What a nice hotel. Very clean and spacious with a luxury feel. We got a free upgrade which made our stay even better. The staff at the front desk are super helpful, helping us find appropriate shops to sort out our needs. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection and a very peaceful environment. Dinner is also very delicious.
It is a bit out of the town, but booking through YandexGo is quite easy. Never wait for more than 6 minutes. Close to eternal city, which is quite a love place to visit. All in all. A very pleasant stay...
Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)
The breakfasts and service in the restaurant were disappointing. There was absolutely no service!! Dirty dishes piled high on the tables, and you had to clear them away yourself. For such a good hotel, this is a very significant flaw.
The room facilities were quite good; it had everything one would need. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I was glad to find the bathroom very clean. Both breakfast and room service were delicious. Although the ingredients were simple, the taste was genuinely good, and the breakfast ingredients were all fresh. This led us to choose to have dinner at the hotel too, but to my surprise, the dinner was a disaster. The last three pictures are of the hotel dinner; I had asparagus and steak that made me question life choices. The chef's skill is actually decent, but they really messed up with these non-local ingredients. I'd still choose to stay at this hotel next time, but I definitely won't be eating at the restaurant again.
I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met.
The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need.
I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions.
A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation.
Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.
We booked the rooms through Trip.com and paid in advance. We also confirmed the booking by calling the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, left our luggage, went out to the city, and returned around 5:00 PM. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, but even two hours later, our room still wasn't ready. The front desk staff struggled to provide information, and it was very difficult to get any updates from them. After repeated requests and waiting for an hour to an hour and a half, we finally got our rooms. Frankly, such a situation is unacceptable for an international brand hotel like this. We specifically chose Hilton to avoid these kinds of 'surprises.' It's worth noting that the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent.
I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the hotel.
I had only planned to drop off my luggage early in the morning, but I was able to check in early and relax at the hotel. The room was clean, and I was especially happy to have a bathtub. Samarkand was hot in August, so it was nice to be able to return to the hotel in between sightseeing to take a shower and rest.
I was able to have breakfast from 7am the next morning to catch an early train. There wasn't a wide selection, but everything was delicious and I had a wonderful time. The staff were also very friendly.
Everything else was fine, but they charged $10 for a bottle of mineral water in the room, even if you didn't drink it, which is pretty odd. The area around the hotel is very quiet and spacious, with fountains and many luxury hotels nearby, making it very convenient.
The hotel is located within a park, quite a distance from the train station, about a 30-minute taxi ride away. The surroundings are spacious and quiet.
Breakfast starts at 7 AM and offers a wide variety of delicious options. During my stay, I even encountered a tour group of Chinese visitors.
The room had central heating, which made it so warm that I had to open the window at night to ventilate.
Upon check-in, there was a mix-up; after we swiped our key card and entered the room, we found a young Russian girl already occupying it – she must have gotten quite a fright! We quickly exited and went back to the front desk to sort it out. They promptly moved us to the adjacent room and sent up a fruit platter as an apology.
For solo female travelers, it's always important to keep your door locked at all times! 😂
Everything was great. The only inconvenience was with taxis due to poor navigation around the property – not all drivers could get directly to the entrance. More directional signs are needed. The beer restaurant was good.

Amazing
GGuest UserSmall, but cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows, slippers, a bathrobe, and the room was very clean. The staff were very attentive, and there was good water pressure in the shower. Downstairs there's a very decent Georgian restaurant. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and Registan Square is about a 25-30 minute walk away.
GGuest UserThe most important thing about this hotel is the super staff! The guys at the reception and in the breakfast room were polite and responsive!
You can book the spa area for 1 hour (free for hotel guests, 1 hour per day).
Breakfasts are good, with tasty porridges every morning. The staff promptly replenishes anything that runs out. Everything is cozy, homely, and never crowded.
Even though buses brought tourists every morning, we never saw them at breakfast.
I really liked the jams in the small bowls, the pancakes, and the syrniki (cheese pancakes)!)

LLuoleibinA good choice, but the hotel didn't remind me to check in 2 hours early and I had to pay $40! **** didn't say a word, ”Wait a minute, now it's double the price.” Just take the money and stop talking. Speechless 😓, the breakfast is really great, I have to say more about the good stuff.
