achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.

Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast.
We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.

The hotel is located in the Iguazu National Park, and it is very convenient to go to the waterfall. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The room is cleaned twice a day, which is very serious and responsible. The room is of a suitable size and the bedding is comfortable. The restaurant has a rich variety of breakfast and dinner, especially the steak, seafood and various dishes for dinner are very distinctive and delicious. There is a super large infinity pool outside the house, which is very comfortable and has good attractions. In short, it is highly recommended!

The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

Great hotel with good on-site facilities. The rooftop bar and pool were a favourite. Has a restaurant, Cafe and inside bar. Rooms are spacious with private balconies facing lush greenery. Very helpful staff.

Located in a dense forest, the environment is beautiful and elegant. The reason for the high humidity may be that the hotel is an all-wooden structure with a sense of age and the facilities are a bit older.
