We enjoyed our holiday, yes I would like to stay there again, its was so good, very good breakfast a lot of variety of food, good views, very friendly staff and the a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The beach its less the minute from the hotel.

Nice hotel, nice reception, nice restaurant and pool. The hotel is located above the village and offers sea views. A free shuttle is offered to the local beach. We would come back.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha, the location is very good, the view is very good, the room is very good, in the middle of the mountain. The gym is also very good! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

With my great regret, a space with potential and simply without maintenance. It's little or no. We've just arrived, it was allocated to us room where TV was not working, the room was with an unsupportable heat, the bathroom gardens a miserable dirt. I called the room for the reception, insisted, it was 15:30, no one answered, I moved there and realized the staffer was alone and working. (as well as the support for bar and pool, only 1 official for a almost complete establishment, since the mini GP in the Melides cartridge was on that weekend and rented rooms for stay). I asked the reception staff whether the room had been seen before I was assigned and said yes (impossible and concerted not knowing). I was assigned another room as obvious... The area of the bar is swimming pool is sad as they don't give a swab when the day comes to clean the cocoa of the birds that was on the mountains. Several customers commented on the same and even a child was hurt in the grass area with so much as much as it had there, parents complained to the poor bar/pool official who was unfatiable and sympathetic. To not return, it is from those places with brutal potential and it's only going once

The good: Overall it was a good experience. My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel looks very good well kept, the room was very clean. We could tell that everyday the cleaning staff cleansed the whole bathroom. Fresh water in the room everyday, for free. Nothing to point out about the staff, they were quite nice. Really a 4-star hotel. The bad: We only had breakfast included because we had to spend the whole day away working. We got to the restaurant very early, about 7h30 am and the place was absolutely crowded with a large group (we could tell it was a group because they were all asian). Next day we had to sit outside for breakfast for the same reason (there are heaters on the terrace but they are not sufficient). We only had dinner in the restaurant once. It's either burguers or the HEALTHY Food&Beverage options. We ordered BOWL DA ESTAÇÃO and SALMON POKE. It was nothing special and quite expensive. On the last night at late hours, the room next door decided to have a party with loud music, loud talking and slamming doors. We called reception and they promptly intervened. (I think it should be a general policy in alls hotels to separate ”business” and ”vacation” guests.)

Not a pretty looking hotel from the outside but very modern inside. Very professional staff and a high level of service. We had difficulty with the parking garage which was difficult to access and egress. Rooms were quite large, clean and comfortable with a small balcony and a small water view. We had lunch in their beautiful dining room which was a set menu of 20 euros, the food was excellent and very well presented, service was superb. Breakfast was superior with tons of variety. We were also given a free drink at the bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The whole experience of staying in this hotel was very good. All staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had a small balcony with ocean view which we liked. The gardens of the hotel make the surroundings even nicer. The indoors swimming pool experience was very good, especially after a few hours drive. We watched the football match from the roof top bar, which had amazing views and a really cool vibe. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best ones of our whole road trip, a lot of variety and all very tasty. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, either if you are just passing by or to stay for a few days, quality value is really worth it.

What surprised me is that the breakfast was not included in the price and to be honest 7,5 euros per person for breakfast is too much, especially what's offered and knowing that if you take breakfast in a local cafe you might pay 3 or 4 per person. The hotel needs urgent maintenance. We had a safe in the room that we could not use as it was not working.

As we booked this hotel for my birthday we wrote message to hotel and asked for good room for couple with double bed instead of that we received worst room I've seen for years... First of all they gave us twin room instead of double. Nobody informed us about that. 2. Shower without lift (it was impossible to move it up and down. I've never seen such cheap and oldstyle system in hotels. 3. The shower is small (no ”rain”). Now I understand why there is no different pictures of rooms/baths - because hotel is in very bad condition... 4. Ceiling with stains. There was flood in this room (before we came) and they even can't make repair works? 5. Toilet leaks non-stop 6. The door to the toilet sticks (it rides but something is broken) but there is no handle and it cannot be closed, and it can only be moved by force (a woman cannot close the door to the toilet). 7. Sink as from the last century (not only looks as if it is 20-30 years old, but also uncomfortable to use) 8. The shower doors not moving properly. Looks terrible. 9. There are dead bugs and flies in Bathroom 10. The elevator does not work normally (it passes by but does not stop on the floor). 11. The staff uses the same elevator as the guests and so even if the elevator arrives, then staff is inside with a huge basket of laundry, towels, etc. and you can't even enter elevator. 12. The reception desk is all shabby and looks old. 13. After check in administrator gave us a card that didn't worked and we had to drive up and down with luggage. 14. To park your car, you have to spend a lot of time (the distance from the rearview mirrors to the posts on the left and right - about 15cm (with a high probability you will crash your or rental car). 15. To enter the parking you must go down the circular traffic down to 3 levels (the place of passage is narrow), and on the right side you can constantly see black paint from cars that hit the wall) - very uncomfortable. 16. Despite the pre-order of double bed gave two single beds (unfortunately refused to change) 17. Hotel is using ”Rituals” bottles in toilets but it's fake. There is usual cheap liquid soap inside. Maybe 20 years ago this hotel was good but today it's old and looks really bad. We were expecting the hotel management to offer some solution, unfortunatelly it didn't happened. Never stay here

I recently stayed at [Resort Name] and had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, close to fine restaurants and outlets, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views by the riverside. The crew's kindness and 24/7 availability made our stay even more special. The rooms were super nice and clean, with daily cleaning services. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!

You get what you expect, but sometimes it gets exceeded. We booked this nice hotel by chance. Due to Corona we were unable to go to Spain, instead we had to look for an alternative and luckily we found this great hotel! Honestly, I think we found a better place instead of Mallorca and the only time we got disappointed was when we realized: time is over, we have to go back home. The new hotel offers all comfort you are looking for. Despite of the fact that the amazing rooms are spacious and full of high quality materials, also the hotel ground is carefully designed. The beds are cozy, all is clean and the room-service is perfect. Each room has a minibar with reasonable prices. Enough storage space is given. The shower works perfect, also inside of the bathroom you have enough space to put your stuff in. The room itself is sound-proof except the doors. If there is some noise outside you might hear it until people are gone into their rooms. However, that is the only point of critics. The restaurant is also spacious and you feel cozy while having a lunch or dinner, the swimming pool is huge and also nice designed. There are also enough sun-beds and umbrellas. All dishes can be eaten on the terrace and lounge area close to the pool. Wherever you are, the Wi-Fi Connection is working perfect and really fast. The breakfast is great! Nothing to complain about. Fresh juices, warm dishes either from buffet or a la minute can be ordered. Due to Corona the buffet is not accessible by you but you get served from the absolute friendly staff. These guys (ladies and gentlemen) do a great job to make you feel comfortable and cozy. A warm welcome was given to us at the reception when we arrived the first day. It continued each day when we met someone else from the staff. We also loved it to have a private chat with them from time to time. Thanks also to the lady who we kept busy providing us a table outside on the terrace at breakfast time each morning. Even the tables and chairs were wet each morning she took care that we got a dry one. Even on rainy Thursday morning she expected us with a welcome “I was waiting for you …” - with a big smile on her face knowing quite well we would not sit outside when it is raining – *lol*. Conclusion: great hotel, great staff, great style. Perfect place and a strong recommendation from us to visit this hotel!

Old but good is the best description I could give and tbh we liked the decor. Location is perfect as is the outside pool area with ocean views. The breakfast had good choices we would not hesitate to stay again. It has a lot of things going for it .

The hotel is no longer the four-star category. It is an old hotel and must have been boosted. It is realized that the decoration, furniture and room style are overcome. The shower is bad and there is a great variation in water temperature. The time is cold, the time gives you that unexpected burning, the air conditioning must be connected by the doorway, you have no control and it turns off in the middle of the morning, and as the heat is unsupportable, you wake up pinking. Breakfast is OK, no more sensational surprises. Box has no door. The soap is right!

I was disappointed in my birthday celebration at this hotel recommended by family. There is very limited parking within the hotel garage or public parking outside. When I asked the hotel front desk, I was told “it’s complicated!” The front desk staff are friendly but did not seem able to be effective in managing problems with noisy guests next door, or guests smoking in the rooms. When I complained they told me it would better for-us to come off season as the hotel is extremely busy in August! The bed room size is spacious with a good balcony. There was a good bathroom although there was a water leak from the ceiling. This was fixed timeously by the technician. The breakfast was fairly mediocre and not to the normal 4 star standard expected in this country.

Great staff that I felt went out of their way to be helpful, great location, great room. Okay, so it's not the Ritz, but hey, you're in ”Stubel” and this place is great. Excellent breakfast with a complimentary sunrise as well.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at over many years in Europe. My opinion is not because of a spectacular setting or historic site but a very nice hotel only a short walk to the centre of town and right beside a park. The centre of town was surprising as it was very nice and vibrant. Our room was extremely large, there was a third bed we did no need. Tons of amenities like toothbrush…. Very clean and bright. A good breakfast with lots of choice. They helped store our bike for us. Staff were helpful and friendly.

What a little rustic gem, old style charm, the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were all superb so friendly and helpful and welcoming this was a huge plus. The beds were freshly made every day without fail and clean fresh linens and towels provided. The buffet breakfast was good with a variety of fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals, salami, hans, cheese and hot buffet; bacon, sausages eggs! Rolls and sweet pastries so plenty to choose from. Fresh coffee and tea as well as a choice of juices…. For the price it was good value.
