Some of my clothes are missing. I have one very expensive shirt two pairs of pants and one bikini bottom all missing for my room. Food is terrible here at least breakfast is terrible. If it costs extra don't bother eat somewhere else. All they do is stick your food in the microwave. Coffee wasn't hot omelette was disgusting with a ton of raw onions in it and some disgusting cheese.As for the pool it's in a great location but quite shallow and not heated. The room is barely okay it's not really a Hilton quality room. People that work in the restaurant are grossly incompetent. They serve rawish bacon and if you want something cooked to hotter they shove everything in the microwave. I would stay here again because of the location but lock your suitcase. I put stuff in the safe and I would imagine that would have been stolen had I not locked the outside of the safe with my own locks and chains. I've never had clothes stolen from a hotel before I asked to speak to the manager but the front desk was not helpful. I had to go to the mall to buy a new shirt. The nicest thing about this hotel is a lobby. I heard that the adjacent restaurant was very good but they had bankers hours. Who closes on a Sunday at a hotel after 5:00? I'll tell you who somebody who has an allergy to money

Wenn wir in der Stadt sind wählen wir meist dieses Hotel. Sehr gutes Buffet zu Mittag das Frühstück hat Potential nach oben. Der Pool auch sehr schön, leider keinen Service. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem.

Service was great, very friendly. Located behind one of the best shopping centre in Asunción in the financial district. A roof bar with a pool is the best part. Good food until 1am. Breakfast is great.

It is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly. We have been upgraded to a better room with a separate living room. Breakfast is simple but very nice. I would be pleased to come back

Very authentic hotel!! Looking unacceptable, but already at the entrance you understand that the designer worked here. A large room with a huge bed. In the room there is a safe, minibar, fan.... Breakfast is brought on separate dishes, individually. Very recommended. If you don 't want a standard hotel, take Factory, you won 't regret it.

L'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel sont très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le restaurant est au top. Merci pour ce séjour.

Got woke up by reception at 5:13 ringing wrong room. Wasn't show to any amenities, otherwise its clean but a bit over priced.
