It was one of the best hotel/resort that I have ever stayed! That’s why it was very busy and crowded but in a good way. It has a great location; near airport and not far from the city proper and they have nearby beach. Their opportunity for improvement is perhaps the food. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Not the first time staying here, and will go back again.
Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance.
Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont.
First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things.
Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday.
The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it.
The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable.
However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach.
They provide swimming towels too!
I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.
I enjoy my stay with Maayo Hotel. The amenities is great, thr location is good too. I can see the Mactan Bridge as well as the sea. They have a pool and I enjoyed my time swimming in there. 10/10 for Maayo!

Room is not worth the price paid. Paid for 2 additional persons but no toiletries were added for them in contrast to what the staff said about additional guests. Some amenities are not available. No bikes, for game room access, you’re only given 30 mins for table tennis (that’s it for the whole family). Not everyone can use the inflatable slides (only for the two guests). P.S. Booked 2 rooms + 2 additional guests.

Thank you, Holiday Inn Cebu.
My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days.
Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work.
As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great.
I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house.
See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

The hotel is in the heart of the city with everything you need from food, amenities and parties. The hotel itself is strategically located where people are usually gathered (just beside Ayala mall, Sugbo Merkado (my favourite) and any other establishments. The staff are all amazing and friendly. The check-in and check-out process was smoth. Although, when we arrived in the hotel on the first day, many people were on the reception and they were a bit loud, staff could have control the situation. The breakfast buffet was okay, however the bacon were mostly crispy even if it was on the tray for soft bacon ;( still crispy. The pool on the rooftop is superb, big and very clean. Overall, we had a lovely holiday in Cebu and Seda Central Bloc hotel made it even special. Thanks Seda.

The food was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were very accommodating—they even allowed us to extend our checkout until 12 NN instead of 11 AM, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was the aquapark pool, which had a noticeable amount of floating moss coming from the inflatables.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Solea. We will definitely come back during the lean season to enjoy the facilities even more.
This hotel offers excellent value for money; I'd highly recommend it to any friends visiting Bohol.
**Facilities:** No mini-fridge, which I suggest they improve. The local weather is hot, and it's inconvenient when you want a cold drink or ice cream in your room.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean. The pool is meticulously cleaned every day.
**Environment:** It's quite close to Alona Beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and even if you take a tricycle back on your own, it's not expensive. There's a decent-sized supermarket about a ten-minute drive away.
**Service:** The front desk and staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic.

All destination is for 19th floor. And then you transfer to the other elevator for 20 to 40.
The best VIEW!
We stayed at 2907 (29th floor). Choose the sea view. And you’ll wake up to the magnificent Mactan Channel and the the beautiful Cebu Skyline.
Big beds, marble comfort rooms.

We had the most wonderful 7 night stay at the Lex Hotel Cebu. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable.
We took advantage of the hotel shopping shuttle service and especially formed a lovely bond with the two drivers, Roe was one of them and unfortunately we didn’t get the second guy‘s name, but they were so lovely and made us feel comfortable and safe the whole time. They would also share knowledge and history of landmarks we would drive past. The buffet breakfast was lovely, although they didn’t have a huge western selection we were grateful to be served wonderful local cuisine every morning. The staff in the restaurant Kai were also wonderful and took great care of all guests. The rooftop pool is shallow but lovely enough to cool down on a warm day with a cocktail.. the location is fantastic with everything you need near by and the very popular House of Lechon just down the road. Thanks guys, if we’re ever back in Cebu, we’ll be sure to stay again.

GGuest UserEveryone working at the resort were very helpful. Sometimes we had to queue between 10-15 minutes to be seated for breakfast and some of the food that ran out took time to be replaced.
My friends ate at the oyster restaurant. The oysters were tiny, there were no side dishes available and they waited nearly an hour to receive a drink.
The Oyster bar closes at 10pm so if you want a drink you must be there by 9.30pm. The pina colada’s were my favourite. There is another 24 hour bar.
We went out on the water for an island hop with bbq and parasailing and both times the guys on the boats were very attentive and cooked excellent food.
I used the spa twice. First for a manicure. They had to request an external beautician and because of the busy traffic after 1.5 hours they hadn’t arrived and I cancelled. On another day I had a massage and facial. The facial was all natural ingredients eg) honey and was heavy handed. Some spa etiquette needed improving eg) leaving the door open during the treatment and the therapist standing in the room whilst I got dressed.

GGuest UserThis is one gem in the heart of Panglao away from hustle and bustle if you want a quiet holiday. Family friendly that has everything you need. Good variety buffet breakfast and bar cocktail in the swimming pool. Walk further at the back and you’ll be at the beach but the beach seems polluted because of so many boats docked there and since it is the pick up point for island hopping. Be careful walking in the water as the area is sea urchins nest. Locals collect them in the afternoon and sell to passers by. Very nice for sunset photo shoots. The rooms of the hotel is descent in terms of size and very clean. Bathroom is well supplied and even an outdoor rubber slippers are provided. Swimming pool is regularly cleaned and heated. Reception area is very cozy and can be humid since this is not an airconditioned room. Staff are warm and very accommodating from the reception to front man and in buffet area. You can choose Tuktuk or Grab for transportation to go to Alona beach which is the heart of Bohol were you can shop, dine, drink and stroll. This is kinda little Boracay.

TTreyExplorerAmazing staff! Great food, many pools, and brilliant atmosphere. I was in a newly renovated room.
Although the toilet seat definitely needed updating. The seat was damaged/old and needed replacing. I requested this two days in a row, and it wasn’t changed.
Other than the toilet seat issue, my stay was perfect.
BBaimajunzai2000Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea.
Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options.
Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to.
However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town.
Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash.
