with. Proceeded to check in. After they spent around 5 – 10 mins looking for the booking which eventually they found. 2 rooms booked for myself and another for my friend. Was then requested for a holding deposit which is fine, but they wanted this in cash. This I didn’t have, and they wouldn’t take a credit card payment (at this point). So now checking in was complete so you would have thought. Was then told that one of the rooms was upgraded to a VIP room. Nice. Proceeded to the rooms on the 3rd floor and was shocked once the lift door open and we came out. A children’s playground within the corridor. not only that it was nestled nicely into the corner where the corridor swept around. Both of us remarked “what the hell is that”. I got the VIP room and guess what! right by the play area and I mean right outside the door. See picture. Not happy about that…the noise was incredible from kids screaming and using motorised play vehicles. Went into the room and put bags etc down and thought big room …no more than 2 mins later the phone rang and was told oh we forgot to take payment for the rooms. This I thought was the opportunity to change rooms as I might have as well been in the middle of the playground at a school. Went down to reception and request a room change due to noise…what a mistake that was. Paid for the rooms with yes you guessed it a credit card. Given a new room down past the play area and shown in…smaller room yup it was…Dirtier and I mean dirty. Stains on the rug which tried to blend in with the patten…or was it even more stains. Great patch of something brown on the ceiling and just to top it all off the bed sheets also stained. The seating appeared to have been attempted to be ironed as had marks where they had left it resting and had made impression on the seat cover. The bed corners were more like foam barriers as the covering had split and all the contents were now acting as bumpers. Took the decision to make a room change back to the VIP room as could just shut the door and hope the kids would not be making the noise all day and night. Next morning, we both went to have breakfast which I can only describe as possibly the strangest dark brown meat on rice. My friend tried it and took one bite and that was that. Then what looked like a rubberised egg was presented to each of us. Off to Starbucks we went. Went out for the day and came back in the early evening to yes, the screaming playground. Ignored this and then went out again for some food. Came back Kids had gone to bed. Bedtime arrived and in the middle of the night I had to visit the bathroom. Not quite awake I went in and on the way out, eyes now working spotted a little friend on the floor waving it legs about. Took photo as I booked the room for myself only. {see photo) Spent the rest of the night up awake as wasn’t sure if my friend had some mates

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a cool place, but it has its ups and downs. When we arrived, checking in wasn't smooth. Our key card didn't work, and we had to wait 30-40 minutes to get into our room. Plus, there wasn't even a place to wait comfortably. The food at the Filipino restaurant was okay, but it was pricey for what you got. Breakfast was better though, with lots of yummy Filipino dishes at a fair price. Housekeeping staffs and jeepney drivers were awesome. They were really nice and helpful. Our room was big and had a huge bathroom, which was nice. There's a ton of stuff to do around the resort, so staying just one night isn't enough. You really need at least two days to enjoy everything. The best part was seeing all the old houses. They were like stepping back in time and were super interesting. Overall, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a neat place to visit, even though it has some things that could be better.

I stayed in the tiger hotel from meeting a person at the nearby mall.checked in it was ok.the style was kind of old style once u are they,the reception area.Laundry service was available nearby and delivered to the hotel.food places everywhere and not to far from the entertainment.The price was ok too.It was 5 mins walk from where the bus leaves you at sm mall.So a few days in angeles is well spent if you chose the tiger hotel

So Kandi gave me the instructions to reserve for a month using international remittance. One option is my bank. Thus began the tortuous and tortuous experience that is now the worst experience I've had with any hotel in the world. When I sent the money, and then asked to confirm that it was received, I received several emails none of which were clear and were in broken English. Just in case, I sent the information again, and I saw that the deposit had been accepted on their end. Suddenly, I recieved an email saying that the previous price had changed. I sent several emails asking how this could be given they had already taken my money. They said it had not been received, there was no reservation and denied that the money was deposited. They said to call my bank. My bank confirmed that the money was deposited , that this sort of thing happened a lot and that they would open an investigation and notify the Rcmp pending the outcome (I'm Canadian). They did say this might be a good time to consider another hotel given that this had happened before and there was no guarantee that the hotel would cooperate or that local authorities would indeed help. They told me I would likely get the money back but it could take a while since we were depending on the hotel to cooperate and they had t tried to find the where the money went to this point. I emailed Kandi, told them they had the money, there would be an investigation and local authorities would be contacted. Silence. So I'm days away from arriving now and there is no reservation and Kandi is not responding. If you are visiting from another country, do not send money to Kandi unless you do not care whether they recieve it or whether you will ever get it back. It seems that someone at Kandi pocketed the money and Kandi doesn't really do anything about that. I will be posting this elsewhere, so forgive me if you've already read this. At this point I don't have any alternatives but I want to make sure that other foreigners who think they dealing with a company that has English speaking staff and wouldn't steal your money, that this is not a good choice.
