ZZethu n2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points.

A quiet place. Great to unwind. Self catering, gives one freedom to prepare and eat what they want. A very cozy place.
I think summer with friends, family and couples would be a great experience and best decision.

KKemoabetsweThe hotel was clean and the staff was friendly .Breakfast was fresh and had a little bit of everything .Unfortunately for my partner and I ,we booked the hotel because of it’s amenities ,upon out arrival we got the news that the hotel is doing some refurbishments therefore we couldn’t use the amenities we booked the hotel for .I suggested that we at-least get upgraded as we are unhappy,but nothing of that sort happened .So I was very unhappy that the hotel couldn’t at-least meet us half way.They just said the site I booked at need to take full responsibility for not notifying me of the refurbishment.

HHolapianThere is a well equipped kitchen in this small apartment and the host is hospitable enough to show us around the apartment and tell us things to do in Clarens. Will definitely come here again if we visit this lovely town once again.
