ibrahimcanozrI stayed at Ardos Park Hotel with my spouse and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details could be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a decent choice for a short stay as a couple.

I live to travelI booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.

The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to visit various attractions in Ankara. There are also plenty of supermarkets and eateries nearby. The hotel facilities are just average, as it's an older property, and the rooms aren't very spacious. It's worth noting that the hotel only rebranded to Mercure in 2024, so if you search on maps, it might still show the old hotel name.

This is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

Guest UserThe air conditioning in my initial room at the hotel was noisy. As a solution, they moved me to a better room, which resolved the issue.

Breakfast is okay, although not varied but it tastes well. Unfortunately had a room in -1 floor. This smells to smoke cigarettes, although it should be a smoke-free room. Air conditioning has not worked well or has not brought fresh air in. Location is very optimal to get into the center quickly.

Jesus MarruecosHalf an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning

The room is quite big, the surrounding is more convenient, there is a restaurant downstairs, there is a little noisy at night, but it is acceptable, the health is very clean, there is breakfast.

This hotel in Ankara city center is a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. While the surrounding area seemed a bit chaotic upon arrival (Turkey is undergoing a lot of construction everywhere), the hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast spread was also excellent; I particularly enjoyed the jams and bread. It feels like the hotel has been recently renovated within the last couple of years, so the facilities look very new and clean – it even has a slight resemblance to Chinese budget hotels. It's definitely much cleaner than other similarly priced hotels I stayed at in Selçuk and Pamukkale. Overall, highly recommended.

Guest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel.
Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed.
Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.
