Travelled as family. Hotel is located very near to Wengen train station, Coop, Mannlichen skiing.. we enjoy our stays.

Our room on the fifth floor faced Jungfrau, offering a beautiful view. The outdoor scenery from the ground floor lobby was also breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. We had a small hiccup during our stay: on the first night, the hot water in our room stopped working, so we couldn't shower. We contacted the front desk, and they said there were no maintenance workers available at night. There was no follow-up after that. We contacted them again, and the front desk staff, speaking in broken English, gave us two options: switch rooms or wait until the next morning for repairs. We chose to switch rooms, and the front desk gave us two 'sorry' cards for free drinks at the bar. The new room was on the second floor, facing Mönch. This hotel seems to have a lot of Asian tour groups.

The hotel looked a bit old inside but perfect for mountain view. We requested a room with a mountain view of Jungfraujoch, and we were so delighted that even though we didn't get a double bed but two single beds with a balcony. The swimming pool and jacuzzi, including saunas, were a bonus with varieties of tea available by the jacuzzi. The hotel is just 1 min walking distance from the wengen station, easy access to Lauterbrunnen, Jungfraujoch, and grindlewald. The breakfast buffet was all right, I wouldn't say it was top notch considering the price. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay in the future. We had experienced a disturbance almost all night from a raucous guest just above us, room 209. Constantly banging. We tried to call reception so many times to complain, but no one answered my call. That was so disappointing. We couldn't sleep all night. I felt the noise could easily be heard from neighbour guests. Overall, it was a really nice hotel to stay in a perfect location.

There is nothing to say about the location. The main thing to go to this place is to take the cable car. I didn’t remind you when I made the reservation. Fortunately, we arrived not very late. I drove up the mountain directly, but it turned out that the car couldn’t go up, so I went down obediently and took the cable car up. , After a few hours of tossing around, I didn't check in until 11 o'clock. 😅

Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

The lady who checked us in was very distinctive and welcoming. After checking us in, she explained the hotel's amenities in detail. The hotel is a typical cafe-bar/hotel combination, so you might not notice it if driving by. There's a private parking lot right in front of the hotel, which is a reasonable 10 CHF. If you buy a breakfast-inclusive package, you can enjoy the view (pictured in the second picture) while you eat. The breakfast is very generous and the taste is quite good. The first floor has a large terrace (pictured in the first picture). I'm sure the view would be stunning on a clear day, and it's one of the hotel's highlights. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great that day. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped. The only drawback might be the lackluster soundproofing. Spiez is a very peaceful and quiet town, not crowded with tourists. My personal experience was quite good.

Had a short stopover in Bern. Hotel room is clean. The amenities in the room provided were sufficient. Just a couple minutes walk away from old town while enjoying the view crossing the bridge. Or you can take a tram which is just a stop away.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Mercure in Biel. Check in was fast. Room and Hotel was spotless clean. Aircondition worked great. Bathroom with showergel, shampoo, liquid soap. Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the fitness and sauna on the 6th floor. 24h Reception is great.

Hotel breakfast can also have many varieties. scenery is very beatiful. I booked a large room of 24 square meters, and in the end the hotel gave me a small room of more than ten square meters. A room as small as a bed and a suitcase can not be fully opened under the ground. Very angry at the time. Because the hotel says that the room is only one large and one small, there are no other rooms. Let us choose ourselves to discuss. In the end, I had to make concessions. After thinking about it, I paid for a room of 24 square meters but gave me a room of more than 10 square meters. This is the behavior of the hotel. After communicating with Ctrip, I changed my room to a larger room. Ctrip had a good communication this time! give a like.
