Guest UserWE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE
Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming
Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day.
Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc)
They also have some nice free activities during the day.
Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better.
The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill.
They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done)
Bad Stuff:
The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER)
The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up.
A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us.
THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted.
They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see.
When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.

Nikita SamsonovThe hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced.
I’ll share my story with you:
They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting.
I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think.
So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice.
So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday.
I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”.
Absolutely worst service experience ever.

Lugga Boutique Hotel & Beach — A Little Slice of Paradise
If you’re looking for the perfect Bodrum escape, look no further than Lugga Boutique Hotel & Beach. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right.
Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day.
The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else.
Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day.
What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out.
We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend.
Lugga

The downside is that it's not very close to the beach. The upside is that the swim-up rooms make swimming very convenient. What impressed me the most was the restaurant; the food was incredibly good, a rare find in Turkey! The chicken pot, lamb pot, seafood pasta, and grilled king prawns – we ate there twice and every single dish was a hit with the whole family. We didn't even need to leave the hotel to look for other restaurants. The staff were also warm and friendly.

Guest UserThis is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

Guest UserVery satisfied with the facilities of the room! The room is also very affordable. The reception staff at the front desk is friendly and enthusiastic, but his English is not very good, but it is not a big problem. The fly in the ointment is that the hot water in the rain is not hot enough, and the bath is a bit cold. The traffic is also convenient. There are many minibuss that pass through the door of the hotel. I have two more times to go directly to the beach, but this is because they are all downhill, and it will be very tiring if you walk up. Overall very satisfied.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in an apartment, which was quite large and had everything we needed. We could request dishwasher and washing machine supplies at reception, where the lady working there was very nice—a special thank you! But the furniture, plumbing, and spa area are in serious need of renovation. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special. The location was important to us; there's probably no better hotel nearby. The spa area has a warm pool, which is nice in November because all the other open ones are either very cold or closed. We drove, and there's underground parking. The hotel is okay, but for the money, we've had better in Turkey. Perhaps after the renovations, it will be better, but we're unlikely to return if we ever return to Bodrum.

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍
The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street.
Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.

ÜmitkandemirThe hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is nice. Our only criticism is that we were expecting a buffet breakfast but received a 'serpme' (spread) breakfast instead. Also, having to cross a street to get to the sea is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it's a good hotel.
