4-Star Hotels in Mazovia, Poland

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Warsaw Central Station, which offers direct train connections throughout Poland and Europe, as well as direct trains to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Right across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping super easy. Plus, the Palace of Culture and Science is just a block away. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience.

The location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

The location is fantastic and convenient. The train station, bus station, and tram stop are all nearby, and the famous Palace of Culture and Science is less than a 10-minute walk away. There's a shopping mall right across the street, covering all your needs for food, clothing, and daily necessities. I've stayed at this hotel four times already and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Our booking was for 4 adults with 2 rooms but whilst trying to check in on arrival we were told by the young lady with dark hair and glasses that our booking was for 1 room only. After showing her the email confirmation several times she was adamant that not 1 room was booked and was not having any of it. She finally went over to another colleague at reception who came over and checked his computer to confirm the booking was actually for 2 rooms like I had said. She found it smusing and didn’t even apologise for her mistake. The rooms were also not on the same floor and I was told it was not possible due to the time of our arrival which I found bizarre as the booking was made in advance and not on the spot. She also explained we had to use different lifts due yo location of our rooms but we later found out this was not the case. She clearly did not know what she was doing. The cleaning staff were very friendly and rooms were clean but both rooms were not the same and 1 was larger than the other even though price was the same so again not happy about that. Location of hotel was ideal and very close to the centre. After the bad experience we had on arrival will not be staying there again and will not be recommending it to anyone

Everything was fantastic, nothing was missing. The room amenities met expectations, and the cleanliness and aesthetics were top-notch. Nice view from the window :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the complimentary bottled water and sparkling water replenished every day. The breakfast was simply outstanding – one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was delicious. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated for exploring the area, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of an amazing location, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, and a truly remarkable team made our stay unforgettable. The front desk offers free fruit, and the staff are very efficient. There are Asian restaurants and supermarkets nearby that cater to Chinese tastes. It's not far from the old town and very close to the airport, with a complimentary airport drop-off service, which was perfect for our stay.

It was my third stay at this hotel. I was very happy with my first ones. This time I was unlucky getting a very noisy room . I believe there is a problem window . because previous times my room was also facing the road but it was pretty quiet inside. This time it felt there was no widow at all. Tried to open and shut it again multiple times but it did not help

The hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in). Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often). The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

Great location, very good breakfast, excellent soundproofing in the room, and a comfortable mattress. Check-in and check-out were quick. The room also has a kettle and a coffee machine.
