Small, but cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows, slippers, a bathrobe, and the room was very clean. The staff were very attentive, and there was good water pressure in the shower. Downstairs there's a very decent Georgian restaurant. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and Registan Square is about a 25-30 minute walk away.

LhuaNice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price.
The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level.
There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed.

CatchthefartThe location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

Guest UserI was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met.
The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need.
I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions.
A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation.
Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is really hard to comment on.
There are many places to spray it, but it is not useless.
When I arrived on the first night, I really wanted to explode: 1 room made a mistake for me! I went to a room first, how come there are two boxes when the door opens! I didn't dare to go in for fear of being killed, so I asked the front desk to open the door for me to confirm. I didn't expect that there were really guests inside! I guess it should scare the other party to death. 2 I paid online, they made a mistake for me, and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I found out in time that I returned. 3 The door of room 3 is opened outside and there is no safety button. People who really have security anxiety will really be anxious. The soundproofing of the 4 room is really bad, the door gap is relatively large, and the voice of the people outside is all transmitted to the room. With the above things, I really thought about giving it a bad review the next day. But the next day I had a better experience. First of all, the breakfast restaurant, the environment is good, and this sparrow hotel, the dishes are worthy of its size. The pool is adding water every day and the basic cleaning. There is also room decoration, furniture, in fact, it is OK, basically no difference with the picture. The waiter saw that everyone said it was very bad before, maybe this time I changed a wave? The attitude towards us is good. English is a bit worse, but our English is also very bad. Stayed for two days, I feel that this store actually wants to operate well, it may be that the hotel management experience is insufficient, resulting in confusion inside, the details are not good. There is room for improvement, and the staff will not give a bad review.

We booked the rooms through Trip.com and paid in advance. We also confirmed the booking by calling the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, left our luggage, went out to the city, and returned around 5:00 PM. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, but even two hours later, our room still wasn't ready. The front desk staff struggled to provide information, and it was very difficult to get any updates from them. After repeated requests and waiting for an hour to an hour and a half, we finally got our rooms. Frankly, such a situation is unacceptable for an international brand hotel like this. We specifically chose Hilton to avoid these kinds of 'surprises.' It's worth noting that the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent.

ZaixiahenxianEverything else was fine, but they charged $10 for a bottle of mineral water in the room, even if you didn't drink it, which is pretty odd. The area around the hotel is very quiet and spacious, with fountains and many luxury hotels nearby, making it very convenient.

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

Елена НагайThe hotel's location is good, and the staff are friendly. We accidentally booked a room that was also equipped for guests with disabilities in the shower. The drain wasn't working well, so we were constantly standing in water. We called reception, and they did send someone, but the situation didn't improve. Also, hand soap and toothbrushes are only provided upon request.

Anonymous UserThe website's header image was awful; the strange color scheme almost ruined my booking! Actually, it's a very charming and thoughtfully designed hotel with lots of small decorative details. It's very clean and tidy, and the little courtyard outside the restaurant is adorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that it's not very close to the various attractions, but taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan, so this is negligible. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. You must try the fried chicken at ”Chicken Express” across the street!
