Чисто, просто, аккуратно, без излишевств Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь и всегда на завтраках подкисшая мясная нарезка, в остальном все хорошо

Прекрасное расположение, приветливый персонал, разнообразные завтраки , номер убирался каждый день.  Все было бы отлично, если бы не 1 инцидент: на завтраке  25.09. в ресторане 1 из посетительниц сначала громко разговаривала по телефону , но это еще можно было потерпеть, если бы она не стала проводить конфколл ( собеседование) по ноутбуку прямо посреди ресторана.   На просьбу на рецепшен ( менеджера в ресторане не было)  сделать «даме» замечание  этого не делать, мы получили ответ , что это не запрещено. Не запрещено что- не мешать другим посетителям завтракать!? Для подобных мероприятий есть бизнес-центр или специально отведенная зона.

Es handelt sich hier um ein ziemlich neues Hotel, mit einer modernen Austattung der Zimmer und kleiner Küche. Auch mit viel HighTech, was noch nicht ganz funktioniert. Bett war hervorragend - hoch und mit sehr guter Matratze ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt! Direkt an der Baumann-Str. (Zentrum des Geschehens in Kazan), ohne dadurch gestört zu werden. Da die meisten Auslandstouristen keine russische SIM-Karte für Mobiltelephone besitzen, sind wir an die WiFi angewiesen. Und hier war ein Problem!!! Wifi in den Zimmern hat gar nicht funktioniert. Nur direkt an der Rezeption. Ob es sich um vorübergehende Angelegenheit handelt, kann ich nicht beurteilen. In meiner Zeit ging es nicht die ganze Zeit! Die freundliche Frau Rosalia an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat mir immer geholfen, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Vielen Dank dafür. Es wäre alles perfekt, leider ist das WiFi heutzutage doch für Touristen sehr wichtig.

The service is also better, pay attention to the landing sign needs to be processed in 1-3 days. One night, the machinery was still operating late, and it was quiet about ten minutes after calling the front desk to complain. The front desk can speak English. Overall still quite satisfactory, recommended stay

The hotel is as close as possible to Bauma Street, a very convenient location. The room is quite large and cozy. The breakfasts are standard, although the red fish was a pleasant surprise. And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something...

Overall everything was nice. The breakfast system was not suitable as you can 't choose dishes from the menu , but you can only choose the breakfasts offered ( but around a lot of delicious restaurants where you can find breakfast taste . The bathroom is very uncomfortable with a small mirror, even wanted to change the room . The location of the hotel is very convenient , the room is clean and spacious !

The hotel is of high grade, and the dinner of the ”bud” forum is also arranged at this hotel. I live in the house on the 20th floor, and the windows on the south and west of the room have a panoramic view of the Volga River. Breakfast is 100 RMB, rich and delicious. The Chinese used to use slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. Although there is no electric kettle in the room, there is a water dispenser on each floor. Their shampoo smelled too heavy. I didn't sleep well all night. The next day I used shampoo brought by my peers from China. The floor drain was very slow when taking a bath, and the bathroom was full of water. The hotel should be repaired. If you are afraid of cold, you have to wear more clothes when you sleep, and the cover is very thin, unlike being more like a few layers of cloth stacked on some. If the floor drain problem is not solved, I will not stay in this store next time.

The hotel is located about 500-600 meters away from Bauman Street, not far from the mosque and the Orthodox church. The hotel has rich breakfast and good fitness facilities. The front desk can speak English for easy communication.

Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small.
