LLatawanI had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

LLittleWildThe airport shuttle is very frequent, which is great – makes getting to and from the airport super easy. Even though it's near the airport, getting to and from downtown is also convenient, offering good value for money. The bed in the room was really high though! 😂 Probably the highest bed I've seen in North America this trip. The coffee machine was quite old and didn't look very clean. The bathroom felt a bit too big, a waste of space really. I checked out the pool and gym, and they both looked pretty good. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use them. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely consider staying here again. This DoubleTree Hilton really has a resort-like feel, with a huge property. The breakfast experience was excellent; I particularly loved the omelette and pancakes. It seems like every Hilton property these days offers daily cookies. From Hawaii to Seattle, you can just ask for them at the front desk every day!!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle. I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

GGuest UserWhen I first checked into the room, there was hair on both the sink and the bed. I tried calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but couldn't get through. However, after reporting it the next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type, so the service was still quite good. The sea view from the higher floor was beautiful, and the breakfast downstairs was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, though.

GGuest UserA decent value-for-money option in downtown Seattle. The breakfast selection is limited, but it's enough to fill you up – just don't compare it to hotels back home. The room was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the facilities were perfectly fine.

CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters. The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

GGuest UserHad a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking. The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
